Host Sherrilynne Starkie welcomes London-based freelance journalist Nicola O’Connell to the 50 Women Over 50 podcast.

In this interview she shares her experiences of being in the sandwich generation where she still has young children at home and is caring for her mother while juggling a demanding career and a busy life in London.
She advises, “There's some perceptions that you're meant to not be doing certain things once you reach a certain age. Never let anybody make you feel old. Don’t ever let anybody tell you that you’re too old for anything. Because you're not!”
