Ioannis currently serves as the Managing Director of ESAE (European Society of Association Executives), and he joins us this week on the 6 Degrees of Associations for a fun, informative, and in-depth chat about association life in Europe and North America. We compare and contrast the best practices from associations on both sides of the pond and discuss what we need to do to attract new and younger membership demographics to this industry.

Ioannis is passionate about working for associations and rolling up his sleeves and getting to work to ensure a thriving future. He recently attended the ASAE 2024 meeting in Cleveland and had a lot of reflections to share with our listeners about what excites and interests him about this gathering.
