Chris Mahon is the Executive Chef at Taverna Costera in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District. With over 20 years in the restaurant, Chris has won multiple food and drink awards, including top 100 restaurants in the United States on Yelp in 2015 and top 10 in 2016. After spending 45 years in Hawaii, he moved to Las Vegas and has been at Taverna Costera for the past year and a half.
