Alex, owner of Parlour Coffee and Cooking (616 E Carson Ave Suite #140, Las Vegas, NV 89101), is a native of Colorado and a big fan of the Nuggets, Avalanche and hasn’t given up on the Broncos. He has taken the homegrown, family and community-based ideals from his hometown and applied them to The Parlour. As a small family business, they cater to the community and try to create an environment that is inclusive and unifying. Alex has gone out of his way for 702 Sports, allowing us to film and hold meetings at his incredible establishment.
