Day 0 of my 75 Hard Challenge, my journey through 75 Hard as I tackle my 50's and life, while starting a digital business

Today I share a bit about myself, and about 'why' I'm starting the 75 Hard Challenge. Having just finished up a 10-month contract office job working 55hr weeks, I'm 100% determined to never go back to that kind of grind. Instead, I'll be focusing on creating multiple streams of income in the online space whilst doing the 75 Hard Challenge.

To get through the day following the 75 Hard Challenge, you must:

1. Follow a healthy diet - no cheat meals, no alcohol

2. Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of them must be outside

3. Drink a gallon of water (3.8 litres)

4. Read 10 pages of a personal development book (non-fiction)

5. Take a progress picture

Miss doing any of the tasks above and you are to go back to day 1!
