This ideal client avatar who you speak to is your business bestie, and your business bestie is somewhat a version of you. You need to know them intimately: their struggles, challenges, what they love, what keeps them up at night, to name a few.
Most of my clients want to skip this crucial part in my coaching program, but this is the most powerful part of building your business. It is a lot of work and a lot of reflection, but it will be worth doing this so that you can be a profitable business owner.
