Sam Clements is curating a fictional film festival. He'll accept almost anything, but the movie must not be longer than 90 minutes. This is the 90 Minutes Or Less Film Fest podcast.
In episode 135 Sam is joined by actor Tuppence Middleton. She has written a memoir, Scorpions, about growing up and living with OCD.
Tuppence has chosen Days of the Bagnold Summer (86 mins). Directed by Simon Bird, and based on the graphic novel of the same name, the film stars Monica Dolan and Earl Cave with original music by Belle and Sebastian.
Sam and Tuppence discuss writing her first book, Simon Bird's elegant directing style, and how well the film presents the central mother and son relationship.
