In episode 101 Sam is joined by filmmaker Rob Savage, director of films Host, Dashcam and new release, The Boogeyman.
Rob has selected the 2007 Spanish found footage horror film REC (78 mins), co-written and directed by Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza. The film stars Manuela Velasco and Pablo Rosso. Sam and Rob discuss scaling up from Host to The Boogeyman, working with Stephen King, and how REC was responsible for Rob's career to date.
