I found a great blog post by Lori Elliot on her blog Redefining Quiet called 10 Confusing Contradictions About Introverts. It was such a great read for me, so I break it all down in relation to my personal journey as an introvert.
As some of you may be aware, I have a lot of extroverted tendencies, and I address that in this episode as well.
