And luckily for us, we’re not (only) talking about climbing Everest here, but rather shaking things up, breaking our routines, pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones and expanding what we see as possible for ourselves.

We’re joined by explorer and author of the book Adventure Revolution, Belinda Kirk, who has spent the last 20 years researching the powerful impact of bringing a bit more adventure into our lives, what it does to our brains and how it positively impacts us in so many ways.
