Are you well? Exploring the topic that is wellness and it's relationship to your work and business!

In this episode we had the pleasure of speaking with the amazing Russell Whiteford from www.igraspwellness.com.au What an amazing space Russell is operating in, with wellness being such a growing priority for organisations and individuals. With a background in sport, coaching and exercise science, Russell was able to give us an insight into how wellness amongst teams and their key members can directly contribute to peak performance.

We are all looking to improve this area of our life and it goes without saying that is a continual area for improvement. The benefits we can experience at work, home and in our relationships is key and Russell has some awesome strategies for growing yourself through wellness. As a mentor and facilitator he has some great ideas for strategies, planning and executing a wellness plan that is easy to stick to and incorporate into our daily lives.
