I’m so excited today to introduce you to my friend Becky Russell, who has been a personal mentor to me ever since my own daughter Hannah went to Heaven thirteen years ago. Becky’s blog "Weepyseeds" was a lifeline to me in the early days of my grief and gave me hope that I could survive my loss. In the first half of this two-part episode, Becky shares the story of her beautiful 16-year-old daughter Jae Lynn who died along with two other girls in a car accident in 2004. She talks about how she dealt with the “What Now?” in the aftermath of that terrible day and shares words of encouragement to others who find themselves reeling after the sudden loss of a child.
