Lower back pain is very common, whether it's from injuries, degeneration, or just a lifetime of lifting things, playing sports, and at some point it's likely to be a pain we all experience. While not all back pain means a serious problem, when it is, it's good to look at a variety of treatments that avoid the use of addictive pain killers/opioid.
