TITLE - CHAPTER 2 I begin a document reading (audio doc) of the Air Force study, Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025, which was published in August of 1996. This document is part of the U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff's Directed Future Studies. They were developing concepts for the use of weather as a very powerful weapon for warfare. I read through the Title, Disclaimer, Acknowledgements, Executive Summary, Table 1: Operational Capabilities Matrix, Chapter 1: Introduction, Chapter 2: Required Capability - Why Would We Want to Mess With The Weather?, and What Do We Mean by "Weather- modification"?
