In this episode, we sit down with Chris Merrill to hear his harrowing story of survival. Chris was involved in a devastating ATV accident on the towering sand dunes of Southern Utah—an incident that nearly claimed his life and put his friend and his friend’s son in grave danger. While driving the ATV, Chris unknowingly crested a steep cornice. The vehicle suddenly launched into the air, landing hard on its front end before tumbling violently down the dune. During the crash, Chris was thrown forward repeatedly, his face slamming into the steering wheel multiple times. The impact left him with a severely fractured jaw that spiraled around his skull.
