In this week’s episode, my guest, Kelly Conroy talks about how grief has shown up in different ways throughout her life, and how she learned to walk the path back to herself and love herself back to life. We talk about how Kelly found so much of herself buried under perfectionism and people pleasing. We dive into her very personal experience with fertility, her multiple miscarriages and her transition into motherhood and the grief and anger that accompanied all of it. Kelly also talks about what grief means to her and gives a beautiful reframe and a new way to look at grief and how we can hold it in our lives and not bypass it. Finally, we talk about the beautiful way she holds space for others as a grief guide, and how she is using her words to weave love into pain.
