This week’s episode was SO much fun to record! In this episode I talk with Sammy Be Love about ALL the things. Seriously, we talk about it all. Sammy is a healing, pleasure and business mentor and coach, and she teaches how to liberate yourself from old stories, how to own your desires, and how to embrace pleasure and be turned on by life. Sammy is someone who leads from the heart and shows up every day, unapologetic about who she is. Through her own journey of finding safety to show up for herself, Sammy has become someone who jumps full body into the pleasure of herself and life every single day. Sammy starts off by telling us about her story of sexual assault and abuse at her workplace, and how this led to the moment she decided to prioritize her authenticity over everything else. Throughout our conversation we talk about pleasure, embracing our truth, the importance of prioritizing yourself and your desires, and sooooo much more, but the overall theme is that we are writing our own story, and that we GET to write our own story.
