Ever wondered about the unexpected pleasures of a sausage? Join us as we indulge in quirky banter that sets the stage for our lively Dungeons & Dragons campaign. Our party of adventurers—Bill as Glenn the half-elf rogue swashbuckler, Brandon as Nines the high-elf monk, Justin as Moore's the high-elf wizard, and Maddie with her humorous attempts at introducing Montoya, the Arctic Tabaxi Ranger—bring their characters to life with a blend of humor and gratitude. We even toy with the idea of a musical compilation of our intro mishaps, embracing the awkwardness with open arms.

Our gaming sessions are nothing short of thrilling, with magic sharks and tentacle monsters posing challenges, and loot like the cap of water breathing and lyres adding intrigue. The memorable "Do Every Remember's" episode had us stuck in a time loop, humorously coined as the "long rest banjo." As we faced the mighty Skogoth in an underwater showdown, the tension was palpable but always tempered with camaraderie and laughter. From tactical gameplay to mastering character abilities, each session unfolds with a rich tapestry of storytelling and dynamic interactions.

Our journey doesn't end with battles; it extends into the realm of daily life, where we juggle workspaces, ergonomic chairs, and culinary experiments with kraken fillets. Social media interactions are a big part of our community, inviting listeners to join us on platforms and even our Discord for more direct engagement. Amidst all the fantasy chaos, there's humor and camaraderie, creating memorable moments like a radish becoming a symbol of friendship. Celebrate our leveling up after a tough boss fight, as we continue to navigate this fantastical world with joy and creativity.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
oh, I, uh.
I was just talking about howmuch I enjoy, enjoy peeling back
the skin on a thick sausage andyou know like getting all the.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
I believe the word used was hot juices.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yeah well, and that's the fun part is that, depending
on how the sausage is cooked, you can squeeze it like just up
against your cheek and have hotjuices squirt into the back of
your throat.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Why am I getting aroused right now?
I just want his hot juicesflowing down my face.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
I didn't say any of that.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
I can fix it and edit .

Speaker 2 (01:02):
I'll just put it together.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
It's going to be your words are going to be hot and
juices and I'm going to put in.
It's going to be my voice atthe very end of the sentence,
flowing down my face.

story we are working throughsome Patreon issues right now.
There will be an update in thenext couple weeks and as soon as
we have an update, we will letyou all know.
Justin and I have been talking.
He's he's working through some, some hiccups on his side and we
should be starting that upagain shortly.
Alright, so let's hiccups onhis side and we should be
starting that up again shortly.

(04:07):
Alright, so let's roll for someinitiative, or not initiative.
Let's roll for some recap, withthe exception of Matty, because
he did less.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
We're fighting already, I'm pretty sure we are.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
Oh, oh, I got the fat dragon, oh, I got a 16.

Speaker 6 (04:25):
7.
Seven.
Okay, What'd you get?

Speaker 4 (04:28):
Matty.

Speaker 6 (04:29):
You said I didn't roll.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Oh yeah, that's right .
What'd you get?
Bill A 20.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
I said I got a fat dragon.
Did you not hear?

Speaker 2 (04:38):
me.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
That's what you meant by fat dragon.
Okay, okay, okay, all right.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
So, justin, why don't you give us a recap from last
episode?
It's me, I'm justin, okay.
So what we did was we had justfinished fighting a magic shark
and some kinds of weird tentaclemonsters and we swept the room,
made it all spick and span andtidy, and in the process, we got

(05:12):
some loot, including, mostnotably, the cap of water
breathing, which allows itswearer to breathe underwater as
long as they use the commandword to initiate it, which I
still don't know what that is,and something, some kind of mask

(05:32):
.
I don't know what that is, butI wrote it down.
It's to my lovers, love of mylife.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
It's a liary.

Speaker 6 (05:41):
It's a liary.
See, I didn't write that partdown.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
It's the most probably emotional word Dark
mahogany wood, lyre, lyre.
How do you pronounce that it'sa lyre?

Speaker 4 (05:53):
It's a lyre, it's a lyre yeah.
You know, so, brandon, one ofour most popular episodes is
called Do Every Remember's,where I reset the day on them
about 22 times during a sessionand they started the they, they
evolved the beginning of theepisode.
I was like, all right, you wakeup in the morning.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
And then they went on this whole tangent about what
they were doing and maddiealways went outside to play as
leer liar, lee ray leeay longwrist banjo long wrist banjo it
got shortened to long rest banjoyeah, yes, but the the funniest
part of that sorry to interruptthe whole the funniest part of
that whole thing was the factthat none of us were prompted.

(06:36):
We didn't know it was coming, but we just went into exactly
what we did the day before.

Speaker 6 (06:42):
Yeah, without any alteration in dorby.

Speaker 5 (06:46):
Uh, rob had no idea and he was just.
The expression on his face wasawesome, pretty incredible.
He was like looking at all ofus like we knew what was going
on and we did not yeah, yeah, ironically, I never remembered
we started.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
We started that day off with, I mean, we normally
have like our morning routine ofstuff that we do, but that day
it was like a little bit abovethe top and it was completely
unprompted and we had to do thatsame thing over and over and
over until we shortened it tolong rest banjo, and then moved
on with the rest of the day.
Yeah, I've killed.
Dorvi multiple times.

Speaker 6 (07:26):
It was a good time.
Yep it was a good time.
That was our recap inception ofa third of the current time ago
.
Those tentacle monsters werecalled Chules.
There were four of them.
Let's see what else we got here.
Skogath went around trying toconvince us maybe all of us, at

(07:52):
least one at a time tried to getus to turn to his side and let
him raise the baby Kraken all onhis own in peace and solitude.
Wars was kind of on the fence, like it met our short-term goals
, uh.
Everyone else seemed to bepretty strongly, uh, against
that idea, so we told him tofuck off.

(08:14):
And then nines took a bunch ofpsychic damage from that big
aboleth.
We got some potions of greaterwater breathing which lasts six
hours each, because it's amystical world we live in

(08:35):
correct and it's not becauseyour dm misread things no, it's
because we have a custom itemfor a custom world, wonderful.
We trekked down into theunderwater and swam for like 45
minutes along this passagewayuntil we got to a big open
underwater pit kind of thingwhere we found another aboleth

(08:58):
who questioned us to try todetermine our intent.
We appeared to be on the sameside, so we came in and saw a
second aboleth around the sametime as the baby.
Kraken came up from the centerof that giant pit and kind of
just bobbed around right at thesurface of that thing and it
made quick snacking work of bothof the aboleths.

(09:22):
While we fought it I think Ihad a couple highlighted notes
here of some cool stuff thathappened.
Oh, we learned Krakens areimmune to paralysis.
That's true, the Kraken did somepretty good chomp.
Murder of the Aboleths, mm-hmm,yeah.

(09:45):
So we went through a couplerounds of combat, killed the
Kraken, and then we heard thisresounding scream no, my God.
And then another Aboleth showedup, who we have to assume is
Skaboth Shogoth, shogoth,shogoth, skogoth.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Oh wait, I wrote.
No wait, it's Skogoth.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
Oh, it's Skogoth.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Not Boss I don't know .

Speaker 5 (10:21):
We are all so good with names.

Speaker 6 (10:24):
Oh, m is use his snake belt, which is pretty
impressive, it's true.
After all this time, and yeah,I think that leaves us where we
are.
There's an angry faceless down.
We're in underwater pre-combat,about to go into full combat.
Are we gonna make a new threadfor?

Speaker 2 (10:43):
yeah, somebody real thread or a forum or I don't
even know, full combat.
Are we going to make a newthread for yeah?

Speaker 6 (10:48):
A real thread or a forum, or I don't even know how
to.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
Put it in there.

Speaker 6 (10:51):
There it is, I see it I had to refresh.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
Does anybody want to add anything?
That happened we all died.

Speaker 5 (10:59):
I don't think Skogoth spoke the previous session.
Skogoth was talking to Glenntrying to convince Glenn.
I don't know why anybody wouldget into Glenn's head to try to
convince him to do something, but he gave up on that.
And then at the start of lastsession he was in Moore's head

(11:22):
and I believe he tried to get orhe got into Nine's head, but I
don't think he ever tried to getinto in more's head and I
believe he tried to get.
Eri got into nine's head, but Idon't think he ever tried to
get into monty's head.
I don't think he tried toconvince monty, but but yeah he
tried to scare monty okay, oh,okay.
and then the abolets summonedthe Kraken.

(11:42):
They asked us to help themsummon, but then they summoned
them, not really sure why.
They asked for our assistancesummoning when they did it
themselves, but then they askedfor us to help kill it.
So yeah, that's all I got.

Speaker 6 (12:01):
As far as the battle went.

Speaker 5 (12:02):
My line was we killed the Kraken after it killed
Diabolus.
That is my summary of thebattle.

Speaker 4 (12:08):
Nine is there anything special happen to you
during the fight?

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Oh, nothing too out of the ordinary.
Oh, you mean the runes thing?
Yeah, that thing, oh right, yeah, I thought that was a dream
actually.
Yeah, so at some point duringthe fight, uh, after we were

(12:31):
fighting the juvenile kraken, and after an attack, nines got
runes on his arms.
So I imagine it was nines hitthe kraken and the kraken's
attacking struck back in, andand then, uh, the runes and the
Krakens attacking struck back in, and then the runes went on to
Nines' arms and burned intoplace.

(12:52):
And now, every time he unarmedstrikes, plus 1d4 damage.
Baby, that's some Bruce Leeshit.
Yeah, 1d4 lightning damage forunarmed strikes and then just
like I'm going to bulk in mind, meld and then do lightning
damage to somebody's brain tocure them of their depression.

(13:13):
Oh shit.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
It's like lobotomies for free, oh yeah, and.

Speaker 5 (13:19):
Nines actually was downed during the fight.
He was.
We had to bring him back up.
Yeah, Indeed.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
But now I'm like super whole again with 51 out of
69 hit points.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
Yeah, I was going to say not like super.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
I mean that's pretty good, yeah, five out of seven.
More hit points than I have.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
That's true.
You do have the most hit pointsout of everybody here Me do.
Glenn has 45, so yeah, you have51, Glenn has 45, Monty has 20,
and Morris has 33.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Oh, I thought you were talking about Max, your
current.

Speaker 4 (13:56):
Oh yeah, Actually, currently you do not.
No, Monty has the most hitpoints out of anybody.
Max-wise Glenn has 80 max.

Speaker 5 (14:05):
It's likety has the most hit points out of anybody.

Speaker 3 (14:06):
max-wise Glenn has 80 max.
It's like 20 is the most thatwe've got in the party.
That's pretty bad.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
Yeah, alright.
So yeah, you guys just defeatedthe Kraken, did some looting,
applied some potions, healed alittle bit and then, as you were
looking around the room, youheard a massive yell throughout
in all of your heads, from avoice that you're familiar with

(14:32):
screaming about his dead god.
And then, through the walls, alarge avalith creature appears,
which is larger.
This creature is larger thanthe two Aboleths you saw before
and, based off of what, basedoff of the voice and him hearing

(14:53):
you, you can safely assume thatit is Skogoth, and I have
started the session if you guyswould like to join.

Speaker 2 (15:01):
Ooh, there's new stuff in maps you can finally
select more than one token at atime.
Yes, you can they're gettingthere, yeah, just like Zoom did.
Is this the same place that wewere already fighting?

Speaker 5 (15:16):
Yes, yeah, there's still the dead body of the
Kraken.

Speaker 4 (15:19):
Rawr, rawr.

Speaker 5 (15:28):
So Glenn will say we tried to save him.

Speaker 4 (15:32):
Glenn, at your remark , you feel an overwhelming sense
of just sadness wash over youand you can tell that it's
coming from the creature that'scoming through the wall.
He's obviously very upset aboutthe whole situation, that the
Kraken's dead.
And then, immediately after thesadness, you feel anger and you
know that it's directed towardsyou and your companions.

Speaker 5 (15:53):
So he didn't believe me.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
No, not at all.

Speaker 5 (15:57):
I don't even get a deception roll.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
No, you do not.
Well, it's underwater combat.

Speaker 6 (16:02):
So it's got shorter range than normal.
There you go.
You gotta get closer to this.

Speaker 5 (16:11):
And so Glenn will say hey guys, I think he's mad at
us, or she?

Speaker 4 (16:16):
They.
And then you hear boss, musicstart do we see the pictures?
Everything everything freezesimmediately.
Uh, you see on one side skogoth, versus, and then it shows all
four of your photos Glenn Mors, nines and Monty.

Speaker 6 (16:38):
Do we get?
Like a screen freeze with likethe title pool shift in as it
zooms into our combat page.

Speaker 4 (16:44):
Yeah, everything freezes and it just shifts and
just focuses on all of you, oneat a time.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
I want to use Materia , alright, so.

Speaker 4 (16:56):
Wait, let me draw first, alright, so all of you,
give me some initiative rolls.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
Oh and Morse you, you have inspiration, by the way oh
yeah, unnatural 15 because ofmy goodness at being aware of it
.
I got a 13 because of mygoodness at being aware Wasted
my 20.

Speaker 5 (17:17):
I got a 13.

Speaker 6 (17:19):
Tan, I'm keeping the 7s going.
That's another 7.

Speaker 5 (17:25):
Oh, so my crappy roll is the first among us.

Speaker 4 (17:29):
Okay, and Monty, what did you get?

Speaker 3 (17:31):
I got tan.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
Oh man, you guys are doing great.
Yep, alright, didn't realize wewere going to have back-to-back
fights, but used some stuff thatI wouldn't have used, alright
so Skogoth is going to run intothe room, move forward a few
feet and each of you are goingto feel a resounding pressure on

(17:57):
your on your heads or insideyour heads, and this pain
doubles over until your visiongets a little blurry.
And when you open, when youfinally refocus and open your
eyes around you, you see threeother aboleths, all matching the
same exact description, sizeand shape of Skogoth.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
Except, like it's still obvious that Skogoth is in
the same position that he wasbefore.

Speaker 4 (18:27):
There is a creature there in the same position that
Skogoth was originally.
So, Nines, you get to go first.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Oh no, nines is going to call out Look out, guys,
there are four of them now andthen he's going to raise one
fist and sprint forward.
Never mind.
Oh wait, I mean he's using hisquarter staff.
Okay, like as a Just holdingthe two-handed.

(19:00):
He's gonna thwack the nearestteal colored Skogath, the run-up
of I don't know 15 feet, yeah,about 15 feet.

Speaker 4 (19:12):
15 feet north and you're gonna smack the Skogath
over there.
Give me an attack.
Feet 15 feet north and you'regonna smack the Skogoth over
there, give me an attack atdisadvantage.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
Oh, no, uh, I rolled an 8 and a 7, so a 17.

Speaker 4 (19:25):
A 17 does, does hit.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
Shall I roll damage or does?

Speaker 4 (19:33):
Yes, roll me some damage.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
I'm rolling some damn 8.
Yes, roll me some damage.
I'm rolling some damn A 4 plus6 for 10 damage.

Speaker 4 (19:43):
Okay, alright, and Roll me a.
I'll let you choose Nines.
You can either roll me anInvestigation check or a
perception check.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
You receive the ability to roll a die
Investigation or perception.
I choose perception at a plusseven.
Rolled an 11 for an 18.

Speaker 4 (20:08):
All right.
So, nines, as your quarterstaffpasses through this creature or
hits this creature, you seethat it doesn't.
It doesn't react as as uh fleshand blood normally reacts, as a
physical being does, and itsinks a little too deep into
this, uh, this, this being, uhit's.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
You do feel resistance, but it's not the
resistance you expect yeah, Iguess I wondering would nines
think to continue attacking thiscreature or try for a different
one?
That's up to you.
Oh, okay, I was hoping for anysort of hint as to what ability
we were dealing with, but yeah,I guess I'll just hit it again,

(20:52):
okay, and I'm going to use myfree action to yell out about
how squishy these things are.
Perfect, but like in adisgusting way, like ew.
All right 18 plus 10 for a 28.
Does a 28 hit, Mr DM?

Speaker 4 (21:07):
It's a disadvantage.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
Like I said, a 13 plus 10.
Does a 23 hit.

Speaker 4 (21:14):
Mr DM, that does hit a plus 10.
Does a 23 hit?
Mr Demon?
That does hit a plus 10.
Goddamn yeah.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
Evening quarterstaff plus 2.
8 damage on this Teoboleth.

Speaker 4 (21:25):
All right, the Teoboleth I mean Teoboleth as
your staff hits it your staffpasses completely through and
the teal bluff disappears, Ta-da.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
Where did it go, guys ?
It's kind of good that they'resquishy, though he's going to
run off and go hit another one.
Okay, so I can, as a bonusaction, use I'm actually going
to spend a key point, I believeand use my flurry of blows on

(22:02):
Yellowgoth, yellowgoth.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
All right, so you run a little bit to the east and go
to hit Yellowgoth.
Give me an attack atdisadvantage.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Disadvantage attack.
I can't select that.
I think I'm going to go withlavender At disadvantage.
I rolled for a 17.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
You have a crazy hit.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
Yeah, that does hit Hell.
Yeah, so that's going to be1d10 plus 4 bludgeoning damage
for 7.
But also, look out, here comesa d4 for lightning damage.
That's an extra 2 for lightningHa-chow.

Speaker 4 (22:40):
I mean ka-chig-a, I forget which one is the cooler
one.
All right, so 9 to give me aperception or an investigation.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
Plus 7 to perception and I rolled an 8 for a 15.

Speaker 4 (22:55):
Okay, you don't as your fist hits this.
You're so focused on your fistyou can't really tell if it
sinks deeper into the creaturethan the previous one.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
It feels different.
The lightning it's tinglier.
It's not normally this tingly.
I was thinking that, good, I'mglad we're on the same page.
Okay, so one more.
Maybe it's just that one fist.
Maybe Maybe I kicked it becauseI'm holding the quarterstaff,
whatever.
Maybe I tucked the quarterstaffand then a punch and I'm going

(23:29):
to come back in with the otherelbow right, so that way I'm
messing both appendages Atdisadvantage.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
This isn't looking good, uh 15, that does not hit,
so as you come in, uh, yeah Iknew as soon as I like, as soon
as I tucked it like it feltwrong yeah, it's like should
have gone out yellow goth comesup and grabs your wrist with one
of his tentacles and pushes itaside.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Hate that move.
Yeah.
I lost a tournament one time, like that Kid had tentacles.
I didn't know that was allowed.
You know, and maybe that's onme, I didn't read the rulebook,
but like that's crazy, right, you wouldn't expect that.

Speaker 4 (24:12):
You wouldn't expect it.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
Glenn you're up, so Glenn will, I guess, move down
towards Lavender.
Yeah, yeah, but I can't getwithin range, so that's it
Because I can't do anything.
Oh, okay, you put all of themoutside of our range, or outside

(24:37):
of Glenn's range.
The one that he could havereached has popped like a bubble
.
Glenn will then say I told youwe were trying to help him, so
I'm closer now.

Speaker 4 (24:52):
So I'm closer now, Alright, so so I need no, he
does not respond, Not duringyour turn anyway.
So, Glenn, at your words, allthese Skogoths turn to you at
once and each of you startfeeling that same pressure,

(25:13):
except it's more painful, and Ineed you each to give me a Look
through my notes.
Look through my notes.
Look through my notes.
An intelligence saving throw.

Speaker 5 (25:22):
I disbelieve Glenn rolls a 17.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
Bonti got a 5.

Speaker 6 (25:28):
That's good right, that's great.
Yeah, Moore's got a 13.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
Okay, sorry, I was typing, you're fine.

Speaker 5 (25:36):
you're fine and we are rolling intelligent saving
oh shit, I could have donesomething, damn it good thing.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
Nines is character sheet smart alright 14 plus 3
for 17.

Speaker 4 (25:51):
alright, so, glenn and nines, you are each going to
take 12 points of psychicdamage, and Moors and Monty,
you're each going to take 19points of psychic damage.

Speaker 3 (26:08):
Good start to the fight.

Speaker 4 (26:11):
And Monty, you are up .

Speaker 3 (26:13):
Well, with my one hit point remaining, I think I'm
gonna start with a Potion ofGreater Healing.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
Alright, Roll it for me.
How much do you heal?

Speaker 3 (26:24):
Uh, let's see it's a 44 plus 4.
40 as in 4-0.
Oh hell yeah, not quite Not bad.
That's 15 points.
Uh, that is my action, though, correct?
Yes, that is correct, so, and Iprobably can't do anything else

(26:45):
as a bonus action.
Uh, so yeah, monty's notlooking too good, so he kind of
staggers a little bit, drinkshis potion, and he's just going
to kind of get himself puttogether and I'm going to have
to wait another round to do somemore healing before I actually
can do anything, because, ohyeah, ranged stuff doesn't work

(27:07):
underwater, alright that's itfor me.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
So question Monty, that fast-footed one or the
fast-footed bonus action thatyou have, does that work
underwater?
I didn't look at it.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
The Archadillon Stride no.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
No, because it's fire .

Speaker 4 (27:26):
Oh, good point, good point.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
I mean, tell me, Brandon, does fire work in your
water?

Speaker 4 (27:31):
No, some bubbles come up.
Alright, morris, your turn.

Speaker 6 (27:40):
Okay, first question I was trying to read up on.
I'm trying to remember if in 5e, drinking a potion is an action
or a bonus action.
I know it's a full action toforce it into somebody.
It's a full action to drink ityourself.
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:58):
Cool, let me verify real quick, because if not,
we're going to go back toMonty's turn.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
Nah, it's my character.
She's telling me it's an action.
I think you're right, it's afull action, yeah it's a full
action.

Speaker 4 (28:09):
Yeah, I have to verify because in Baldur's Gate
it's full action.
I have to verify because inBaldur's Gate it's bonus action.
Yeah, I think Matt Mercer didthat.

Speaker 6 (28:18):
Like God intended.
Like God intended, oh yeah,cool.
Well, in that case, I'm goingto swim a little closer to nines
over here and then I'm going touh, start casting a spell,

(28:40):
twirling my hands togetherunderwater, making all these
ripples and currents happen,nice.
And then I'm going to cast asix level enchantment spell and,
as an enchantment wizard, whenI would target one creature, I
get to target two creatures thatI can see.
So I'm gonna target yellow gathand blue gath and they start

(29:00):
dancing in place, tapping theirfeet, capering for the duration.
If they're immune to charm, they can't be affected by the
spell, but they have to use alltheir movement to dance without
leaving it space.
They have disadvantage ondexterity, saving throws and
attack rolls.
While they're affected by thespell, other creatures have
advantage on attack rollsagainst it and as an action, the

(29:22):
dancing creature can make awhistling saving throw to try to
regain control of itself, andif it makes a successful save,
then it is no longer dancingirresistibly.

Speaker 4 (29:32):
Oh nice, there's not even a save for that when you
first cast it.

Speaker 6 (29:36):
Yeah, I just dance, bitch Alright.

Speaker 4 (29:40):
That's pretty good, Okay, alright.
So which ones are you targeting?

Speaker 6 (29:46):
Yellowgath, yellowgath and Bluegath.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
Alright, Yellow and Bluegath.

Speaker 6 (29:52):
And I moved, I spelled, I expelled, I cannot
bonus.
Oh, actually, maybe I can.
I didn't collect my snake, soI'm going to have my snake, my
sneaky snake, swim over totowards yellow gas, if he can
get to him.
Yep.
And see if he won't take achomp out of him.

Speaker 4 (30:14):
Okay, and a bite underwater that is at
disadvantage.
So give me an attack at normal.

Speaker 6 (30:22):
Oh yeah, it just hits , that's right, it's just a D6,
and then you make a con save.
I think is what we decided.

Speaker 4 (30:26):
Yep, that's right, that's right, you're right.

Speaker 6 (30:30):
Does a 16 save Probably yeah, okay, I don't
know, I didn't write it down.
Let me see if I can find it.
It seems like, yes, snake beltCon 14 save.

Speaker 4 (30:42):
Yep, it does, but I did 5 poison damage to your evil
yellow gath, nice, okay, alright, yeah, so you guys see
the blue and yellow blue andyellow Skogoths.
They turn vertical slightly andyou see them start moving their
feet as if they're tap-dancingunderwater.

(31:02):
And it is a wisdom saving throw, you said.

Speaker 6 (31:08):
It takes a full action and it is a wisdom save
yep.

Speaker 4 (31:11):
Okay, alright.
So yellow failed, yes, and bluepassed.
So yellow failed, yes, and bluepassed with a 16.

Speaker 6 (31:21):
16 meets and it's a beat.

Speaker 4 (31:23):
So yellow is still dancing and blue is not Nice,
and the purple one is going tomove towards Glenn a couple feet
and he's going to take a swipewith his tentacle.
Too many damn tabs.
Does a 17 hit?
Yes, okay, and you are going totake 11 points of bludgeoning

(31:49):
damage.
Okay, and 9s, you're up.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
Weird.
Sorry, give me just a second.
Okay, so Still sitting here infront of Yalogoth.

Speaker 4 (32:02):
Yeah, he's just dancing away, he's tap dancing
away underwater.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
And if I hit him, does he stop tap dancing?
Should I move on to?

Speaker 6 (32:11):
something else?
No, no, you get advantage onattacks against him, which makes
it a straight roll for yourdisadvantage thingies yeah okay.
He has disadvantage ondexterity, saves and saving
throws and attack rolls.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
I'm going to do a twirl.
Actually, can I use Because Ihave Shaped Water as a cantrip?
Can I move the water out?

Speaker 4 (32:38):
of the way of my quarterstaff.
Well, that is an action, so youCantrips can be cast as bonus
action.

Speaker 6 (32:46):
I don't know that we're using new rules.
I think that's only sometimeswhat was happening.
I think some cantrips can't,but I think typically in 5e
rules that we're following areall full action.

Speaker 2 (32:59):
Unless they say otherwise.
I might be thinking of like asorcerer thing.

Speaker 5 (33:04):
Yeah it's casting time one action.

Speaker 4 (33:06):
Yeah, this is an action, so wake up.

Speaker 5 (33:10):
Sorry, I was just going to say it depends on the
cantrip.
Some of them say as a bonusaction, but I will say that you
can cast a cantrip and do anaction or a bonus action.
It's the only spell that youcan do an attack and a spell at
the same time at the same round, right?

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Yeah, and I forget exactly what the rules are, so
I'll just hit this dancing queen.
And I forget exactly what therules are, so I'll just I'll hit
this dancing queen.
I'm gonna give the old yellowgoth a plus ten, beating that he
or she will never forget forthe rest of its natural life,

(33:51):
which should be very soon.
Nice, all right, give me anattack roll Attacking Plus ten,
natural life, which should bevery soon Nice.

Speaker 4 (33:55):
Alright, give me an attack roll.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
Attacking plus 10.
17 hit, that does hit.

Speaker 6 (34:03):
I'd like to take a reaction, please.
I'm going to produce a smallmace in the shape of a hand.
I'm going to whack nines in thetushy.
It's a good hit.
In doing so, we'll provide himfour bludgeoning damage and give
him an extra attack.

Speaker 4 (34:21):
Yep.
So yeah, nines, take fourbludgeoning damage and you get
an extra attack as well.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
Ow Ow.
Okay, so I'm going to rolldamage on this first.
Is it an extra attack or anextra attack action?

Speaker 6 (34:38):
Extra attack.
Okay, it's an attack action wetalked about.
So if you get multiple attacksper attack, I mean we can check
on it, but I thought you saidattack.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
Yeah, because that's like adding haste right, you get
an extra action.

Speaker 4 (34:52):
Well, no, it's an extra attack, it's not an extra
action.

Speaker 6 (34:55):
It's the attack action, though right.
So a fighter if I use it on afighter like Monty, he gets two
attacks with his bow.
Yes, Because his attack actiongives him two attacks.
So it's not a free action, it'san attack action.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
But it's still two attacks, because I do two
attacks per attack action.
Yeah, you're telling me I gotfour total attacks.
Is that where we're Correct?
My god, Okay.
I guess three more.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
Yeah, roll your damage for the yellow one.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
So the damage was I rolled a nine plus six for 15.

Speaker 4 (35:34):
Okay, yeah, your staff hits him and it takes
damage.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
I want to make sure that I'm not wasting anything or
inefficiently using the time.

Speaker 4 (35:45):
Oh, I understand.
Yeah, no, he takes damage andhe looks hurt, but he's still
standing there Ready for anotherone.

Speaker 2 (35:51):
I'm going to smack him with a 24.
That does hit.

Speaker 4 (35:55):
I'm going to smack him with a 24.
That does hit.
I'm going to do 7 damage.
Okay, and as your staff passesthrough this individual, it
disappears.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (36:07):
You, logoth, you are my boy.
Now I'm going to go hit up BlueGod I think I said I ran
previously, but I think it's arunning motion as I'm going to
go hit up Blue God.
I think I said I ran previously, but I think it's a running
motion as I'm swimming forward.
You know how it's hard to stayupright and swim forward.
I don't want to fight up thatdoesn't make sense, right.
So I'm trying to walk forward.

Speaker 6 (36:29):
How does your running on water work?
Do you just choose to solidifythe water beneath your feet?
I think it has to be only inliquid.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
I think it has to be the point where it meets a gas.
It's got to be in service butif I shape it.

Speaker 6 (36:44):
You can also run up walls, though, right, I mean, if
you wanted to.
You can also just swim there.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
Now I got blue guy up next to me.
I'm going to give him the sameA 22 and a natural 1 for an 11.

Speaker 4 (37:02):
The 22 does hit, the 11 does not.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
No shit 16 damage.

Speaker 4 (37:09):
Roll me a perception or an investigation roll.

Speaker 2 (37:12):
Perception is for 7.

Speaker 4 (37:14):
Ka-chow for 21.
Alright, so yeah, 9,.
You immediately recognize thehit.
With your staff, you can tellthis is a solid, real creature.

Speaker 2 (37:25):
I'm gonna, I'm gonna, blob out how real and solid
this creature is.

Speaker 4 (37:31):
How are you blobbing that out?
I'm gonna blob out how real andsolid.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
This creature is Perfect, thank you.
How are you blubbing that out?

Speaker 5 (37:39):
Perfect.

Speaker 2 (37:40):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (37:41):
You know, with the potions of water breathing we
could speak underwater.

Speaker 6 (37:49):
But I forgot for a moment.
Don't play this character forhim.
Bill, he's blubbing.
He's blubbing.

Speaker 5 (37:54):
I'd see Nines doing it anyway, even if he could
speak underwater.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
Does that mean that they could all hear the
swooshing sounds that I wasmaking while swinging my
quarterstaff?

Speaker 4 (38:07):
Yes, absolutely, you should envelope those too.

Speaker 6 (38:09):
Just think about what cavitation sounds like you
should envelope those two.

Speaker 2 (38:15):
Bro, what are you like?
Just think about whatcavitation sounds like.

Speaker 4 (38:21):
Oh yeah, I hate that sound.

Speaker 5 (38:23):
Cavitation in a pump, or oh wait, it all sounds the
same.
Anything else?

Speaker 2 (38:28):
Nines no, that is my four.
Oh, no wait, I do get the Bbewness right.
I'm not gonna spend the kipoint, I'm just gonna do a
normal ass, regular unflurry ofblows, unarmed attack.

Speaker 4 (38:47):
At disadvantage.
I didn't make you roll.
The last one's a disadvantagethat was on me.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
Ooh, you right.
You right because we on aundancing creature and I got me
a 12.

Speaker 4 (38:59):
Yeah, this blue Skogoth is staring right at you.
He saw the lightning start tosparkle in your fist and he paid
extra attention to avoid thatand just dodged out of the way.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
Skogoth move like they do.
Yeah, that's the end of my turn, though.
That's all my stuff.

Speaker 4 (39:14):
Cool, cool, Glenn, you're up buddy.

Speaker 5 (39:18):
Alright.
So Glenn will look at thelavender goth in front of him
and he's not really sure if heshould attack it, but he's going
to because it's in front of himand he just got smacked by it,
so he's pretty sure that it hasto be taken care of.
So he will using his daggerattack with a kaboom.

Speaker 4 (39:42):
All right, give me an attack roll, not at
disadvantage, because you have arapier.

Speaker 5 (39:48):
No, a rapier would be at disadvantage, but he's using
a dagger, oh dagger.
That's what I meant.
I missed.
I rolled a 14.

Speaker 4 (39:57):
That does miss.

Speaker 5 (39:59):
So he will use his bonus action and use his other
dagger.
Okay, and that is a 26.

Speaker 4 (40:09):
That does hit.

Speaker 2 (40:11):
Did I hear a sound effect?

Speaker 4 (40:14):
Do I?
I think Justin just coughed.
I hiccuped.
I'm sorry.
Yeah, I'm doing live soundeffects.

Speaker 5 (40:22):
now I was like are you hearing the noises I'm
hearing from my rolls?
That's weird.
Didn't know that you guys heardthose before.
Alright, so regular damage ofone there and 21, and that's it.
So 22 points of damage 22points of damage.

Speaker 4 (40:47):
Can you give me a perception or an investigation?
Check your choice, Glenn.

Speaker 5 (40:53):
So he wants to work on his investigation.
So he's not actually going todo that, he's going to roll a
perception of 14.

Speaker 4 (41:03):
Okay, yeah, glenn, as your dagger punches into this
creature, it has a little toomuch give to it.
You would expect to add alittle more resistance as your
dagger punches into it and whenyou pull it out, not as much
blood as you would expect.
A little more resistance asyour dagger punches into it and
when you pull it out, not asmuch blood as you would normally
expect comes out of thiscreature.

Speaker 5 (41:21):
Okay, but it stays there.
Yes, 22 points of damage staysthere.
Okay, then Glenn will in hisnormal moves.
He will also move Whoa, that'sodd, I was moving the whole
screen.
He will move back 10 feet.
He'll move back 11 feet.

Speaker 4 (41:43):
Alright, and what feature gives you that?
So you can disengage at anytime?
What's it called again Rakeish?

Speaker 5 (41:51):
Audacity, Rakeish Audacity, that's what it is.
I believe Probably should knowthat off the top of my headish.
Audacity that's what it is.
I believe Probably should knowthat off the top of my head.
I'm pretty sure that's what itis.

Speaker 4 (41:59):
Yeah, nope, that's initiative rolls, you don't need
advantage.

Speaker 5 (42:03):
Oh sorry, fancy footwork, Fancy footwork.

Speaker 4 (42:07):
During your turn.
If you make a melee attackagainst a creature, that
creature can't make opportunityattacks against you for the rest
of your turn.
Okay, there it is.
I knew you had a feature, Ijust didn't remember what it was
called.
Cool Alright, once again, thesetwo Skogoths are.
You see them start raisingtheir hands and they're starting
gonna moving them back andforth quickly, and I need you

(42:29):
all to make me an intelligentsaving throw Like in Team
America World Police.
The secret, yeah, secret,handshake.

Speaker 5 (42:40):
What's your question, glenn Did?
Oh, I didn't know it was theirturn, but okay, never mind 13.
I'm gonna die.

Speaker 3 (42:50):
Monty got a 9.

Speaker 4 (42:52):
9?

Speaker 6 (42:54):
9.
Morris got a 26.

Speaker 4 (42:57):
Holy shit, it's almost like that's what a
wizard's known for Almost.

Speaker 5 (43:02):
Oh wait, a second, Never mind continue 9's what you
get.

Speaker 2 (43:09):
Sorry, I forgot this is intelligent saving throw.

Speaker 4 (43:12):
again Intelligent saving throw.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
I got 19 plus 3 for 22.

Speaker 4 (43:16):
Hell yeah, all right.
So Nines and Moors, you guysare going to take 13 points of
psychic damage.
That was that all.
And Glenn and Monty, you guysare going to take 21 points of
psychic damage.

Speaker 5 (43:33):
All right, Glenn has a hit point, hell yeah.

Speaker 3 (43:38):
That's one more than Monty.

Speaker 4 (43:42):
Oh, is Monty down?
Oh yeah, Monty's down.

Speaker 6 (43:44):
Okay, mors also has 1 .

Speaker 4 (43:47):
HP.
Alright Monty, give me a deathsaving throw.

Speaker 3 (43:51):
What is it?
What is a death saving throw?

Speaker 5 (43:54):
It should when you go to 0, it should pop up on your
screen Uh, it's 10 and above,you win.

Speaker 3 (44:03):
Yeah, what uh?

Speaker 5 (44:06):
When you take the hit points away.

Speaker 3 (44:08):
Yeah, it did pop up, but what do I click on here?

Speaker 5 (44:11):
It should be a dice or something.

Speaker 4 (44:13):
Well, you just roll me a d20.
If it's above 10, you save, ifnot, you fail that would be an 8
alright, so you click one ofthose circle failures.

Speaker 2 (44:29):
Yep, got it 3 failures before you get 3 saves,
then you die forever yeah, somore is our sorry, monty, you uh
also, you die in real life also, you take your life yeah that's
the dnd story.

Speaker 4 (44:45):
That's that's the dnd story.
We have this rotation, yeahit's good that you guys just
click on the little involved inthis combat.

Speaker 5 (44:58):
You just click on the little skull thingy and it
rolls for you.

Speaker 3 (45:00):
Oh does it, oh does it.

Speaker 5 (45:01):
Nice, it pops up a screen and then you can roll.

Speaker 4 (45:05):
Monty, as you're sitting, as you're floating in
the water a couple feet off thebottom, you feel your eyes start
to get blurry and you're notable to focus on anything.
And you feel your eyes start toget blurry and you're not able
to focus on anything and youfeel yourself start slipping
from the world.

Speaker 3 (45:21):
Oh no.

Speaker 4 (45:22):
Bad news bears.
You were up, buddy.

Speaker 6 (45:25):
Just reviewing my spells.
Mors is going to swim a fewfeet over to Monty and he was
trying to figure out how hewould drink a potion of greater
healing underwater anyways.
So he's gonna experiment onMonty and just kinda like pop

(45:48):
one down his throat and thenit's like tap the bottom like a
Heinz ketchup bottle until allthe potion comes out just right
down the gullet.

Speaker 4 (45:57):
I'm just imagining Mors opening Monty's mouth,
fitting the bottle into it andjust closing the lips with one
hand and tapping the top of itwith the other.

Speaker 6 (46:06):
That's exactly it.

Speaker 4 (46:08):
That's right, alright , roll me some healing.

Speaker 6 (46:18):
That's 44 plus 4.
So two, three, four d four.
How did we do?
Oh, that's pretty good.
You got 14 plus four.

Speaker 4 (46:25):
You got 18 hit points back monty all right nice, yeah
, monty, as you're, as you'resitting there, you feel, uh, you
feel something moving your facearound, and then your eyes
immediately snap back to focus.
And standing above you is Mors, holding your mouth closed
around the lip of a bottle.
As he's tapping the top of abottle into your mouth, I'm glad

(46:47):
that's a bottle.

Speaker 5 (46:48):
And he looks like he's about to die himself.

Speaker 6 (46:50):
Yeah, yeah, it's true .
Strictly speaking, would Montybe prone because we're all
underwater?
He would just like go limpright, yeah, no, he's not prone.

Speaker 4 (47:02):
I'm gonna say no, hell yeah.

Speaker 3 (47:05):
Haha, the benefit we got you.

Speaker 6 (47:08):
We found the loophole .
We found the loophole of thesewater fights For our benefit Of
course, alright, and then Iguess, I guess I'll send my
trouser snake after what?
Now that I've roused Monty,I'll send my trouser snake over

(47:32):
to Lugeth and strike you withanother 1d6 poison damage.
Send my trouser snake over toLugeth and strike you with
another 1d6 poison damage.
Oh, it's 6 poison damage.
Alright, please attempt a consaving throw.
Which one are you attacking?

Speaker 4 (47:47):
I'm sorry, the Lugeth Alright, the blue one in front
of 9s Constitution saving throw,that'll be only a 12.

Speaker 6 (47:57):
I think that fails.

Speaker 4 (47:58):
It does fail.

Speaker 6 (48:00):
What does that even mean?
It's never happened before.
Hold on Snake boat, becomepoisoned.
Ha ha, let me look that up.
I don't know what that means.
Let's see Poisoned.
A poisoned creature hasdisadvantage on attack rolls and
ability checks.
Nice Love that.
Good job, trouser Snake.
Good job, trouser Snake.
Too bad you're not holding mypants up anymore.

Speaker 4 (48:26):
Alright, anything else I'll P the T Alright.
So, nines, the blue Skogoth infront of you reaches one of its
tentacles forward and you feelthis overwhelming presence
inside of your head and I needyou to make me a wisdom saving
throw.

Speaker 2 (48:46):
Wisdom saving throw yeah.
I got a plus four, so this isgood yeah.
And do you have a resistance.

Speaker 4 (48:53):
Oh, you have advantage to being charmed as
well, so give me that it hadadvantage hooray, fucking.

Speaker 2 (49:02):
Is there such thing as double advantage?
It's not, I'm sorry, okay, no,well, then I get a 13 okay, so
uh, so n you are currentlyenslaved by the Aboleth.

Speaker 4 (49:17):
What that means is you've been magically charmed by
the Aboleth and it's until theAboleth dies or is on a
different plane of existencefrom the target.
Charmed target is under theAboleth's control and can't take
reactions, and the Aboleth andthe target can communicate
telepathically with each otherover any distance.
So, nines, the command you getin your head and I'm going to

(49:40):
let you play it out as acharacter, but the command you
get in your head is kill thewizard.
No.
Okay, so I'm going to let youplay that out as a character,
but that is the command you'vereceived.

Speaker 6 (49:53):
Oh, poor Glenn Poor.

Speaker 3 (49:57):
Glenn Nine's thanks.
Glenn's a wizard, that's true.

Speaker 5 (50:04):
Guess it was not clear.

Speaker 1 (50:06):
Kill the wizard the wizard, I'm fine with him
attacking, but he needs to haveindecision first.

Speaker 5 (50:15):
Like I don't know which one is the wizard.

Speaker 6 (50:19):
Morse is only a part-time wizard because he's a
part-time barbarian.

Speaker 4 (50:22):
That's true.
Alright, nines, you are up, andif you're not comfortable doing
that, I will direct your turnfor you.
I can just type it for you, butHang on a minute Nines.

Speaker 2 (50:35):
It like fuels this command obviously like yeah, of
course it's like it's charmed, though right, yes, uh, and so,
through long years of practice, nines has become incredibly
adept at completely emptying hismind of every thought.

(50:57):
Okay, and so he takes a moment,he takes a watery, blubbery
breath.
And he empties, he crumples upall of his thoughts and he puts
them into the wastebasket of hismind.
And as an action, I usestillness of mind to end my

(51:23):
charmed effect.

Speaker 4 (51:24):
Oh shit.

Speaker 6 (51:26):
Hell yeah.

Speaker 4 (51:27):
Nice.

Speaker 6 (51:28):
I'm going to play your character.

Speaker 5 (51:31):
Good job.

Speaker 4 (51:32):
That's awesome.
Okay, is there anything elseyou'd like to do?

Speaker 2 (51:36):
yeah, I like nines.
His eyes will close for amoment and then he opens them
back up looking at the uh, theblue goth, the real goth.
And then I'm gonna spend a keypoint to fucking punch him in
the face a couple of times.
Okay.

Speaker 4 (51:55):
Yeah, the blue Skogoth is completely unprepared
for this.
He thought he had you enslaved, and so he is not prepared for
this at all.
So take the attack at advantage.

Speaker 2 (52:07):
Fuck.
Yeah.
Yeah, I do have a customizedskill that I think I need to
finish Build.
No, is this right?
Sorry, I had advantage so 21.

Speaker 4 (52:25):
It does hit, give me some damage.

Speaker 2 (52:28):
So wait, that says 1d10 plus 4, but it's supposed
to be 1d4, right?
The lightning is an additional1d4, right.

Speaker 4 (52:35):
The lightning is an additional 1d4, that's correct.

Speaker 2 (52:39):
Okay, yeah, that's not built in An additional 1
damage, so, yeah, 14 damagetotal with that unarmed strike.
Okay, and then my next one damnit forgot advantage, so next
one.
Damn it Forgot Advantage, so a19.

Speaker 4 (52:58):
That hits 11 plus 3.

Speaker 2 (53:03):
14 damage.
All right, that's going to belike a kick, that's like a
sweeping, like underwater using, like I'm going to brace off my
quarterstaff a little bit orwhatever.
Just you know something coolLike eyes snap open and then
kick, kick, Nice, yeah.

Speaker 4 (53:25):
So Skogoth is so like surprised by this.
You see its eyes, where theywere once focused on the
battlefield in front of it, snapdirectly at you and the purple
Skogoth disappears.
Yeah, Nice, Anything else,Nines.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
No, I'm satisfied with that turn.

Speaker 4 (53:52):
That's a good move.
Hell yeah, I did not even knowyour character had that ability.

Speaker 2 (53:59):
Which is funny, because you knew that I had
advantage against charm, I didyeah.

Speaker 4 (54:05):
That's an elf thing.
That's an elf thing.
I knew you had that because youwere an elf.
Yeah good shit, alright,alright.
So, glenn, you're up buddy.

Speaker 5 (54:16):
Alright.
So, uh, glenn has very littlelife left and also doesn't have
enough movement to get in rangeagain, so Glenn will move his 30
feet and drink a potion.

Speaker 4 (54:35):
Okay, give me some healing.

Speaker 5 (54:37):
So I guess Glenn only has regular potions of healing.
So seven whole points ofhealing.
Okay, it's 2d4 plus 2.
Yep, so Glenn now has eightpoints of health.
And that is his action, hismovement and his bonus action.

(55:02):
So for his free action he willshoot Luke off a bird.

Speaker 4 (55:10):
Well, roll me that bird at disadvantage, because
then he range attacks.

Speaker 2 (55:18):
Hang on, because water is so much more dense than
air.

Speaker 4 (55:25):
Continue, alright.

Speaker 2 (55:31):
I think maybe the Skogoth would get the message
faster.

Speaker 4 (55:39):
Alright, it's that time I need you all to make me
an intelligent saving throw.

Speaker 5 (55:43):
I don't know, I'm just going to plain old die.

Speaker 4 (55:47):
You all feel that pressure once again in your
heads.

Speaker 2 (55:52):
Okay, my mind was empty of both thoughts, but I
suppose I've had one morethought since then, so that
makes sense.
So 17 plus 3 for a 20.
20.

Speaker 5 (56:08):
Clint got a 10.

Speaker 6 (56:11):
Mora's got a 25.
Holy shit, I mean I have 1 HP,it doesn't matter.
Monty got a 25.

Speaker 3 (56:16):
Holy shit.

Speaker 2 (56:16):
I mean I have 1 HP, it doesn't matter.
Monty got a 5.
Yeah, it feels like the smarteryou are, the more affected by
this you are.

Speaker 4 (56:26):
Alright uh.
Monty, you have a 5.
Okay, yeah, so Mors and Nines, you each take 2 points of
psychic damage.

Speaker 6 (56:37):
Oh, that's twice as many as I had.

Speaker 4 (56:42):
And Glenn and Monty, you each take six points of
psychic damage.
Oh.
Oops you mean psychic healing,no psychic damage.
I hit the wrong button so close.
Alright, so that puts Mors andGlenn down, correct?

Speaker 5 (57:01):
nope, glenn is not down.
Glenn has two hit points heused a healing potion.

Speaker 4 (57:05):
Oh, that's right nice .

Speaker 6 (57:08):
I used one too strictly, technically speaking,
you did that is correct did anyof it like waft out of.

Speaker 4 (57:17):
Mors just sniffed it up through his nose.

Speaker 5 (57:21):
Didn't all make it quite into Monty's mouth.
Monty dribbled a little bit out.

Speaker 2 (57:26):
Yeah, do we have potions of water snorting as
well.

Speaker 6 (57:31):
Have a really good time.

Speaker 4 (57:32):
Alright, I gotta get rid of one of these Monty.
You're up, buddy.

Speaker 5 (57:37):
Alright Monty kind of shakes the guy who brought you
up just passed out next to you.

Speaker 3 (57:42):
Yeah, he pretty much is like, barely like what?
No mores.
And then he is going to cast athird level cure wounds on mores
.
Nice, we'll just keep takingturns reviving each other
forever cast a third level curewounds on.

Speaker 6 (57:56):
Mors, nice, we'll just keep taking turns, reviving
each other forever.
There you go, it's perfect,jeez 15.
Honeypot technique 15?
.

Speaker 3 (58:06):
Yeah, yeah, 15.
15 HPs, All right, 15 HPs.
And he's gonna say, mors, keepgoing, you can do this.
And then I'm also going to movehalf the distance, because I
can't get all the way there.

Speaker 4 (58:26):
Get a bit closer, okay, and that's it for me.
Okay, and that leads us to you, morse, alright, I will swim
closer, so I don't have to standup, that's kinda nice.

Speaker 6 (58:38):
That is nice.
Get next to nines.
Again.
Now, on this map we're lookingat, it does look like there's
quite a bit of debris around.
There is I think you meandebris, debris, verdigris all
over the place.

Speaker 5 (58:55):
So where'd they give it away to does?

Speaker 2 (58:57):
the nebris have vertigris, also ambergris.

Speaker 6 (59:01):
Hmm, inquiring minds well, looking at that rubble and
stuff, I'm sure I'd be able torecognize a piece of that that
maybe weighed 5 pounds or less.
Yes, maybe like a shell orsomething, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (59:18):
See, this is about catapult.
It works on objects that you.
You don't have to see theobject right.
It needs to be like withinsight it has to be close to you,
but you don't have to see itright.

Speaker 2 (59:31):
Yeah, you don't have to be like, I think, directing
your gaze at it like if you wantto, if you want a star wars
telekinesis, a fucking brickover your shoulder.

Speaker 3 (59:39):
I mean what stops you from like catapulting the atlas
heart?

Speaker 6 (59:44):
not more than or other.
I mean his body's probablycarrying the heart vital oregon
yeah, I'm definitely not gonnathat to happen.
We're just going to fuckingblood.

Speaker 4 (59:55):
Mansy killing spree.
Give me that heart.

Speaker 1 (59:58):
You just crashed it against the inside of its brain,
the.

Speaker 5 (01:00:01):
Aboleth's heart probably weighs more than five
pounds.

Speaker 2 (01:00:05):
Yeah, I would say that it's a large creature,
right?
I'm pretty sure you said VitalOregon, Vital Oregon yes, that's
not how you say it right.
Are you talking about the stateVital Florida?

Speaker 4 (01:00:20):
No, they like it pronounced Oregon.

Speaker 2 (01:00:23):
No, they don't Shut up.
Hey, what is the name of thestate that is home to Las Vegas
and Reno?

Speaker 4 (01:00:32):
Nevada, nevada.

Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
Correct Wait, which one Maddie was correct with
Nevada.

Speaker 4 (01:00:42):
What did I say?
Nevada, nevada.
Oh okay, learn something new,right?
Isn't that cool?
So you're going to try tocatapult this guy.

Speaker 6 (01:00:54):
Yeah, the brick thing , shoot a catapult.
Oh, he needs to make a dex save.
I meant to use a spell slot.
That works out fine.
Make a dex save.

Speaker 4 (01:01:04):
Well, luckily, Abolists are very good at
dexterity.
They're not.
They're not Does a 2 save.

Speaker 6 (01:01:12):
No, I do 16 hermit crab damage.
Throw in a hermit crab.
Yeah, take that.

Speaker 5 (01:01:23):
Does the hermit crab pinch him too?

Speaker 4 (01:01:26):
Probably I would.
Okay, yeah, a hermit crab slamson the side of this avalith and
it recoils as the hermit crabgrabs onto one of its, onto the
side of its face, and it's justhanging there.
Anything else, mors?

Speaker 6 (01:01:44):
That's 16 damage.
Yes, hell yeah, else.
No, I'm going to stand next tothe nines for no reason at all.

Speaker 5 (01:01:54):
Of course.

Speaker 6 (01:01:55):
My belt is going to attack again, with one point of
damage.
Alright, but he's alreadypoisoned, so it doesn't matter.
Yep, don't forget about thedisadvantage on ability checks
and attack rolls.
Correct, correct, hell yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:02:13):
Alright, yeah, nines, this creature's not too happy
with you, so it's gonna takesome attacks at you, at
disadvantage of course.
Hell yeah, alright, so.

Speaker 5 (01:02:24):
A great use for throwing the hermit crab at it.

Speaker 4 (01:02:27):
Yes, Alright, Nines does a 20 hit.

Speaker 2 (01:02:32):
It does.

Speaker 4 (01:02:33):
Okay, I'm gonna roll a second attack right now 20 at
disadvantage Jesus, it does.

Speaker 5 (01:02:37):
I'm going to roll a second attack right now 20 at
disadvantage Jesus, it's got aplus 9, dude.

Speaker 4 (01:02:41):
Eh A 17 does not hit.
Nice.
And a 23.

Speaker 2 (01:02:48):
So you're going to take two of those attacks.
Sure hope it's not a bunch ofdamage.

Speaker 5 (01:02:54):
You're a monk, you can just ignore it, right?
That's how that works.

Speaker 2 (01:02:58):
Let me see which skill I can use to ignore damage
.

Speaker 4 (01:03:02):
Nines, you're going to take 21 points of bludgeoning
damage.

Speaker 2 (01:03:07):
I cannot survive that .
Do I have any reactions oranything Slow fall.

Speaker 4 (01:03:15):
You know what Nines.

Speaker 2 (01:03:17):
I forgot about my open hand technique.
I could have been imposing someeffects on this thing.
Not a big deal, unlikely tosucceed anyway.

Speaker 5 (01:03:28):
Can he use his deflect missile?

Speaker 4 (01:03:31):
I don't think so.

Speaker 5 (01:03:32):
No.

Speaker 4 (01:03:33):
Yeah, this creature's looking real hurt.
It's not looking great, nope, but neither is Nines.

Speaker 2 (01:03:39):
I can't do shit about that.
So that takes me down.
Do I roll a death?
Save immediately.

Speaker 4 (01:03:46):
On your turn.
So now it is your turn.
So yes, you have to.

Speaker 5 (01:03:49):
Oh, that's why they Okay.
I was like you're not supposedto do it to your turn, but it
was their turn right after theyfell Got it so, 9th, give me a
death save.

Speaker 2 (01:04:01):
Okay, I clicked the skull thing.
Did it pop up a screen?
Yeah, do I?
Does this allow me to roll?
I don't remember what it lookedlike, I just rolled a d20.

Speaker 5 (01:04:14):
Hold on, I would just rolled a d20.
Hold on.

Speaker 4 (01:04:15):
Yeah, I would just roll a d20.

Speaker 5 (01:04:19):
Oh no, I guess there isn't.

Speaker 2 (01:04:21):
Failure says yeah, okay, straight, d20.
Here we go.
Hey, it rolled over at the lastsecond from a 5 to a 15.

Speaker 4 (01:04:32):
All right, Give you that success and, glenn, you're
up buddy.

Speaker 5 (01:04:38):
Alright, glenn will move forward just a bit to get
in range and with his main handdagger and saying kaboom, he
will kaboom and attack theShkogoth.
Give me attack roll, jesus, freaking Christ.
So then with his offhand hewill also attack.

(01:05:00):
But I don't have advantage, joy.
No, you do not.
I missed again.
Jesus, fucking Christ 14.
I'm pretty sure that misses.

Speaker 4 (01:05:10):
That does miss.

Speaker 5 (01:05:11):
Because I got a 13 and a 14.
Alright, well then, glenn willalso move back again.

Speaker 4 (01:05:17):
But you didn't.
Oh yeah, you just have toattack with the melee attack.

Speaker 5 (01:05:19):
Yeah, I have to attack, I don't have to hit.

Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
What an awesome ability.

Speaker 5 (01:05:22):
Okay, so that's that move action bonus done.

Speaker 4 (01:05:32):
Monty, you're up.

Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
Okay Question.
Yep, mati, you're up.
Okay Question If, say, theAboleth were to attack nines
when he's down, does thatautomatically increase his death
counters or is it kind of likeuntouchable?

Speaker 4 (01:05:45):
No, it increases his death counters At advantage and.

Speaker 6 (01:05:52):
At disadvantage should be straight oh okay.

Speaker 3 (01:06:00):
And then any damage is Is a death counter.
Essentially Is a yeah is afailure right, yes, and then a
crit and you have one success.
Okay, got it.
Just trying to think throughstuff To plan out my turn.
Okay, monty is going to move upto the skogoth and with his,

(01:06:24):
his dagger, not making a pun, uh, because that was literally
I'll attack the dagger, killeverybody.
Death by dad this is the end ofthe podcast.

Speaker 4 (01:06:41):
I got two dad jokes.
Death by Monty.

Speaker 3 (01:06:45):
Y'all thought the joke was, I was only here to
kill anybody.

Speaker 4 (01:06:48):
You were just my chance.
Monty is the BBG you justdidn't know.
It Is Medi within melee rangeof me.
He is within melee range of you.

Speaker 3 (01:07:00):
Okay, I got a 20 and a 21.

Speaker 4 (01:07:04):
Ooh, they both hit.
Give me some damage, oh wait.

Speaker 3 (01:07:08):
Was that disadvantage or is it a dagger?

Speaker 4 (01:07:14):
It's a dagger, so it's straight.

Speaker 6 (01:07:16):
I'm sorry.
What were you saying, justin?
I was was gonna whack him andgive him more attacks, but I
guess, hey, does that?
Do you have to comprehend thedad joke to take the dad damage?
No, no you get the intent.

Speaker 2 (01:07:28):
What?
What if I?

Speaker 3 (01:07:30):
cast silence as I'm telling the dad joke.
Alright, I'm not going to.

Speaker 5 (01:07:38):
So he should get plus five to his or plus whatever
his dex is to his damage, right.

Speaker 6 (01:07:45):
Yeah, his normal dexterity.
Yeah, yeah, his normal attack.
It's not a straight 20.
It should be your proficiencyplus your dexterity.
Modifier.

Speaker 4 (01:07:52):
No, I was saying it's not at disadvantage because
he's using a dagger.

Speaker 5 (01:07:57):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (01:08:00):
Here comes the damage .
I got seven and a seven, fourteen total damage.

Speaker 4 (01:08:05):
Monty, tell me how you kill this big old Aboleth.

Speaker 3 (01:08:09):
He's like, ha, is it the best you've got?
Hardly scratched us?
And he looks down to nine.

Speaker 5 (01:08:17):
Every single one of us has been downed, or no, nope,
glenn made it out withoutgetting downed.

Speaker 3 (01:08:24):
True, as he plunges his dagger into its squishy XO
something squishiness.

Speaker 4 (01:08:31):
Yeah, so you all feel a final push of pressure in
your heads as this creature diesand it just releases out of
Sorry.
That pressure dissolves almostimmediately as soon as you feel
it, as you feel the creatureleave your minds.

Speaker 3 (01:08:48):
And you all take 20 psychic damage.

Speaker 5 (01:08:53):
You all take 10 psychic damage that should kill
you no psychic damage.

Speaker 4 (01:09:03):
Alright, so you are out of combat.
Before we search the room anddo anything, you guys mind
taking a 5 minute?

Speaker 5 (01:09:10):
yeah, I need a beverage maybe get rid of a
beverage get rid of one and getone Burp.
Does Justin's chair havespeakers in it?
You're muted.

Speaker 4 (01:09:26):
Kind of looks like it .
I'm not sure though.

Speaker 5 (01:09:28):
It looks like Maddie's chair is the same as
mine, except for I don't havethe pillow.

Speaker 4 (01:09:33):
I took the oh, yeah, it does.

Speaker 5 (01:09:38):
I actually don't like my pillow.
I took the oh yeah, it does.
I actually don't like my chaira whole lot, but it's okay, it's
probably good for me.
It's got the lumbar thingy thatthe pillow down can't see it.

Speaker 4 (01:09:51):
Oh yeah, I love this chair because it's got that on
it.

Speaker 5 (01:09:56):
Is that a pillow?
Is that an arch as this?
Yeah, I love this chair becauseit's got that on it.
Is that a pillow?
Is that an arch as well?
Yeah, yeah, I don't like itbecause it's not super
comfortable, but it's probablybetter for me.
As much time as I fucking spendin this chair Same Like
probably 18 hours a day in thisfucking chair.

Speaker 4 (01:10:13):
Yeah, I've spent more money on this chair than I've
ever spent on a chair before.
How much was it?
This chair was?

Speaker 5 (01:10:19):
400.
Okay, I think this one is like350, 320 or something like that
which is the most I've everspent on one too, exactly, but
we'll see how long it lasts.
That's the thing, because I justgot it like a couple weeks ago,
so we'll see how long it lasts,if it stays.
When I first got it, I sat downin my old chair.
I had a emerge which wasprobably like 200 bucks, I think

(01:10:43):
.
Um, it was really comfortable, but it's like leaning.
Actually it's leaning the otherway, because this is the way I
lean, but uh, it's like leaningand it's like falling apart and
like the armrests are all wornout and you can see we're
starting to break down.
So I got a new one.
I bought this one and got it,but that chair was like way more

(01:11:08):
comfortable because it's likesquishy when you sit down on it.
It's soft, but this one is not,so, which is probably better.
But yeah, this is a corsair thechair.

Speaker 4 (01:11:19):
I don't remember what my chair is.
It is a.
I can tell you.
I did a lot of looking up forthis yes, those are speakers, oh
okay do you use them?

Speaker 5 (01:11:31):
no?

Speaker 6 (01:11:32):
not at all.
Uh, I only use my headphones,so that's kind of cool.
I can hook them up to my phoneand play music.

Speaker 5 (01:11:41):
I added my speaker system.
I see that, yeah, and Iactually wasted money.
I bought a Sonos, so it's aSonos bar with surrounds Way
overkill for a computer.
That's right here.
The speaker is like two feetlong.

(01:12:04):
That sits underneath my monitor.
But I've been playing a lot ofgames where I don't want to wear
my headphones all the time.
I want to wear my headphones alot less than I used to because
I got new headphones but I wassick of I had a dent and it's
finally starting to go away offthe top of my head.

Speaker 4 (01:12:27):
I just wear these all the time for work, for
everything.

Speaker 5 (01:12:32):
Well, I don't wear headset for work.
I have my Jabra speaker thingy.

Speaker 4 (01:12:41):
I do just because it keeps me from distractions that
are going on in the house Laurencleaning or cooking, or the
dogs playing.
It's easier for me.

Speaker 5 (01:12:51):
I get that and I don't want to be distracted, but
I also would like to know ifthere's something going on in
the house.
Like if my girlfriend fallsdown the stairs or my dog falls
down the stairs.

Speaker 4 (01:13:04):
They should do that on off work hours.
When you're working, it'scompany time.
Alright, everybody got a refill, ready to keep going?
Yes, all right.
So, yes, monty, you have justkilled Skogoth the Aboleth and

(01:13:26):
as such, you get first rights toloot or first action for what
you would like to do in the room.

Speaker 3 (01:13:34):
Should I mute my mic?
Since I did all the hard workhere, I should get rights to it.

Speaker 4 (01:13:38):
Right, exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:13:40):
I think Monty's actually going to turn and look
down at nines on the ground andis going to use a second level
cure wounds on him and say nines, nines, come back to us and
that's going to give you nine,Nine points for nine.

Speaker 5 (01:14:04):
He's actually floating next to you.

Speaker 3 (01:14:12):
Because we can't talk underwater.
Yeah, I'll do that, then startsearching around the room for
stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:14:18):
Okay, anything else you'd like to do, monty?

Speaker 3 (01:14:21):
No, alright.

Speaker 4 (01:14:24):
What would everybody like to do?

Speaker 5 (01:14:26):
So Glenn is gonna think back, and does he think
that Abolus can be cooked?
Sounds like Darkbait, he coulduse his cooking knowledge, skill
.

Speaker 4 (01:14:40):
Did you just add this to your character sheet?

Speaker 5 (01:14:42):
No, I have cooking utensils, intelligence, so
basically just my cookingability.

Speaker 4 (01:14:52):
Nines, you've had some very good seafood,
including different types ofsquid.
Glenn, you've had very, verygood seafood, including
different types of squid.
Glenn, you've had very goodseafood in the past, including
fish, octopus, squid of varioustypes, so these abalones don't
look too far off.
You're sure you can figure outsomething to do with them oh
yeah, Glenn is going to pull outhis dagger.

Speaker 5 (01:15:15):
Actually, he's going to pull out his fillet knife and
start butchering this abaleth.

Speaker 2 (01:15:22):
Somebody's been looking delicious in dungeon.
I have that book.

Speaker 4 (01:15:29):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (01:15:30):
And meanwhile he's doing it.
He will also search the body.

Speaker 4 (01:15:35):
All right, glenn, give me, as you're doing this,
you get four Aboleth fillets.
You also get a vial of Krakenblood.
Sorry, a vial of Aboleth blood.

Speaker 5 (01:15:53):
Hang on.

Speaker 2 (01:15:55):
Wait, there's a Kraken over there too.

Speaker 4 (01:15:57):
There is a kraken over there, yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:16:01):
How come it's not letting me edit my?
Alright, I'll just put it in mynotes.
I'll have to add it later.
Okay so you said four Abolethbullets.

Speaker 4 (01:16:15):
Yep four fillets, A vial of avaleth blood and you're
also going to find 122 goldpieces For what everybody else
likes to do.
Oh sorry, Gary, go ahead.

Speaker 5 (01:16:28):
I was just going to say.
Once he's done with that, hewill move on to the Kraken to do
the same thing.
But I'll let everybody else.
You don't have to roll anything.
Everybody else can go first.
Yep yep yep.
And there's two more Abolus.

Speaker 6 (01:16:39):
Oh, the Kraken ate them.
Are the bodies still around forthe other Abolus?
No, they're not.

Speaker 2 (01:16:44):
I mean they would be inside the other Kraken.

Speaker 6 (01:16:48):
He didn't consume them completely right, He'd
probably drop them down the hole.

Speaker 4 (01:16:56):
Oh yeah, you can go down the hole if you'd like.

Speaker 5 (01:16:58):
Wait, don't, don't Stop.

Speaker 4 (01:17:00):
Glenn has two hit points.

Speaker 5 (01:17:01):
He's probably not going to do that.

Speaker 3 (01:17:03):
Yeah, monty, just kind of looking around the room
seeing if he sees anythingcatches his eye, Primarily
looking for the exit.

Speaker 4 (01:17:15):
Monty Just by the way we came yeah, monty, give me a
charisma saving throw charismasaving throw.

Speaker 3 (01:17:25):
Yeah, not very good at these things like called
saving throws, uh, seven allright monty.

Speaker 4 (01:17:32):
You feel the urge, um , sorry, you're pushed and you
feel yourself drawn to the mouthof the Skogoth and you, with
his mouth open, you reach intoits mouth and grab something in
the back of its throat and assoon as you do that, you feel a

(01:17:53):
burning on your right forearmand you pull back from the pain
and, sitting there, you see asymbol that is the same type of
symbol that you've seen all overthe town the spiral, with
spirals coming off of it, and soI now need you to.

(01:18:13):
You can add to your inventoryor somewhere in your notes that
you now have the.
What did it do?
The Kraken's Mark?

Speaker 3 (01:18:24):
Kraken's Mark Okay.

Speaker 6 (01:18:27):
I'll add that.
Like branded by it, or he justhas a.

Speaker 4 (01:18:31):
It is branded onto his forearm.
What is Nines doing?

Speaker 2 (01:18:36):
Nines is going to look around in dismay at all of
the clouds of his blood.
Oh no, oh no.

Speaker 4 (01:18:48):
Because Nines has a, nines has to collect the blood
that has been spilled.

Speaker 2 (01:18:54):
Yeah, it's like it's kind of a, it's part of his
religious upbringing and so ifyou question it, then you're a
bigot and he just needs hisblood back.
Don't think about it.
And to that end, he is going touse wholeness of body, uh,

(01:19:21):
putting his, like, resting hisquarter staff and the crook of
his elbows the crooks, if youwill and then putting his fists
together and then putting thesoles of his feet together.
He's gonna float in the waterand glow slightly as wholeness
of body takes effect and all ofthese nebulous clouds of blood

(01:19:47):
tenting the water are going toform into globules and start
streaking back to him.
However, he only gets 33 ofthem back, leaving him like 27
globules down.

Speaker 4 (01:20:04):
Okay, Alright, yeah, so.

Speaker 2 (01:20:08):
Yeah, and so using through pure chesmet, right it's
.
What other situation would thiscantrip to shape water come?
In such great utility Becausehe goes around and, like, uses
the cantrip to remove the waterfrom around the blood that has

(01:20:32):
formed in the droplets as it wastrying to get back to his body
but failed and he's gonna drinkthem.
Okay, it doesn't.
It doesn't have the same effect, but like he feels better right
, yeah, uh, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:20:45):
So nines, you see, uh , all this, all this blood
starts rushing towards you.
You, you reabsorb it into yourbody.
The one, the the pieces are theuh, gobbledygooks of blood.
That, the one, the the pieces, are the gobbles of blood that
haven't been pre-absorbed intoyour body.
You go around and drink them upand by the end of it, you're
pretty satisfied that the bloodis either dissipated in the

(01:21:06):
water or you've been completelyabsorbed by you.

Speaker 2 (01:21:09):
There's no blood remaining yeah, nines will glove
a sigh of relief, morris.

Speaker 6 (01:21:16):
Morris is now at least a little concerned that
Nines is some kind ofauto-vampire.

Speaker 4 (01:21:22):
An auto-vampire, auto-cannibalism.

Speaker 6 (01:21:32):
Morse will swim up towards where Skogath came in
from.
He's going to cast a firstlevel Cure Wounds on himself as
he goes to get a D8 plus 4 HPback.
So I'm going to take 11 HPsback and I'm going to go up
there and just kind of peekthrough that opening to see what
I can see, if this is like aDragon's Lair or something we

(01:21:53):
don't want to miss out on, sometreasure or more intel, or maybe
get some more contactinformation for his people that
we can give to the town, likeanything that we can use to help
.

Speaker 4 (01:22:07):
Alright Moritz, give me a perception roll, perception
roll, sure.

Speaker 6 (01:22:12):
It's going to be worse than my passive.
It is significantly worse thanmy passive.
It's a 12 be worse than mypassive.
It is significantly worse thanmy passive it's a 12.

Speaker 4 (01:22:18):
Give me Roll 1d4.
For me it's a 4 Alright.
So In the debris you see thegleam of something that's
sticking out of the rocks andFrom where you're at you can
tell it's some kind of rod orstaff.
It's about 10 feet in front ofyou down in the rubble.

(01:22:41):
I'm gonna go touch that thing,I'm gonna pick it up, okay, yeah
, so mores, add a rod of theKraken to your inventory.
You do not currently know whatit does.

Speaker 3 (01:22:56):
You just got a Kraken penis.
Did you say Kraken or?

Speaker 4 (01:22:58):
Quacken.

Speaker 6 (01:23:00):
I said Kraken, okay, because this summons bills all
over again, a lot of bills.
Is that a real item that Ishould be able to find?
No problem.

Speaker 4 (01:23:12):
It is not.
It is a homebrew item.
Okay, then we'll discuss itlater, I suppose.
Yes, we will.
Alright, anything else, morse?

Speaker 6 (01:23:21):
No, go on any kind of no, you don't see anything else
out there other than that item.

Speaker 4 (01:23:29):
It's pretty dark and murky.
There's a lot of silteverywhere.
You do see a couple wreckedships, so if you wanted to, you
can go and try to explore those, but nothing really catches your
eye from where you're at.

Speaker 6 (01:23:40):
Can I go peer down this dark hole?
Is that the Kraken's body issemi-blocking?

Speaker 4 (01:23:45):
Yeah, absolutely.
You and Glenn arrive at thesame time to the Kraken.

Speaker 5 (01:23:51):
Hell yeah, glenn will butcher the Kraken while
searching it.
Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:23:59):
Uh, glenn add.

Speaker 5 (01:24:01):
Do you want me to do a skill roll?
I have Kitchen UtensilsDexterity for this.

Speaker 4 (01:24:06):
Glenn, add seven Kraken fillets to your inventory
.
Okay.
And you're also going to find a.
Uh, as you're butchering it,you're going to find in the
stomach of the Kraken a trident.
Okay.
Add a trident of the deep toyour inventory.
You currently do not know whatit does.

Speaker 5 (01:24:26):
Okay, it's not something that's in the book,
okay.

Speaker 4 (01:24:29):
That is correct.

Speaker 5 (01:24:31):
You said seven Kraken fillets, no blood.

Speaker 4 (01:24:34):
No blood.
Okay, he's uh, also wants totake the tongue you want to take
the Kraken's tongue.

Speaker 5 (01:24:43):
Mm-hmm For food.
He thinks he can cook it up.

Speaker 4 (01:24:47):
All right, add one Kraken tongue to your inventory.
All right, I got to see howmuch does a Kraken tongue weigh.

Speaker 6 (01:24:56):
I think a whale's tongue is like 7 tons, right, I
think that's his dick right.

Speaker 5 (01:25:01):
You said it's a baby Kraken.
How much does a Kraken tongue?

Speaker 4 (01:25:10):
weigh A baby Kraken tongue, so a juvenile Kraken
tongue.
So a juvenile Kraken tongue isexpected to weigh between 50 and
200 pounds.
So let's say that you add theKraken itself weighs 200 pounds
right no, the tongue of a babyKraken might weigh 50 to 200
pounds, depending on its age andsize because a Kraken is too

(01:25:35):
tall okay, okay, so he'll takepieces of it.

Speaker 5 (01:25:36):
Yeah, age and size Because a kraken is two tons,
okay, okay, so he'll take piecesof it.

Speaker 4 (01:25:39):
Yeah, yeah.
So a kraken, a baby, a juvenilekraken is two tons right.

Speaker 5 (01:25:47):
No, a full size kraken is two tons.

Speaker 4 (01:25:49):
Well, I'm looking this up.
What's up, Morse?

Speaker 6 (01:25:52):
Just whale facts, because you're asking about the
whale dick.
Whale dicks.

Speaker 5 (01:25:58):
I don't remember anybody actually asking, but
okay.

Speaker 6 (01:26:01):
Less than a thousand pounds for the record, and then
a blue whale's tongue is about15,000 pounds.

Speaker 5 (01:26:06):
Okay, so seven and a half tons Jesus.

Speaker 6 (01:26:11):
I don't know why I know these facts.
I'm sorry, I didn't know, thedick thing, but you know the
tongue.

Speaker 5 (01:26:18):
Right, so he'll take about 10 pounds or so of the
Kraken tongue.
10 to 15 pounds of the Krakentongue.
Alright, add 15 pounds ofKraken tongue to your inventory.
He obviously wouldn't take morethan he could carry Right.

Speaker 4 (01:26:36):
Okay, okay and.

Speaker 5 (01:26:40):
Did Morse see anything down the hole?

Speaker 4 (01:26:42):
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I have darkvision.
I knew you had darkvision.

Speaker 5 (01:26:51):
I think I have darkvision too.

Speaker 6 (01:26:53):
I'll even.

Speaker 5 (01:26:54):
Can I give him an assist with dark?

Speaker 6 (01:26:56):
vision.
Yes, sure, yeah, yeah, I'llcast Dazzling Lights and send
them down as far as they can goabout 120 feet down to see if
there's anything drawing theirattention.

Speaker 4 (01:27:08):
Yeah, so you see the wall getting less smooth as it
goes down.
It's getting rockier as it'sgoing further and deeper down.
You don't see anything stickingout from the walls, but the
hole itself goes much, muchdeeper than 120 feet.

Speaker 6 (01:27:24):
Hell yeah, do I have any chemical glow sticks?
I could just drop one down.

Speaker 4 (01:27:28):
I don't think you have any chemical glow sticks.

Speaker 6 (01:27:32):
Let me just make one real quick.

Speaker 4 (01:27:33):
You currently don't have a crafting table.

Speaker 6 (01:27:37):
Oh shit, alright, I'm going to recall my trouser
snake to be my belt again.
Okay, that's important.

Speaker 4 (01:27:44):
Yeah, the trouser snake wraps around your waist
and grips its tail between itsteeth and the front of your
pants.

Speaker 6 (01:27:52):
Oh, that's what we're talking about.
You know, I didn't really thinkabout that.
Would have been fun if we everdo an underwater adventure game.
I was like would you havebrought all your gear with you,
because now, theoretically, I'vegot a soggy bedroll strapped to
my back.

Speaker 4 (01:28:08):
Yes, you do.
Yes, all of your gear is wet.

Speaker 5 (01:28:12):
I put all of my gear in my bag of holding before we
went in.

Speaker 4 (01:28:14):
You did not say that.

Speaker 5 (01:28:17):
No, I put all of my gear in my bag of holding before
we went in.
You did not say that, no, but Idid it on my character sheet
before we actually went in.
But you didn't tell me thatit's fine, I'll cast freaking
Prestidigitation andeverything's dry.

Speaker 2 (01:28:26):
Perfect, let me shape that water in my cantrip Shape.

Speaker 4 (01:28:32):
All right, Zaya.
Is there anything else youwould all like to do on the
temple?

Speaker 5 (01:28:36):
Alright, is there anything else you would all like
to do in the temple?
Did we search the?

Speaker 4 (01:28:39):
entire thing.
Yes, you have searched it.

Speaker 3 (01:28:42):
Is leaving an option.
Can we do that what?

Speaker 4 (01:28:45):
would you like to do, Monty?

Speaker 3 (01:28:46):
Leave.

Speaker 4 (01:28:48):
Yeah, you guys going out the same way you came from?
Are you going out the hole thatSkogoth entered from?

Speaker 5 (01:28:54):
I thought he just melded through the wall.
I didn't know.
There was a hole there.

Speaker 4 (01:28:57):
No, there's a hole right there.
Yeah, oh.

Speaker 5 (01:29:00):
It was creepier that he just kind of came out of the
wall, Like there was a paintingof an avalith and he just kind
of came out of the painting.
But uh, I mean all leechs inthe same place doesn't it.
Glenn is ready to leave as welland he says so to Monte.
But he says do we?
How do we?
How big is an apple with?

(01:29:20):
How big is it?
Better yet, how big is an applewith head?

Speaker 4 (01:29:26):
They are Apple.
It's our large creatures.
Yeah, they're large operations,so that means they stand.
They're mostly head right.
They just have tentaclesunderneath of them, so they're
heads.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blahblah.

Speaker 5 (01:29:43):
How are we going to prove to this person that hired
us that we killed this thing?

Speaker 4 (01:29:48):
Monty, as Glenn says that you feel a burning on your
forearm.

Speaker 3 (01:29:56):
Monty will look at his arm.

Speaker 6 (01:30:00):
Did you say that out loud, Glenn?
How are we going to prove it?
Yes, I have a spell that mighthelp.
And then Monty grabs his armand says Ah.
And I'm more or less distractedlooking at Monty.

Speaker 5 (01:30:14):
Do we all look at Monty?

Speaker 3 (01:30:15):
Yes, Is that supposed to be the thing that we can
show Brandon?
What are you telling?

Speaker 4 (01:30:24):
us.

Speaker 3 (01:30:25):
Did Timmy fall in the well?

Speaker 4 (01:30:25):
again, as Glenn says, that your arm seems to react to
it and you get the sense thatyou can show this as a sign that
you defeated these.
Uh, the ablath and the kraken.
Um, but you also feel a strange, a strange power coming from it
, is it?

Speaker 3 (01:30:46):
the same markings that uh nines have is like nine,
nines and mores, or uh mati arenow Nines and Mors or Mati, are
now tattoo buddies.

Speaker 4 (01:30:58):
No, the tattoo that you have is a single marking on
your forearm, on your rightforearm, and it's one of those
spirals, the spirals coming outof it.
Nines has runes in it and ifMors were to try to read it,
it's written in infernal and itsays lightning on each of his
arms.

Speaker 3 (01:31:16):
Oh, okay, got it.
I believe if we show them thisWell, I probably don't know,
it's called Mark of the Kraken, you do not this and he holds up
his arm that might be sufficient, but who knows what this
politician is going to want fromus next.
I feel her promises are no good.

Speaker 6 (01:31:38):
Well, I can send a message to her right now,
letting her know that we'vekilled the Kraken and the
Aboleth.
You should do that.
Telling her that would be a badthing.

Speaker 3 (01:31:48):
But let's get out of here first.
But you can send her that whilewe're on our way.

Speaker 5 (01:31:54):
So Glenn will turn and look at Morse.
You said that you might havesomething else A spell.

Speaker 6 (01:32:00):
Yeah, the spell.
I can send a spell to her tolet her know from where we are
right now, that we have done thething, and if she needs
something in particular, like atooth or I don't know, like a
sucker or something I don't knowwhat she needs, but if she did,
we are here.
Yeah, why don't know what sheneeds?
But if she did, um, we're here.

Speaker 5 (01:32:18):
Yeah, why don't you go ahead and do that?

Speaker 6 (01:32:20):
we can gather stuff up and get things ready to go
hell, yeah, uh, so I will castsending, which requires that I'm
familiar with my target.
Uh, she will hear the messageand it's in their mind and
she'll know it's me and she cananswer immediately.
It's got to be 25 words or less.

(01:32:43):
I'm trying to think of thatlady's name Just quickly
trolling through my notes hereGuard.

Speaker 5 (01:32:51):
Thornwell Counselor.

Speaker 6 (01:32:53):
Thornwell, counselor Thornwell, alright.
So I'm going to send a messageto Counselor Thornwell,
counselor Thornwell, counselorThornwell, alright.
So I'm going to send a messageto Counselor Thornwell,
something to the effect of We'vedealt with Skogoth and the
Kraken, the murder should stop.
We've dealt with Skogoth andKraken, the murders should stop.

(01:33:14):
Do you require proof?
I guess is the last thing I'llsend.
That's under 20.

Speaker 4 (01:33:23):
Yes, it is.
You immediately get a responseback, do you?

Speaker 3 (01:33:29):
have a piece of the Kraken.

Speaker 6 (01:33:32):
Got a stone, marcel Smork, and look at Glenn, and
I'd have to recast it to send itagain.
But I guess I probably don'tneed these.
I'll just leave it at that.
Always leave them wanting more.

Speaker 1 (01:33:46):
You know that's what they say, especially when it
comes to your superiors and theinformation that they asked for?

Speaker 2 (01:33:55):
does Morse say your superiors and the information
that they?

Speaker 5 (01:33:58):
asked for.
Does Morse say any of that?
Out loud what she said.

Speaker 6 (01:34:03):
Oh yeah, in standard Morse style, I'll have his
mental thoughts, our verbalthoughts, and I will parrot back
what she said.
Oh, she will need a piece ofthe Kraken, so I think you've
already got that covered, glenn.
Yep, I wonder how she want itcooked.
I just can't wait for Glenn.
She will need a piece of thekraken, so I think you've
already got that covered, glenn.

Speaker 5 (01:34:16):
Yep, I wonder how she won it cooked.

Speaker 4 (01:34:19):
I just can't wait for Glenn to slap 15 pounds of
kraken tongue in front of thiscounselor.

Speaker 6 (01:34:25):
What is this?
That's the smallest whaletongue I've ever seen.

Speaker 5 (01:34:28):
All right, so I guess we're ready to go.

Speaker 4 (01:34:33):
Okay, okay.
So yeah, uh, yeah, you guysmake your way back through the
temple.
You uh, leave the temple, startwalking back through the town
and you eventually make it backto the uh, bard Rock Cafe where
Counselor Thornwell is sitting.
And uh, you walk through thedoor and she is sitting there

(01:34:57):
with a large table.
She already has a few plates offood out for all of you and
mugs of ale, almost like she wasexpecting you, and she stands
up at your approach.

Speaker 5 (01:35:12):
Real quick on the way back after we get out of the
water, for those that aren'table to do it for themselves.
Uh, glenn will dry everythingout, perfect and more.

Speaker 3 (01:35:22):
He'll do his first, of course, of course, but then
monty, as he's doing that he hepurses his lips, goes not.

Speaker 6 (01:35:32):
Thanks what never mind, you want to be a wet cat,
thanks, what?

Speaker 5 (01:35:37):
Never mind, you want to be a wet cat.
Is that?
I don't know if that's a joke.

Speaker 3 (01:35:45):
It's a bad joke and everybody takes within 20 feet.

Speaker 6 (01:35:51):
Monty stabs himself with a dagger.

Speaker 4 (01:35:55):
Monty, as soon as you are dry, you do feel almost a
longing to go back into thewater.

Speaker 3 (01:36:03):
Uh-oh and Monty's like it doesn't affect you at
all at the moment, you just.
Extra fluffy now.

Speaker 4 (01:36:09):
Extra fluffy.

Speaker 3 (01:36:12):
He sees his arm going towards the water and he grabs
his wrist and puts it back tohis side.

Speaker 5 (01:36:19):
Glenn will also be repairing, using mending to
repair all of our equipment thathas taken damage.

Speaker 4 (01:36:27):
Got it Alright so, yeah, you get back to the Bard
Rock Cafe.
Counselor Thornwell stands upand as soon as she sees nine,
she stands up to her full heightand she says oh, welcome back,
have you been successful?
And she's staring directly atNines.

Speaker 2 (01:36:48):
Yes, your worshipfulness, I was able to
get most of my blood back, thankyou, your blood.
Absolutely the most importantpart of my life force.

Speaker 4 (01:37:05):
Of course that makes sense.
It was a linear thing, but Igot it.
That makes sense, I suppose.
Mm-hmm.
So you're okay then.

Speaker 2 (01:37:16):
Blessed be.
Yes, Thank you to theAll-Mother for the All-Father's
whole world blessing.

Speaker 4 (01:37:27):
You all hear Counselor Thornwell under her
breast say he's so good-looking,he's so good looking.

Speaker 3 (01:37:41):
Monty will walk up to Thornwell and hold out his arm
and say the Kraken is now dead.
Can you please fulfill your endof the bargain?
It is long overdue.

Speaker 6 (01:37:53):
Maybe not tonight, though we fulfilled our Kraken.

Speaker 2 (01:37:54):
It is long overdue.
Maybe not tonight, though wefulfilled our Kraken.
And now it's time for us tofulfill your Kraken.

Speaker 4 (01:38:04):
Yeah, Counselor Thornrell is very interested.

Speaker 2 (01:38:09):
Why is she looking at me like that?
This is so uncomfortable.
He says that very loudly, sheslowly pushes.

Speaker 4 (01:38:17):
Monty's arm away and walks towards Nines.

Speaker 5 (01:38:23):
Glenn will say just ask Mors about his relationship
with.

Speaker 3 (01:38:32):
Jasper, yes.

Speaker 5 (01:38:34):
Jasper.
That'll help you Good job.
I was going to have to go backto my notes.

Speaker 2 (01:38:45):
Nines is going to approach or respond directly to
her.
Lady Thornwell, I understandthat you are smitten with me and
.
I want you to know that I willtake full responsibility and
will be the best father mittenwith me.
And I want you to know that Iwill take full responsibility
and will be the best father forwhatever comes out of your
vagina.

Speaker 4 (01:39:07):
Alright.
That's happened.
Thornwell, not used to beingspoken like that.
You see her blush she flushes adeep scarlet red and she walks
over to the bar quickly, whilenot used to being spoken like
that.
You see her blush she flushes adeep scarlet red and she walks
over to the bar quickly.
And you see her passing somemoney over to the bartender and
as she walks back, she hands youa key to room two Just room two

(01:39:30):
, and then she is ready tocontinue the conversation.

Speaker 6 (01:39:34):
Moores moves next to Glenn and elbows him and says
Bonnie.

Speaker 5 (01:39:42):
Glenn laughs yes, very.

Speaker 4 (01:39:45):
All right.
So, counselor Thornwell, withwhat Monty is saying about
filling her bargain, the end ofthe bargain, she says yes, of
course, please, please, stayhere for the night, fill your
bellies, drink to your heart'scontent, get a nice rest in, and
then at the morn you will havea ship available to you to take

(01:40:08):
you to your destination.

Speaker 3 (01:40:10):
How are we doing on our timeline, like, should we be
trying to get on the ship andsleep on the ship?

Speaker 4 (01:40:16):
Two days have passed.

Speaker 3 (01:40:17):
You have plenty of time okay, oh, very well, and
Monty's ready to retire, guys, Ishe forgot her key in my hand
no, she's that's uh, she's.

Speaker 5 (01:40:34):
That's the room she's letting you use.

Speaker 1 (01:40:37):
So you should just go in there and take a nap in that
room.
That's your special room.

Speaker 2 (01:40:43):
No, I don't, it's more a meditation thing.
I understand what you're saying.
Thanks, nine's gonna march off.

Speaker 3 (01:40:51):
Monty.
As he's leaving, monty will sayNine's play hard to get to the
Nice, play hard to get to thebuddy.

Speaker 2 (01:40:57):
Clear home to get to the buddy.
Thank you, yep you too, sir.
Sir.
I don't even know what you cansay.

Speaker 4 (01:41:17):
Clear home to say to you too, buddy.

Speaker 3 (01:41:23):
You said play hard to get buddy, but I like yours
better.
That's it, Monty.
Kind of looks like there'snothing even close.
He'll figure it out.

Speaker 4 (01:41:41):
That's good um.

Speaker 5 (01:41:45):
Gladwell Nudge Bors.
That's funny that's vigorouslyum.

Speaker 4 (01:41:57):
so Councilor Thornwell walks once again over
to the bar.
That's vigorously so.
Councilor Thornwell walks onceagain over to the bar and comes
back with two keys, one for roomthree and one for room four,
and hands one key to Glenn andone key to Monty.

Speaker 2 (01:42:12):
Man, I'm getting very mixed signals now.

Speaker 3 (01:42:16):
Monty takes it and storms off.

Speaker 4 (01:42:19):
Okay, is anybody talking to Mors at all?
He's just leaving him.

Speaker 5 (01:42:25):
Glenn will.
Hey, Mors, you might want tocatch up to him.

Speaker 6 (01:42:29):
Oh, bedtime already, okay.

Speaker 5 (01:42:32):
It is.
What time is it?

Speaker 4 (01:42:34):
It is well past sunset.
It's close to midnight.
Are time, is it?
It is well past sunset.
It's close to midnight.
Are there people drinking?
There are a few people still inthe bar and Counselor Thornwell
has laid out food and drink forall of you.
If you'd like to stay up for awhile.

Speaker 6 (01:42:52):
Are there slot machines here?

Speaker 4 (01:42:54):
There are no slot machines here.
Fuck Mors is hungry.
Are there slot machines here?
There are no slot machines here.

Speaker 6 (01:42:59):
The fuck Mors is hungry, he will go sit to eat.
Is it troll again?

Speaker 4 (01:43:06):
Ogre.
No, it's seafood, a lot of fish.

Speaker 5 (01:43:10):
Hell yeah.
So Glenn will sit down and eat.

Speaker 4 (01:43:15):
Is Monty going right up to the room?
Yeah, yeah, monty is okay, yeah, so, monty, you're in room 3
okay you open the room, there'stwo medium sized beds in the
room with a small table betweenthem, and you're able to sleep
for the night so Glenn will eatfood and socialize and try to

(01:43:40):
get more information on generalhappenings and whatnot.
Okay.

Speaker 6 (01:43:48):
Yeah, mors hangs out with Glenn for a while, has a
couple drinks.
Is this a busy establishment?
I mean it can't be too bad ifHornwell hangs out here.

Speaker 4 (01:44:00):
No, it's not very busy at all.
It's large.
It's pretty well kept, so itkeeps most of the riff-raff out.
It seems to attract the middleclass of the region.

Speaker 5 (01:44:15):
Is there any gambling going on?

Speaker 4 (01:44:16):
There's no gambling.
Is there anybody singing?
Um, no, there's nobody singing, nope, just a pub.

Speaker 5 (01:44:29):
Silent it's completely silent.

Speaker 4 (01:44:31):
Just a bunch of people drinking and eating and
enjoying the company.

Speaker 6 (01:44:38):
I think Thornwell had like a center bar or like a
center table or like a corner orbooth.

Speaker 4 (01:44:44):
She has a corner booth.
And then she went to go hangout with Nines I presume
Thornwell has already startedwalking up the stairs while you
guys are doing all this stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:44:55):
But Nines went up first right Because after N
started walking up the stairswhile you guys are doing all
this stuff.
But Nines went up first rightBecause after Nines marched up
the stairs, yeah.
So Nines went to room two.
Okay.
Yes.

Speaker 6 (01:45:06):
Morse will pull out his painting supplies and paint
a picture of the front entrancelike the boat building thing,
because it kind of struck him,it was kind of a cool little
thing to see.
And when he finishes thatpainting he's going to go to bed
.
He's going to go wake up, monty, and go to bed, perfect.

Speaker 4 (01:45:25):
Is the room locked?
I?

Speaker 6 (01:45:26):
presume it is.

Speaker 4 (01:45:29):
Monty, did you lock the door behind you?
You locked the door behind you,Monty.

Speaker 3 (01:45:33):
I muted myself.
No, Monty didn't lock the door.

Speaker 5 (01:45:35):
He knew more is needed to get in Perfect, but he
is in there sleeping and Idon't think he'll wake him up
from his slumber.

Speaker 3 (01:45:43):
Okay, sorry, man it's okay, I just gotta run and chat
with Lindsay real quick.
I'll be back in like twoseconds.

Speaker 4 (01:45:49):
You got it bud.

Speaker 5 (01:45:50):
So Glenn will check.
So yeah, there's nothing reallycool since there's no gambling
and no music.
So Glenn will pretty much eathis food, make conversations
with people and see if he canget any more information about
anything interesting, and if hedoes not get any interesting
information, he will probably goto bed.

Speaker 4 (01:46:14):
All right, Most people that you talk to are
scared of all the killings thatare going on, and when you try
to explain to them that you'vecured the city of that situation
, they either don't believe youor they're so happy that they
drink themselves into a stupor.

Speaker 5 (01:46:32):
There's people that don't believe me.
Hmm, yes, okay, okay, alright.
Any interesting informationthat I get, other than that
people are scared and don'tbelieve me?

Speaker 4 (01:46:47):
Um, yes, sorry, pulling up notes.
Yeah, so you do hear a rumorabout Dead Pelt Shadows, that
it's home to a bunch of that.
It's home to a particularlystrong clan of lycanthropes, but
you're not clear on the type oflycanthropes that it's home to.

Speaker 5 (01:47:11):
Okay, all right, anything else?

Speaker 4 (01:47:15):
No, nothing else.
Nothing else, I know.
Okay, alright.

Speaker 5 (01:47:17):
Anything else?
No, nothing else.
So before he goes to bed hewill swing by the kitchen and
ask the cook to let him knowwhen they're going to start
cooking in the morning.

Speaker 4 (01:47:32):
Yeah, you get a response from the dwarf cook and
he says, yes, I'll send the boyup to get you.
Uh, in the morning all right, thanks, um.

Speaker 5 (01:47:44):
And then he, he pulls out one of the kraken fillets
and he said hey, could youmarinate this in a, um, a sea
salt base with some garlic andclove, and let it marinate
overnight.

Speaker 4 (01:48:01):
I don't.
I'm sorry, Master Ralph, Idon't have any cloves.

Speaker 5 (01:48:05):
Oh well, glenn will reach into his pouch and hand
him some cloves.

Speaker 4 (01:48:10):
Oh well, thank you, I don't.
We've never had this spice inthis area.

Speaker 5 (01:48:17):
Okay.
So he explains to him that youjust take a mortar and pestle
and you just grind it up into afine powder, mix it into an oil
with the sea salt and the garlicand the clove and mix it in the
oil and make sure you have agood layer over the top of the

(01:48:38):
fillet and let it soak.

Speaker 4 (01:48:42):
Okay, the cook nods his head with enthusiasm and he
takes the spices from you and hegets to work.

Speaker 5 (01:48:52):
Okay, and then Glenn will go to bed.

Speaker 4 (01:48:55):
Alright.
So, Nines, I'm not going to askyou to RPG out a whole sex
scene here with me, but no, butwe are.

Speaker 2 (01:49:08):
Do you accept or reject?
Why are you assuming that'swhat's going to happen?

Speaker 4 (01:49:12):
Do you accept or reject Counselor Thornwell's
advances?

Speaker 2 (01:49:18):
So Nines has gone up to the room to meditate.

Speaker 4 (01:49:23):
Counselor Thornwell unlocks the door and walks in
and she removes her coat.

Speaker 2 (01:49:28):
And Nines is sitting there like just, eyes closed,
floating a few inches off of theground, soles of his feet
together, knuckles together,he's just like super meditating.
He's taking four hours.
He's long rest.

Speaker 4 (01:49:49):
So Nines doesn't realize that Thornwell has
walked into the room.

Speaker 2 (01:49:53):
No, he is completely aware.
Okay, but to all outwardappearances he is completely
aware.
Okay, but to all outwardappearances he is asleep,
meditating.
Uh, I, I won't say dead to theworld.
I'm sure she thinks she couldspeak to him, but what could she
possibly say that makes himthink that what she has going on

(01:50:16):
is more important thanmeditating for 4-0?

Speaker 4 (01:50:19):
Yeah, so Thornwell's going to walk past Nines, she's
going to drag her nails from thebottom of his left bicep up his
shoulders and, as she's walkingby, she's going to climb into
the bed and she's going to startspeaking to him.

Speaker 2 (01:50:46):
Okay, nines continues to meditate, okay, do you pray
when you meditate, just out ofcuriosity.
I don't know, because early onthe prayer and meditation are
very different.
You're allowed to pray duringthe day and you're allowed to
pray during the day and you'reallowed to meditate during the
night.

Speaker 4 (01:51:01):
We know this, Okay, yeah.
So Thornwell's going to try toget your attention a few times
Just by.
She's going to say to you she'sgoing to ask you to join her in
bed.
She's going to say that she'scold and she's going to say that
the bed is more comfortablethan the floor over there, Even

(01:51:24):
though you are levitating a fewfeet inches off the ground and
and Nine is going to explain uh,that, uh, I do my best,
meditating on the floor.

Speaker 2 (01:51:32):
Thank you Also, um, I believe there is an extra
blanket in the closet.
Thank you also, um, I believethere is an extra blanket in the
closet.
And uh, comfort means nothingto me because I'm you can see
that I'm floating off of thefloor, right?
I'm not, it's not hurting me.
You get that right?
I'm sorry, counselor, are you alittle slow maybe?

(01:51:54):
Oh my god.

Speaker 5 (01:52:02):
You did tell her you would take care of anything that
comes out of her vagina.

Speaker 4 (01:52:05):
That's true, that's true.
So Thornwell responds bytelling you that when you're
done, she'll be in bed waitingfor you To do what.
Counselor?
Well, to handle anything thatcomes out of my vagina, you
gotta put something into myvagina first.

Speaker 2 (01:52:27):
I start rifling through my bag.
Oh my god, I have.
I don't think that there'sanything baby like enough.

Speaker 4 (01:52:45):
I was really hoping you were going to pull out your
quarterstaff.
That'd be weird, right?
That's the weird part of thissituation it is, it is, yeah,
yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:53:00):
Nines knows what vaginas are for.
They're for babies and he hasnothing baby-shaped and is quite
apologetic.

Speaker 5 (01:53:11):
Does Nines understand how the baby got there in the
first place?

Speaker 2 (01:53:17):
He could meditate on it.

Speaker 4 (01:53:21):
Yeah, so Thornwell is just very direct with you and
she says I want to have sex withyou.

Speaker 2 (01:53:30):
I uh, yeah, um, master the Lion said that I
couldn't have any pets, nomatter who I shared them with,
so I understand.
I have always wanted a kittenas well, but I just don't think
that this can happen between us.

Speaker 4 (01:53:49):
All right, yeah.
So Thornball stands up and sheputs her coat back on.
She says if you ever findyourself back in town and change
your mind, let me know.
I guess.

Speaker 2 (01:54:01):
Yeah thank you for putting that back on.
You looked really cold.
I could see your nipples.
They were like they were realhard.
I'm so sorry.

Speaker 4 (01:54:14):
And uh yeah, she walks out of the room and shuts
the door a little harder thanshe needed to it latches.

Speaker 2 (01:54:20):
Fine, I checked the hinges.
Okay, she's gone.
Anyway, back to meditation.
All right, you all successfullyget a long rest thank you for
allowing me to play like theliteral opposite of my own

(01:54:43):
personality, like that's justnot who I am.
I'm just so suave and debonair,of course oh, that's the part
that was different.

Speaker 4 (01:54:54):
Yes, I know this from falling to that suaveness
myself.
All right.
So, glenn, you are the firstperson woken up.
It is at the crack of dawn anda young boy is knocking at your
door.
As he's knocking, he's sayingMaster Glenn, breakfast is being

(01:55:18):
prepared so first, glenn wasnot asleep, he was meditating.

Speaker 5 (01:55:24):
But or not meditating , what do you call it?
Reverie or whatever.
But yeah, he will get up and godownstairs and start working on
breakfast, perfect, alright.
So any special you're making,go downstairs and start working
on breakfast, perfect.

Speaker 4 (01:55:38):
Any special you're making.

Speaker 5 (01:55:40):
Well, did he?
Did the cook properly, marinatethe crack and meat?

Speaker 4 (01:55:46):
Yes, yeah, the crack and meat is properly prepared.
He does say to you, when hehands you the bowl of marinated
crack and meat, he says I'venever seen this type of meat
before.
Sorry, that was Mr Thornwell.
I've never seen this type ofmeat before.
But I did exactly as you toldme to.

Speaker 5 (01:56:08):
Okay, so what he'll do is he'll take the meat and
he'll take some flour and someground cornmeal and he'll mix in
flour and some ground cornmealand he'll mix in some ground
pepper into the batter with someeggs and kind of put a very
thin breading on it andbasically fry it up in a pan

(01:56:30):
with the oil that was marinatingand basically make just little
fillet, fried fillets.
That's it nothing major because.
I didn't have a chance to thinkof what I was going to do with
it.
Okay, and then he'll add insome eggs and some potatoes and

(01:56:50):
some onions, and then, after themeat is completely cooked,
he'll add the eggs and he'llcook the eggs, and, and, uh,
he'll cook the eggs and thepotatoes and the onions all
together, and so basicallyyou'll have uh, fillets with, uh
, an egg and potato kind ofcasserole type thing, but not
really a casserole, just kind ofeggs and potatoes and onions

(01:57:11):
mixed together and cooked maybeuh more, more like uh A little
quiche-y, maybe More like afried potato egg thing, where
it's scrambled eggs in thepotatoes, not baked but fried.

Speaker 2 (01:57:24):
Yeah, that's the way that I do my breakfast burritos.
I take all of it and I top itwith cheese.
Yeah, but I don't know thatthey have cheese and some
tortillas.
Anyway, I like the deliciousand dungeon, the cooking
interludes.

Speaker 5 (01:57:44):
And then he'll ask if the cook has.
Did they make any bread yet, oris it still rising?

Speaker 4 (01:57:53):
Yes, of course we always have bread prepared in
the mornings.

Speaker 5 (01:57:57):
So he'll take some of the bread and then use the oil
that's left over from frying thefillets, and he'll fry some
bread up with it as well, andthen basically he'll layer the
piece of bread on the plate witha piece of fillet and then
around the top part of it he'llput some of the potato egg

(01:58:18):
combination stuff okay, that'sit all right, are you, uh,
sending the the boy up to wakeeverybody else up?
Sure yes then he'll.
So I figure.
I figure these fillets arepretty big, so that should be
enough for everybody.
Yes, yeah, they're pretty large, and they should leave some for

(01:58:42):
the cook, so the cook can havesome as well.

Speaker 6 (01:58:46):
Who's in the room?
With Monty, you are.

Speaker 4 (01:58:50):
Morse is still in the room.
Oh yeah, oh, I see I get whatyou're saying all right so, yeah
, you are all waking up byknocks on your doors.
Um, you've all been long restedand they let you know that that
breakfast is served we'll godownstairs in search of beets.

Speaker 3 (01:59:15):
Monty wakes up and, as he's looking, at Radishes no
beets.

Speaker 2 (01:59:20):
Yes, I think.
I think it was radishes.
Was it radishes?

Speaker 4 (01:59:24):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:59:26):
Whatever, same, thing , it doesn't matter.

Speaker 4 (01:59:29):
Same.
Thing.

Speaker 3 (01:59:31):
As Monty collects all the stuff and is kind of
walking with Mors out the roomor walking out the room.
I'm assuming Mors is followinghim.
He's going to be rubbing hisarm and looking at the Kraken
mark on his arm.

Speaker 4 (01:59:44):
Monty, monty, give me a con save.

Speaker 3 (01:59:49):
I already told you I wasn't good at these saves
Critical fail.

Speaker 4 (01:59:55):
Alright Monty, you feel your forearms have to burn
a little bit more and youimmediately have to rush down to
the kitchen and stick yourforearm under water, like so you
find any kind of running wateror a bucket of water and you
have to stick your forearmdirectly into it and you have to

(02:00:20):
stick your forearm directlyinto it.

Speaker 3 (02:00:21):
Uh yeah, he'll make it kind of a uh, a panicked
sound as he runs out of the roomand goes and does that perfect,
puts his arm underwater, andhe's probably intends to, next
time he sees moore's, ask him ifhe knows anything about this.
Well, since you were montymonty would have didn't like,
would know.
It's the, the kraken symbolthat we've been seeing, correct

(02:00:42):
absolutely yeah and uh, monty.

Speaker 4 (02:00:46):
As you pull your arm out, you notice that the webbing
between your fingers on bothhands have started to elongate,
so the webbingbing is goingfurther up each of your fingers.

Speaker 3 (02:00:58):
Is Morse going downstairs?

Speaker 6 (02:01:00):
Yeah, I was going to say we were like
mid-conversation when thatstarted to burn and you ran away
.

Speaker 3 (02:01:08):
So Morse would probably follow you to make sure
that you're okay.
When Morse gets down there, amante is going to hold up his
hand and say hey Morse, what doyou make of all of this?

Speaker 6 (02:01:19):
And he's like.
The mark on my arm is burning.
And now look at my hands.
That is unusual.
It wasn't like that before.

Speaker 3 (02:01:24):
Uh no, I've heard of cats with multiple fingers, but
never with webbing in betweenthem.
Typically, cats do not likewater.
I happen to be one of thosecats.

Speaker 6 (02:01:35):
Well, I'll cast Prestidigitation and dry his fur
for him.
Out of mercy for Monty.

Speaker 3 (02:01:47):
Monty goes up the dagger and cuts the webbing in
between his nose.
Just kidding.
No.

Speaker 6 (02:01:56):
Well, I can try to detect magic on your arm and see
what that symbol might mean.
It looks just like the Krakensymbol.

Speaker 3 (02:02:05):
It is the symbol we have been seeing, but I guess it
cannot hurt.
Let's give it a try.

Speaker 6 (02:02:11):
Maybe after we grab a bite for breakfast.
Okay, shouldn't take too long, let's do that when we go for
breakfast.

Speaker 3 (02:02:17):
Okay, shouldn't take too long, let's do that.
We go for breakfast, yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:02:20):
Okay, so you all sit down to eat Nines.
There are no radishes or beetsat the table.

Speaker 2 (02:02:29):
That doesn't matter to me, I don't care, I don't
actually.
You know, it's whatever Doesn,no matter how long I meditate,
you know whatever amount ofdiscipline.

Speaker 4 (02:02:47):
You sound like a disgruntled teenager.
Doesn't even matter.
It doesn't even matter.
No, it's fine.

Speaker 2 (02:02:55):
Eggs is okay.
You know what I mean.
Like it's just, it's whateverorganic matter that I can put
into my body For the disciplinethat I have cultivated.
You know what it's?
I don't radishes, don't evenaffect me.

Speaker 4 (02:03:11):
It's fine, it's fine, it's fine, it's fine, yeah, so
you all sit down and as you'reeating, the cook comes over and
he says by the way, counselorThornwell wanted me to let you
know that there is a ship of thedocks waiting for you.
She left here last night.
She seemed very upset.
I'm not exactly sure why, butshe wanted me to let you know.

Speaker 2 (02:03:34):
I don't know how you can't see that, but it's
whatever she wanted me to.

Speaker 4 (02:03:41):
let you know that there is a ship of the docks
waiting for you.
You're looking for the SeaCaptain Dadalorian.

Speaker 2 (02:03:48):
Sea Daddy, sea Dadalorian.

Speaker 4 (02:03:52):
The Sea Captain, dadalorian Captain.

Speaker 2 (02:03:55):
Dadalorian Lord Captain Seaord, lord Captain Sea
Daddy, lord Captain Sea Daddy.

Speaker 5 (02:04:02):
So when Glenn hears that Thornwell was left upset,
he looks over at he looks overat Nines and says did you not do
the thing?
The meditation.

Speaker 2 (02:04:19):
What?
Every the breathing in, thebreathing out.

Speaker 5 (02:04:25):
Well, I'm glad you've mastered the breathing in and
breathing out.
But did you do?
The other in and out.

Speaker 2 (02:04:32):
With the like when she came in and then left.

Speaker 5 (02:04:38):
Yes, no when she came in, then left yes, no when she
came in.

Speaker 2 (02:04:39):
you were then supposed to go in no, I was
meditating, I was already like.
She said she was gonna be thereat 11 and just she wasn't there
.

Speaker 5 (02:04:53):
She didn't she walked up like a minute after you,
well, but we wasn't there.
She didn't.

Speaker 2 (02:04:55):
She walked up like a minute after you, well but we,
she had asked me to meditate inher room, and then there I was,
and then she didn't.
And so what am I supposed to do?
Because, like, oh my, shedoesn't even know the prayers.
Did you know that?

Speaker 3 (02:05:18):
Yeah, and Monty looks over and he says hard to get.
That's my boy.
You got to keep them wantingmore.
Good job.
Good job, Nines, Don't bring meinto this.

Speaker 5 (02:05:36):
What is Shakespeare's head?

Speaker 2 (02:05:37):
I don't think you know what adventure is about,
but okay, we'll move on yeah, soI I wanted to be adventurous, I
tried to change up the words orwhatever you were talking about
, and she just wasn't into it.
And that's okay, because we'renot compatible.
Uh, because her vagina doesn'thave anything coming out of it,
and that's okay because we'renot compatible.
Because her vagina doesn't haveanything coming out of it, and

(02:05:59):
that's what I care about a blendis kind of done he looks over
at Moore's, shakes his head, looks over at Monty kind of
tilts, never mind, here's yourbreakfast.

Speaker 5 (02:06:15):
and he slides the plate over.
Sorry, I got wrapped up inmaking this filet, I didn't have
a chance to cook you yourradishes, it's fine.
And he slides the plate toMonty and Mors and sits down
with a plate of his and wavesthe dwarf cook over and says hey

(02:06:37):
, there's some for you too, sowhy don't you join us?
Take a few minutes to eat Allright.

Speaker 4 (02:06:44):
So yeah, you all sit down and you eat your breakfast.
It is delicious, some of thebest foods you've eaten in a
long time.
At least a day.
At least a day.
What would you like, morris?

Speaker 6 (02:06:59):
so, as our dwarf friend sits down to have
breakfast with us, uh morsebreaks into conversation.
Says hi, I'm morse.
What's your name?
What else?

Speaker 4 (02:07:09):
dwarf.
Oh, he's not sitting down.
He's not sitting down to eatbreakfast with you.
Oh, he died so, glenn didn't.

Speaker 5 (02:07:16):
He didn't't accept Glenn's invitation to sit down
and have a quick bite.

Speaker 4 (02:07:21):
No, he's got to cook for the other patrons.
So he says I appreciate that, but I will have to eat mine
later.
I have to cook for the otherpatrons right now.

Speaker 5 (02:07:30):
So is the tavern or the inn owner there.

Speaker 4 (02:07:37):
The only people you see are the chef and the young
boy.
So who's he cooking for theother people?
The only workers are the chefand the young boy.

Speaker 6 (02:07:48):
I'm just teasing, we're all good.

Speaker 5 (02:07:49):
Glenn will stand up and say, hey, does anybody mind
if our dwarven cook here sitsdown for a couple minutes to
have a quick bite?

Speaker 4 (02:07:59):
Several people say yes, I want my food.

Speaker 5 (02:08:04):
The food is cooking.
It'll be ready in a few minutes.
It's fine.
I just came from the kitchen.

Speaker 4 (02:08:10):
Again.
I appreciate it, master Elf,but I really must get back to
the kitchen.

Speaker 2 (02:08:16):
Fine when the radishes are, or were there no?

Speaker 4 (02:08:20):
We don't have radishes at this moment.
That was decided.
There's no radishes.
Nobody likes radishes.

Speaker 2 (02:08:27):
Nobody I get it.
That's okay, it's fine.

Speaker 4 (02:08:35):
Is there anything else you would all like to do
here before you go to the docks?

Speaker 5 (02:08:41):
um, I would like to ask a question okay did?
We get a level?
Not the end of the session yet,oh then no, glenn will eat his
breakfast, muttering thatungrateful dwarves and elf monks

(02:09:05):
, dwarves and elf monks Got adelicious crack and all you want
is fucking radishes.

Speaker 4 (02:09:13):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:09:16):
I don't want radishes exclusively, I just want
radishes inclusively.
Is that weird or wrong, or like?
I'm a simple mountain man.
I grew up in a temple, I'm only75, okay, I haven't seen the

(02:09:36):
world, you know.
And so maybe radishes aren'tthe end all be all, and I
understand that, I get it.
You know there are.
There are other people, thereare other universes, apparently,
and sometimes there are goosesand sometimes there are hydras,
and sometimes there are fishladies who sing at us and make

(02:09:58):
me want to punch them in theface.
It's weird and I don'tunderstand it.
But ultimately, the radishes, they're always there, right?
You know that, we've seen it,we've all experienced it.
I just want another one, youknow, without having to die for
it or whatever.

Speaker 5 (02:10:16):
So, uh, does Glenn have a radish in his bag?
I don't know if I would haveone.

Speaker 4 (02:10:23):
I don't have it written down.
Odds are even Odds.
Yes, you have two radishes inyour bag.

Speaker 5 (02:10:31):
Okay, so Glenn will reach into his bag and pull out
a radish and set it in front ofNines.

Speaker 2 (02:10:39):
Nines will slap Glenn in the face and then kiss him.
What the fuck.

Speaker 6 (02:10:46):
Does that apply to lightning damage?

Speaker 4 (02:10:49):
No, it does not.

Speaker 2 (02:10:54):
Just in shock and exasperation.

Speaker 5 (02:10:58):
So glenn will be stunned.

Speaker 6 (02:11:02):
It just gotta sit there no, he didn't use any key
points.
You should be okay.

Speaker 2 (02:11:07):
Yeah, just a uh nine is gonna grab the rashes and
like uh it's two right?

Speaker 4 (02:11:14):
No, you just got the radishes.

Speaker 2 (02:11:16):
Yeah, I thought it was two.
There's two in my bag.

Speaker 5 (02:11:20):
I gave you one I have to have one in reserve for the
next time you cry about nothaving radishes.

Speaker 2 (02:11:25):
Oh yeah, so Nine's gonna like hold the radish to
his forehead and like bow withit and then back away and then
run.
Where are you running to Eatthe radish?

Speaker 4 (02:11:38):
are you running outside of the building?
I'm running away okay, our nextepisode is gonna be finding
nights no, it won't be all rightwell, that guy's gone On the
ship boys.

Speaker 2 (02:12:00):
Anyway, he was excited.
He's going to go eat it.
He'll come back.
Perfect, leave him alone.
He'll be back before sundownAll right, so Glenn will share.

Speaker 5 (02:12:15):
He will tell everybody that before he went to
bed last night night he heardthat we might have some
lycanthropes to deal with whenwe get to Dead Pelt Shadows.
So make sure you bring yoursilver.

Speaker 6 (02:12:31):
Werewolves.
Are they running sales what?

Speaker 5 (02:12:37):
Silver to damage the lycanthropes, mors, okay, and
then Glenn will just shake hishead and look down at his food
and just finish, and then get upand not say anything and walk
out of the bar and walk to theboat.

Speaker 4 (02:12:55):
What did?

Speaker 5 (02:12:55):
you say the name of the boat was I have not.

Speaker 4 (02:12:58):
You say the name of the boat was.

Speaker 6 (02:12:58):
I have not said what the name of the boat was, yet
the captain's name is CaptainDadalorian.

Speaker 5 (02:13:02):
Oh, I thought you said the name of the boat.

Speaker 4 (02:13:04):
Nope, the captain of the boat is Captain Dadalorian.

Speaker 6 (02:13:10):
Okay, as soon as Mors had finished his share of
breakfast, he would have startedcasting Detect Magic on Monty's
arm.
Takes 10 minutes and 6 seconds, which I think the Radish thing
probably took about that long.

Speaker 2 (02:13:24):
Yeah, it didn't last that long though.

Speaker 5 (02:13:29):
If Mors starts casting spells, Glenn wouldn't
actually leave.

Speaker 4 (02:13:35):
Yeah, so, mors, you do register the Mark of the
kraken uh on monty's arm and youidentify it as a mix of
conjuration, enchantment andnecromancy magic conjuration,
necromancy always, the was themiddle one.

(02:13:55):
Enchantment, enchantment, and italso seems like there's a
little bit of almost wiggle room, like, depending on what the
user decides to do with the mark, it could go a few different
directions.
Do I know what those are?
You do not, because they're notactively on there yet.
It almost seems like there'smore power that's willing to be

(02:14:19):
tapped from the mark.

Speaker 6 (02:14:21):
Okay, Well, monty, it's definitely magical.
There's some conjuration magic, some enchant magic, some
necromancy in there, and itlooks like it's not quite done
yet.
I'm not sure what its finalintent is, but it seemed to
cause you some discomfort.

(02:14:41):
Maybe we should try to get thisremoved somehow.

Speaker 3 (02:14:44):
I agree.
I do not like it one bit, notin the least bit.

Speaker 5 (02:14:49):
So Glenn will not pull out his axe because he
doesn't have it anymore, but hewill pull out a dagger.
Got this.

Speaker 3 (02:15:01):
I don't believe that removing my arm would be in the
best nature of my archerytalents.

Speaker 5 (02:15:08):
It'll grow back.
You're a cat.

Speaker 3 (02:15:12):
That is not exactly how it works.

Speaker 2 (02:15:16):
Yeah, Nines is gonna take a breath to interrupt and
then reconsider and think aboutwhat he knows about cats or
limbs.

Speaker 5 (02:15:27):
Are you sure?

Speaker 2 (02:15:29):
Nine limbs or something I hang on.

Speaker 5 (02:15:34):
I Okay.
Well, how about if I just cutoff the brand?

Speaker 3 (02:15:41):
Perhaps there's a better way we could deal with
this that might be a little lesspainful than removing my skin.

Speaker 5 (02:15:50):
I swear I will not feel any pain whatsoever.

Speaker 3 (02:15:54):
I doubt that one bit.

Speaker 6 (02:15:55):
I might be able to handle this.
Actually I haven't.
I might be able to handle this.
Actually, I haven't cast thisbefore.
If you're okay with me tryingit.

Speaker 3 (02:16:01):
I'm down to anything once and some things twice.
What did you have in mind?

Speaker 6 (02:16:07):
Well, I have to take a step back, and so Morz will
like shimmy his way out of thebooth and then he'll stand,
he'll plant, plant his druidstaff on the flower and then put
his hand just over your forearmand I'm going to cast Lesser
Restoration on Monty's arm.
I'm going to touch him and Ican end either one disease or

(02:16:28):
one condition afflicting it.
It can be.
Oh, those are not goodconditions, never mind.
The conditions can be blinded, deafened, paralyzed or poisoned.
And I just read those as I wassaying that and making a
spectacle which is not realhelpful.

Speaker 4 (02:16:46):
Samar shimmies back.
You see him start to glow andthen he's like oh, actually.

Speaker 6 (02:16:53):
Sorry, I just read the fine text.
Never mind, you should findsomebody more qualified.

Speaker 5 (02:17:03):
Glenn holds up the dagger.
How about?

Speaker 4 (02:17:07):
it To be fair, the party has only given Glenn one
chance to do field surgery on aplayer before.

Speaker 5 (02:17:17):
It worked out, just fine.

Speaker 6 (02:17:21):
It didn't not he lives.

Speaker 5 (02:17:23):
He didn't die.

Speaker 6 (02:17:25):
Fair.
Well yeah, from that.

Speaker 3 (02:17:34):
Maybe we should pursue another option before
going that route.
That seems a bit extreme.
Maybe we should pursue anotheranother option before going that
route.
That seems a bit extreme.

Speaker 5 (02:17:41):
I mean, you saw me cut up the Kraken and the Avalon
.

Speaker 3 (02:17:46):
I was pretty good with the fillet knife that's a
good point, yes, but currentlythis thing is not doing me a lot
of harm.
I believe that would be moreMore harm than necessary at this
point.
It just seems a bit extreme.
We should continue, and maybewe can find something else that
will help with this.

Speaker 6 (02:18:07):
Actually, maybe, captain Dattelor, you could do
it.
They can bless a marriage atsea.
Maybe they can bless your arm.

Speaker 3 (02:18:14):
Okay, let's give that a shot.

Speaker 4 (02:18:16):
Makes total sense, makes total sense, makes total
sense.

Speaker 5 (02:18:22):
I still think it'll grow back, but fine.

Speaker 4 (02:18:26):
Alright, so you guys all walking to the pier?
Then, yeah, yeah, I'm skipping, you're skipping to the pier,
I'm not he's upset, he's kind ofdepressed

Speaker 5 (02:18:43):
he spent all this time cooking this breakfast.
Nobody complimented it,somebody complained that they
didn't have radishes, somebodyelse wouldn't let him help with
his brand it was fine it wasfine.

Speaker 6 (02:18:55):
Mors would have thanked you for your breakfast.
He's a better person than me.
You would have reallyappreciated it.
I would have really appreciated.
I probably even said it, but I,it's the mind.
I want tasting the kraken rightnow.

Speaker 5 (02:19:06):
You know, I just so what did the kraken taste like?

Speaker 6 (02:19:11):
dragon.
Is it a fishy fish or is it alike a fishy fish or is it a?
Is it like a red fish, white?

Speaker 4 (02:19:16):
fish.
It tastes like calamari, butwith more of a sushi flavor.
Like calamari damacy.
Oh, mommy, alright, Okay,alright.
So as you guys walk to thedocks you see a few ships there,
but one seems to catch your eyeand you're drawn to it.

(02:19:38):
It's a large galleon-style ship.
It's got three masts and alarge hull that's made of dark
oak.
It looks very sturdy.
It's got a classic look.
You can definitely see somescars on the hull itself from
weathering and just countlessjourneys.
It looks like it's had somebattles both with creatures and
with other vessels and the deckis wide and spacious and it's

(02:20:02):
got a, a large quarter decktowards the stern.
That the ship seems well caredfor, it's well polished and
oiled and it it's uh, and thereare several uh cannons sticking
out of the sides of the ship.
At the figurehead you see alarge.

(02:20:23):
At the front of the ship, sorry.
At the bow you see a carvedmermaid holding a goblet of some
liquid, with an expression thatseems to beckon sailors and
adventurers to indulge while onthe high seas.
And standing in front of theship is a large, six and a half

(02:20:45):
foot tall warforged creature andas you approach he says Welcome
, I am the Dadalorian, welcometo my ship, the aquaholic and
that's where we're going to endit for the night oh boy

Speaker 2 (02:21:08):
yeah, I don't even know what to do with that thank
you for giving me at least twoweeks to think about how to
fucking respond, man.

Speaker 1 (02:21:16):
I'm weird, but holy shit.
At least two weeks to thinkabout how to fucking respond,
man.

Speaker 2 (02:21:19):
I'm weird, but holy shit.

Speaker 5 (02:21:22):
