Lakithia Nicole Aka LA KEY is a Recording Artist, Songwriter, American SAG-AFTRA Actress & Radio/Talk Show host. Lakithia embarked on her entertainment journey singing in church as a young girl. She initiated her recording career during her teenage years, writing music, releasing albums in stores and online, and engaging in performing, modeling, and acting from an early age. Her passion for entertainment has been a constant throughout her life. She has been releasing independent albums and mixtapes since her teens. In 2009, Lakithia secured the #3 spot on the Japan R&B and hip-hop music charts with her hit single "She Like That." Since 2003, she has featured in a multitude of music videos and major TV and film projects, both on-screen and off. On November 7, 2022, she dropped her single "Beautiful Feeling" from her EP Abraham & Sarah. The mixtape Then & Now was released on Christmas Day 2022. Her single "My Whole Life" was released on April 7, 2023, followed by "Heavenly" on April 21, 2023, from the EP Abraham & Sarah, which debuted on January 11, 2024. "Heavenly" achieved viral status on Twitter with 11.1 million streams. In 2024, LA KEY transitioned to a Christian Gospel recording artist, expressing immense excitement about her gospel music endeavors.
