Dr. Chloe Latham Sikes is an expert on educational policy and Deputy Director of Policy for IDRA, a non-profit organization committed to educational equity. She offers some mind-blowing, gob-smacking truths about what is happening to and in schools across the country and what that means to all of us who care about a healthy democracy.
