  • What makes you stand out from your peers or colleagues? My authenticity, sense of humor, and ability to act.
  • Who needs to know you so you can reach your goals? My colleagues, customers, etc.
  • What are your values? Authenticity, Courage, Humility
  • What’s your ultimate career goal? I have a 2nd career/early retirement aspiration to go into nursing or become a professor. I feel a real calling to help and teach others.
  • Who makes up your support system? My sister (best friend), my husband, my children, and my friends.
  • What brings you joy? Babies, helping and teaching others. When someone has an “ah-ha” moment based on advice or something, I shared with them.
  • What your superpower – the thing you do better than anyone else? Resilience and reinvention. Because of certain life experiences that I have had, I’m really good at persevering and achieving my goals despite obstacles or criticisms.
  • What’s your favorite way to communicate? In-person communication. No power points, just a back-and-forth conversation.
