The great news is that I don't! I am very fortunate to work with really smart and talented people. They challenge me and keep me on my toes! It is good to be humbled by the talent of those around you.

What’s your ultimate career goal?

To light up my little corner of the world and make healthcare better.

Who makes up your support system?

My husband and children, great friends, family, colleagues, mentors, babysitters, Shipt grocery delivery and Amazon prime.

What brings you joy?

When I see somebody grasp a concept that will improve their lives and the lives of people around them, then apply it.

What’s your superpower – the thing you do better than anyone else?

I think I tend to be able to take a lot of data and information and distill it down to a pretty simple explanation that is relatable. That comes naturally for me.
