Accused without evidence of being a CIA agent, Hugo becomes a hostage, reflecting on the brutal repression under Maduro's regime. We also examine the broader political climate, marked by economic collapse, violent crackdowns, and military corruption, highlighting the continuity of authoritarianism from Chavez to Maduro.
