I have been feeding my brain with so much information lately that it's time for a diet...but what does a 'brain diet' even mean?
Can you relate to this? My mind has felt like it's in complete 'system overload' and I just can't switch off. Somedays I feel so overwhelmed by everything swirling around in my head that I can't focus enough to get anything done! Being a mum means that you often have to do a million jobs to do at once and it can get all too much at times, not to mention adding in work and trying to find time for yourself.
