Don’t get me wrong, I love it so much and this is definitely not the end…more like a reset.
People have asked me if I’m ok and I’m actually great, BECAUSE of doing this. In my recent episode ‘I’m going on a diet…for my brain’ I shared how I'm struggling to switch off...ever, and it’s taking it’s toll. So this time, instead of waiting till I completely burn out, I'm going to stop. Take a breather and slooowwww dooowwwnnn.
I only want to produce my best content and sometimes that means stepping away and resetting.
This episode is probably my most raw and honest, no scripts, no edits, just my rambled thoughts and feelings.
