This episode is an interview I did in October 2020 with the Stigma Free Society, that was lead by Dr. Daniel To, who is a long-time friend and also the District Principal overseeing Speciality Programs and Mental Health Programming for Surrey Schools in BC. We talked about some of the challenges I faced with my mindset and mental health when I decided to change careers, how I stay resilient, and how I embrace change.
