Today, I'm joined by Steffani Traskos who serves as the other half of the leadership of Nakee Butter, the company that Evan Weber (last week's guest) started 9 years ago. Steffani called her own shot by asking to join Evan in the business soon after it started and has been with him ever since. 

In this episode, Steffani shares her views on passion within work and how to know when that passion may be dwindling or running out—and what to do about it. We talk about the element of choice and how it easy it is to forget and Steffani shares how thinking of her life like a movie helps her lead a life she loves living.
