This podcast discusses true crime, whichmay tell violence, and other material intended
for a mature audience. Listener, discretion is advised and that's LEXI. All
right, and what have you got? So today's episode Believe It or Not
was partially inspired by everything that's beengoing on with Kate Middleton, which as

(00:33):
of recording this today is kind ofsolved. Okay, So Kayla made a
face, so I now have todo a mini episode and fill Kayla in
on the conspiracy. So basically,Kate Middleton was missing from public eye for
a few weeks and the royal familywas being very vague about it and saying

(00:54):
that she was hospitalized for a nondescriptabdominal surgery, and there were so many
conspiracy theories just all over social mediatrying to point out fakes, photoshops,
saying that she had been kidnapped, that she had been murdered, that she
was missing, that there was amistress involved, so many things. So

(01:18):
turns out as of today, shemade a public statement stating that after she
received her abdominal surgery, they didfind some sort of cancer in the very
early stages and she is receiving Ibelieve they said prophylactic chemotherapy to get ahead
of it. She seems optimistic. It seems like the prognosis is good.
We don't have many more details, but that's what's going on with the royal

(01:38):
family and that news drop today. So I'm sure there's probably still conspiracy theories
about how this is more of thecover up. But basically the entire internet
thought that Kate Middleton had disappeared fortwo weeks. Oh, I had not
heard a single saying about that, and I'm like, I thought it would
be on TikTok, but it's likeI didn't someone was on there, right,

(02:00):
it was. It was on twittersis where I mostly saw it.
I don't know if I saw iton other social media, Like I didn't
see it on Instagram, but Ifeel like I mostly use Instagram to look
at like ASMR videos and cats,So I don't know if I don't,
I think my algorithm is like thatat that point anyway, And that's the
episode See Us next week in aLittle Wicked No. So it was partially

(02:22):
inspired by that because there was acase of a YouTuber back in twenty sixteen
who whipped up a similar conspirital frenzyabout her own alleged kidnapping that turned out
to be kind of nothing. Butwe also don't have any confirmation on what
actually happened to this day. Sothis is about British fashion YouTuber Marina Joyce.

(02:47):
Does the name ring any bells?Nope, I'm not. I don't
know about you YouTubers. So MarinaJoyce would have been popular in the same
category and in the same time asother prominent YouTubers think like Trishia Paida Tanamojo
she and Dass. I just can'twith her. I just I just named

(03:07):
a lot of really difficult people forus to think about, with the exception
of our queen here, Jenna Marbles. So personally I'm a fan as far
as Trisha Patus is concerned. Myfavorite conspiracy theory is that her children are
all reincarnated royals because her daughter wasborn when Queen Elizabeth died and then when
she announced her second pregnancy, KingPhilip does not looking so hot. Have

(03:38):
you not heard that one before? When am I your introductions? Yeah?
I thought we haven't even gotten tothe episode yet. This is great.
So Marina Joyce is a United Kingdombased YouTuber who amassed a large following.
To this day, she has overtwo million subscribers on YouTube, where she
talks primarily about fashion and just generalvlogging. She has a little bit of

(04:02):
a remember like, hmm, howwould I describe it? Remember like the
Hello Kitty scene girls from when wewere in like high school in middle school.
I think like twenty ten's era. It's kind of like that, but
a little bit more low key.You know, we're not talking raccoon hair.

(04:25):
If you google pictures you'll kind ofsee what I mean. It's almost
like scene light seen if it wasa little more coquette. But she has
a very distinct look, you know, very just conventionally attractive YouTuber very just
just bubbly and had it just avery a very big personality, which I

(04:45):
think helped her really a massive following. And she was I think fifteen when
her first video dropped, uh calledI Think draw My Life with Marina Joyce,
and then from there her YouTube careerkind of took off and then things
got weird in about July of twentysixteen, so this is when she dropped

(05:09):
a video. She was nineteen atthe time. She dropped a video that
led to people coming up with isiskidnapping conspiracy theories? Oh, so buckle
in with me. Basically, thevideo was an ad for a fashion brand,
so she was showing off some outfits. Basically, I think the video

(05:32):
is titled something along the lines ofdate Night Outfit Ideas. And again it
was an ad. So I didsee some stills from this YouTube video and
she looks, ugh, it's verydear in the headlights is the way that
I would describe her appearance in thisvideo. She just kind of looked nervous.

(05:56):
Her movements were a little jerky, unnatural. There was a sort of
off camera hand kind of pointing outthings and guiding her movements, which was
a little strange. And there weremany fans that were convinced they either watched
her or heard her mouth the wordshelp me at some point during the video.
This whipped up a huge frenzy,I mean, conspiracy theories abounded.

(06:21):
In like the twenty four hours followingthis video, the hashtag save Marina Joyce
had popped up on social media.People were analyzing every second of the video
in detail, and many believed thatJoyce was being held hostage, and this
led to British police getting involved.Fans were at the point where they had

(06:43):
contacted the authorities and had the BritishPolice visit her home. And the good
news is they found that she wassafe. They found that Marina Joyce was
safe in her own home. Nothinghad happened, but it didn't right,
but it didn't explain strange video andthis also did not put an end to
the isis theories here. So thevideo is no longer on her YouTube channel,

(07:12):
but there are still screenshots available. This is why I wasn't able to
see the video for this. Itno longer exists, but there's still screenshots
and apparently other YouTubers at the timehad also addressed the controversy and the conspiracy
theories, including like Jenna Marbles.I keep bringing her up because she's like
the only YouTuber from that time Ikept up with and she's like a household

(07:32):
name. So I'm hoping other peopleare kind of like, oh, when
I said Jenna Marbles, I mean, like big deal on YouTube. So
turns out she ended up getting millionsand millions of views on her content because
of this, because people were flockingto her channel to see what was going
on, and on top of flockingher her channel to see what was going

(07:55):
on. People were watching the videos, analyzing them, trying to see what
the hype was about, seeing ifshe was safe for Okay. So there's
a great article from Business Insider thattalks about a man named Todd Grande who
is a PhD, a mental healthcounselor who runs a YouTube channel where he
talks about behavior and the actions ofpopular internet content creators. And they interviewed

(08:20):
him for this Business Insider article whichI am going to link in the show
notes, where he basically talks abouthow this happened with Marina Joyce and what
he thinks is going on. So, something that he mentions is something called
magical thinking, which, according tothe article, is quote believing one has
connected the dots in the way thatthe rest of humanity has been unable to
do unquote, which I think that'sreally common in the age of social media

(08:43):
conspiracy theory. People are very like, I did it, I connected the
dots, I solved the problem, and that's how we end up with ces.
I don't know, uh, namea conspiracy theory just off the top
of her head. Oh God,it's putting you on the spot. You're
the expert asking me name the Titanicone exactly. Yep. So that's how

(09:03):
you kind of end that up withis. It's it's part of this you
know, magical thinking and the masshysteria that is encouraged by social media helps
these things reach a massive, massiveaudience. So again, she started her
in career when she was fifteen andtwenty twelve and just did very normal sort

(09:24):
of YouTuber stuff. But within afew years they started to realize that her
actions had changed. She seemed tobe moving in strange motions, making odd
faces, repeating herself, rambling, and in general just not seeming herself.
She also appeared to have some strangebruises on her arms in some of the
videos, which she did not outrightaddress. So again, the Save Marina

(09:48):
Joy's hashtag had been popping up,and people were citing her actions her unexperienced,
her unexplained bruises, people thinking thateither she was suffering from some kind
of mental breakdown or that she wasbeing held hostage again by ISIS. I
don't know why specifically ISIS, butpeople were convinced that she was being held

(10:11):
hostage by ISIS. I don't goahead like I can see someone being held
hostage by like, I don't knowif she had like a crazy fan or
like a stoker or something like thatthat would make sense. I don't understand
what people would think isis see that? Yeah, that's that's what I got.
I'm like, why isis? Justof all of all the possibilities,

(10:33):
why isis? So basically, therewas also a tweet that was sent on
July twenty second, right around thetime of the date Outfit Ideas video,
where she tweeted, quote meet meBethel Green at six thirty am. If

(10:54):
you would like to join partying withme at the event, bring a friend
so you don't get lost. Sothere's this event at Bethel Green that she
was trying to promote that fans couldcome to, and people became concerned with
that. And there was also atweet that said if you want to party
pa r T T E E Ewhy why with me? Tweet me now

(11:16):
if you want a party with me, smiley face. I'll put details into
where to meet soon for the day. So this this is like, it's
it's hard like looking back at this, I'm like, wow, that's a
really weird way to tweet. Butif you remember anything about like the early
twenty tens era. That was veryon brand for these bubbly YouTubers to just

(11:37):
tweet like that. So it's hardto say was that just the personality at
the time or was something a bitstrange going on. And also the idea
of meeting at six thirty am.Yeah, I was gonna say that's a
little weird. I would expect likeearly, right, So this is also
again this led to more and moreconspiracy theories of people thinking that Marina was

(12:05):
trying to get people together, likeshe was being held hostage to get people
together for some sort of mass isiskidnapping and event, I kid you not.
That was what people came up with. They were like, well,
she's trying to get a bunch ofpeople together and they're all gonna get kidnapped
by Isis. So to the pointthat other YouTubers were basically going on to
social media and saying, do notgo to this event at Bethel Green.

(12:26):
And then there was the supposed streaming. Do you remember periscope? Like before
we had I think like Instagram, live, TikTok live, et cetera,
we had periscope, which was inmy understanding at apper website that allowed people
to do live streaming before every platformhad their own live stream. It sounds
familiar. I never used it.I've never used it. I don't think

(12:48):
i've even I don't think I've everwatched a live stream on it. But
like I remember it existing, that'sabout the extent of it. I remember
it existing. I was online enoughto know of it. So it turns
out there was supposed to be ameeting, but the title on Periscope was
live from Bethel Green hashtags save MarinaJoyce. But the stream was just a

(13:13):
black screen with occasional banging in thebackground. I don't like that. No,
So again, was she you know, what was going on? Was
this just a total flop? Isshe you know, not really with it?
Was she kidnapped? Turns out thatwasn't the case, or was this
a publicity stunt? So it turnsout that the most likely option, as

(13:41):
far as I'm going back to thebusiness inside our article here that Grande thinks
that after that initial fashion video, she realized how much traffic this brought to
her page, but also that ofcourse authorities got involved, so she couldn't
lean into it too much. Butshe realized if she was a little bit
awkward and a little bit vague. She got a lot of traffic, which

(14:05):
is how she makes her money.Yeah, and so it makes sense why.
One of the theories is that thiswas a stunt, a publicity stunt,
and things died down in a fewweeks. Of course, after she
addressed it, basically after police cameto her home, she did release a

(14:26):
statement that's like, hey, guys, I'm totally safe. I'm okay,
don't worry about me. I reallyappreciate that you guys care. And then
again in August of twenty nineteen,so a couple of years afterwards, Joyce
went missing for ten days, officiallyclassified as a missing person's by the UK

(14:46):
police. Oh that's okay. Sheshowed up ten days later, completely fine,
And there's very little official evidence ofwhat actually happened, and she's never
really opened up about it. Alot of these articles that I saw that
had reached out to Marina Joyce askingabout this and her boyfriend, almost all

(15:11):
of them said declined to respond. So a lot of journalists have attempted to
reach out to Marina Joyce and she'sjust never addressed it. She's never gone
outside of her own channel. SoI feel like something either terrible happened or
she just went on like a littletrip just to do a publicity stunt.
I feel like it's one of thetwo, right right, exactly exactly.

(15:39):
So she did dabble in a littlebit of this sort of magical conspiracy thing
because she did have for a whileher YouTube description Sacred Moon, Snowflake Cat,
Princess of Love, Kindness is mybirthright creator of the Seventh Dimension.
Okay, what yeah, so youknow, and that's but again again it's

(16:06):
hard to say because this in likethe twenty twelve to twenty sixteen era,
being this like quirky kitty space lovelightlike that was kind of the thing.
Yeah, it's like one of thosewhat random girls or something like that.
Really, yes, yes, yes, Like we're at the point where now
there's like nostalgia posting about it,you know what I mean. Yeah,

(16:27):
so it gets a little bit uhinteresting because she had opened up in twenty
twenty two about what happened in twentysixteen. So on December ninth, twenty
twenty two, she officially released avideo titled Saving Marina Joyce My Story,

(16:48):
and so she started by welcoming herfans which he referred to as beautiful Sacred
Moon kitties, which is just like, hey, are you cool cats and
kittens? Oh my god. Yes, It's just so funny to still be
doing like the quirky taco cat thingin like twenty twenty two. You know,
like if this is twenty sixteen,I'd be like, yeah, that

(17:10):
tracks like in twenty twenty two,Tod be like, hello, my Sacred
Moon kiddies. I'm like, wow, we are still sticking with the bit.
So what she talked about in thevideo was, Ah, it was
tough because it was partially clarifying whatwas going on, partially rambling about some

(17:30):
very interesting health issues she said she'dbet she was struggling with. So I'm
going to kind of summarize it alittle bit here. So she said that
she had never gone missing, butthat her parents had been worried about her
and had phoned the police. Soshe also said that she seemed just sort

(17:51):
of strange in the way that shecarried herself in her content in twenty sixteen
because she was partying a lot andwhere she said she went down unquote a
really dark path. That okay, that that one seems very reasonable getting into
partying, potentially getting into substance abuse. That absolutely could change how you look
and present yourself, especially if shewas potentially under the influence, which she

(18:15):
didn't really confirm nor deny for thosespecific videos. Okay, and then she
started to open up a lot aboutNew Age religion and philosophy. So Joyce
said she had seen a kashak records, which, according to Business Insider,
is a philosophical theory about accessing allthe memories of the universe that has ever

(18:36):
existed. That's sounds a lot.So a philosophical theory about accessing all the
memories of the universe that have everexisted. Oh, Akashic records. I
feel like when I talk to people, yeah right, I feel like when
I talk to people who have donelike mushrooms, like mushrooms LSD and DMT,

(18:59):
like this is what they tell me. Like I saw the entire universe
and I'm like, what does thatmean? Like like I can't conceptualize that,
and I don't think I like,I don't know if I want to
try that. That seems like alot of information for me to receive,
and like I I find it hardenough trying to do calculus. I think
maybe I'm not ready to witness theentirety of the universe all at once.

(19:21):
I'm not ready to meet God.Nope, I don't know if I'm ready
for that. That's a lot.So it gets weirder. We haven't said
that in a while, but itgets weirder. So. Joyce had also
talked about a history with both mentalhealth and physical health problems, one in

(19:41):
which she claimed she even had adiagnosis of multiple sclerosis, which specifically affected
her vision. So she went througha period where she thought she was dying
because she was suffering headaches, andshe said she was suffering deep in secret,
and that no one really knew abouthow much she was going through except
for her boyfriend, which she saidhelped her through it. So again,

(20:04):
Marina and her boyfriend were reached outto on multiple journalism platforms. Both of
them have basically addressed that Marina isokay publicly, but we're very vague about
it, and none of them haveagreed to speak with any of the journalists
on the matter. And he hasnot had a social media presence since twenty
twenty one. So he's just asmuch of an He's just as much,

(20:26):
if not more of an enigma,as Marina Joyce at this point. So
Marina claims that the Hari Krishna movementcured her multiple sclerosis symptoms, and she
also said that cannabis is a curefor multiple sclerosis. You know, no,
I mean I wish it was, because MS is a very debilitating and

(20:51):
difficult disease, and cannabis has fantasticimplications and helping to relieve the symptoms,
but unfortunately it is not curative. It's probably just relieving, but not sure.
Mm hmmmm, yeah, We're stillkind of working on that. So
prayer and weed are not cures formultiple multiple sclerosis. That is not easy

(21:17):
for me to say right now.So it's stuff like that that's a little
it's a little difficult to take wheninfluencers with these massive platforms say things like
that, because it's I think it'svery difficult for people really dealing with these
diseases in real life. Do youknow how frustrating it must be to have
an illness like multiple multiple sclerosis andhave people approach you and just be like,
oh, have you tried smoking weed? Like I would get so tired

(21:41):
of that. Yeah, I wouldget so sick of that. So she
claims that because of everything going on, that her brain was dying. But
she's so much happier. Her lifeis good and she's really happy, and
she's basically said, there's just noreason to worry about me now, huh.
And she's still posting on YouTube asfar as I know, I mean,

(22:03):
as far as I was looking atthese articles, I don't know when
her last video on YouTube was.Let me go ahead and take a peak
peek at her social media. Letme see when her last one was.
If I'm to go on YouTube, and it looks like she's still just doing
fashion blogging. Yeah, her latestvideo was one month ago. Looks like

(22:25):
it was an outfit try on.And then she's got some makeup tutorials.
She's got a video about tarot cards. She's got a very specific look to
her, you know, I willsay, mostly she seems to talk about
mental health, halls, makeup, and just sort of normal YouTube stuff.
And there's not really a lot goingon anymore. In terms of the whole

(22:47):
kidnapping. I'm assuming at this point, truly, I'm assuming that it was
an ad gone wrong, especially becausethere was someone off camera kind of coaching
her. I think maybe it washer first time doing an ad, and
she was nervous and it was clunkyand didn't come together well, and someone
was trying to help her, andfrom there it exploded and she realized,
oh my gosh, this mistake isextremely popular. Let me go ahead and

(23:08):
milk it for all I can.In terms of publicity, I think that's
the most likely response. And Ithink she probably also is into New Age
spirituality and maybe the festival or theparty life from there. I mean a
lot of that stuff kind of goeshand in hand, so none of it
would really surprise me. Yeah,I feel like it is something like that

(23:30):
because I'm I'm pretty confident Isis wasnot involved like that. I'm like ninety
nine percent sure. Like I can'tsay myth busted or myth confirmed about any
of these theories, but I willsay I think Isis kidnapping is like the
least likely. It's at the bottomof the a list, very much at

(23:51):
the bottom. The other thing, too, is apparently she did address the
bruises in another video, so beforeshe kind of talked about her full story
in twenty twenty two, I hadtalked about it on social media a little
bit in the years between like twentysixteen, twenty nineteen, twenty twenty two,
where she mentioned that she was dealingwith stuff that she didn't want to
go public about. Again, Ithink that's very fair, especially if you

(24:11):
have mental mental health issues, physicalhealth issues, if you're dealing with things
like addiction, whatever. I thinkthat's very normal to be like, Hey,
I'm dealing with stuff I don't wantto talk about her right now.
Like, I think that's totally fair. I don't think you have to be
kidnapped to be like, I havestuff going on in my life that I
don't want to tell two million people. But I guess she was just vague
enough to keep it interesting for lackof a better way of wording it.

(24:34):
And she also mentioned that she therewas in a sad incident in the woods.
According to one source, that UHcaused the bruises. It's cryptic,
sad incident in the woods. Yeah, that one, that one, I'm

(24:55):
not that one, like you said, is very cryptic. I'm not really
sure what what that means, what'sgoing on there, And at the end
of the day, we don't reallyhave a confirmation on what happened. I
know the first time the police werecalled for a wellness check in twenty sixteen
after that video was because fans werefreaked out and thought she had been kidnapped
and wanted to make sure she wassafe at home. She very much was.

(25:17):
She never actually went missing. Shedid address it, you know,
at least at the point of beinglike, hey, guys, I'm fine.
I did not get kidnapped. Butthen as far as when she went
missing in twenty nineteen for ten days. I looked at some sources and there's
not really a lot of public recordon what happened, you know, after
she was found safe and well, her boyfriend was kind of like, yep,

(25:38):
marine's fine, she's okay, don'tworry about her. She's talked about
it a little bit in that onevideo in twenty twenty two, but otherwise
we don't know what happened in thoseten days. I guess she did mention
that her parents were worried about her, and she was never actually missing.
So I wonder if maybe she wenton vacation, didn't have a float plan,
you know, didn't tell her family, and she was no contact with
them and they kind of panicked.I think it's understandable. I knew someone

(26:00):
who would do that. I actuallyknew someone in the past who would just
go in a week long vacation, tell no one, tell none of their
friends and family. Police did getinvolved at least once. That's crazy because,
like I don't know, because Ifeel like with somebody like that that
has a giant social media following tendays, it's pretty significant for you to
not post anything have anybody know whereyou are. That's what I would think,

(26:23):
especially long enough time for you tobecome an official missing person's like an
official like no one can get ahold of you. Yeah. That just
I wonder if maybe it was intentional, Like maybe maybe it was kind of
like, hey, publicity stunt numberone worked, great, let's go ahead
and try a day too, Like, let's just lie low for ten days
and see what happens. And whenI first started researching this episode, I

(26:45):
was really really hopeful that I wasgonna be like, here's what happened.
It was X y Z or shehad a medical thing, or she was
recovering from addiction or something like. No, there's so much unconfirmed about this
still, pretty much all I cantell you is that she was never kidnapped.

(27:06):
Yeah, because I feel like shewas kidnapped, Like, I don't
know, like she would have moreto say about it. I guess if
she did want to have anything tosay about it or like it would be
like more I guess significant is theright one exactly. Yeah, yeah,
but you know, according to closesources, to Marina Joyce, as least

(27:27):
what we can tell, like herparents, social media presence of both herself
and I guess her boyfriend right upuntil he kind of went dark on social
media in twenty twenty one, She'salive and well, and we don't really
know many more details than that. She's just kind of giving us what she
wants to give us, and that'sthat. And so that is how a

(27:52):
lot of the hysteria surrounding what's beengoing on with Kate Middleton inspired this episode,
because this was another celebrity who justsort of went missing for a while
and then just turned up and waslike, hey guys, I'm fine.
Yeah. The Kate Middleton thing likeit made me think of like the whole

(28:12):
Princess Diane conspiracy with the Royal familybecause like they were kind of iffy about
that too. So if Kate Miltonwent missing like that, yeah, I
don't know, there were a lotof people that were kind of talking about
that because of course everything that happenedwith with you know, Princess di and
people were definitely definitely looking at parallelsthere. But I think I was really

(28:37):
hoping that this episode, quite frankly, was going to have more substance.
But you ever, like you everstart researching an episode and then you're like
too far in and you're like, well, I gotta do what I gotta
do. That's kind of how thisone turned out. This one was unfortunately
a lot of rumors, a lotof hears say. I cannot give you
a lot confirmed, but I feellike I maybe revived an old internet drama.

(29:00):
So that was a little fun togo down memory lane and just remember
like the days of just vloggers andyou know, new age spirituality and partying
will make you a little weird, but it's fine. It's fine. Makes
you interesting, what doesn't kill you. It makes you strange at parties.

(29:22):
It just made me think of,like, well, next time we'll just
talk about you know, since we'retalking about YouTubers, Shane Dawson, let's
just see what's going on there.Oh my god, you know, I
don't want to get into that.I don't want to talk about that.
It's going to make me so mad, it's going to make me so angry.
I can't. I can't. LikeI looked at a video or a

(29:44):
post the other day that was likenothing beats this era of YouTube, but
it was a bunch of like YouTubersfrom that era, and I was like
looking at it and I'm like, dude, half this list has like very
credible predator allegations like YouTubers did notage well. No. And then there's
precious Gentle Marbles who's just off theinternet living her life, best life,

(30:07):
yeah with her like Greyhound Zoo.I hope she's doing great. I hope
she's just happy and thrilled. She'slike the only YouTuber too who was like,
hey, I messed up in mypast and so because of that,
peace out guys, and everyone waslike please God no, like you're the
only one that we want to stickaround, like everyone else needs to apologize
and go dark. You're like theonly one. And then Shane Dausin popped
up on TikTok one did I'm like, where what hole in the wall did

(30:32):
you crawl out of? I neverwant to see his face ever again,
ever again. I never want tohear his name. I never want to
see his face. I can't,I don't even don't even get me started.
But yeah, so I mean wemight as well have a whole YouTuber
series at this point. Yeah, you've covered a couple YouTubers. You know,

(30:52):
this is not I think this Thismight be my first YouTuber. I
know. In a Patreon episode,I talked about that one girl. I
don't think she was a YouTuber, but she was the one that was all
over like Instagram. Yeah, hername is escaping me. But that the
munchausen By Internet case. That wasan interesting one. That was also a
lot of speculation. That one wasa lot of speculation. That one was

(31:15):
a kind of an intense episode. If you want to know, if you're
not a Patreon go ahead and checkout our Patreon account and go look into
that one. If this type ofcontent is your vibe, it is four
dollars a month. It's a lotof fun. You get ad free episodes,

bunch and cursed Leonardo DiCaprio could neverdate a book twenty five And that's all

like whenever I do that. Oursocial media is a post like pictures of
stuff of our even our Patreon episodestry to entice you guys to like join.

five day Oh, that's so exciting. I can't believe we have five.

this. I guess you and meare technically YouTubers now, huh, yeah

the moon. Heyay, live inthe dream. Who Athletic Greens sponsorships Here
we come. You guys heard aboutbetterhelp them? Hello fresh? Oh my

like pean a cup and ship itback to them. I have my reasons.
They're like the number one textile polluterin the world right now, and
textiles are one of the largest polluterson the planet. It's awful, It's

(33:55):
terrible. Maybe I should do anepisode actually on how she In is an
ecological disaster. Yeah. I've neverordered from she In, and I don't
plan on it. It's just Ihave one item from Shean and it is
from a thrift store. Actually,I know I said ecological disaster. I
didn't even touch on the labor violationsthat are, you know, alleged to

(34:17):
be happening at Shean, you know, And I'm saying alleged for legal purposes
only because let's be real, it'sfast fashion. So maybe that's a future
episode. If you guys want tohear about that, let us know.
Discord is probably the best way toget hold of us. We're on Discord.

(34:37):
We are on Instagram. We're onx that's so unseerious. We're on
Twitter. We're on the social mediaapp formally known as Twitter. I think
we're technically on Facebook. I don'treally have a Facebook anymore though, So
Kila's got that held on? Didyou get the bots wrangled? Yeah?

(34:57):
I put it so like you haveto like get posts approved, Oh good,
oh good before they go to thewall. Good. Yeah, so
we you know, be patient withus if you have to wait for a
post to be approved in the Facebook. That's just so. That's just so
we don't end up with, youknow, a bitcoin scam. I don't

(35:22):
really know what's happening on Facebook anymore, am I close? Well that's Instagram
now, because I got put intoa group chat of like it was like
seventy five people, and like theopening message was like you've been chosen to
be part of our bitcoin banking systemblah blah blah blah, and I'm like
okay now, no, oh okay, I have a couple about bitcoin on

(35:44):
Instagram. Oh no, I don'tthink it's happened to me on Instagram.
Let me go see. Let mesee right now what my message requests look
like. Let's see requested messages, requests, hidden requests. Let's take a
look at this. No hidden requests. Well, never mind, I am

(36:08):
apparently bulletproof on Instagram. Don't knowhow I did that. I keep getting
the because I post a lot ofmy dogs. I keep getting Hey,
you could be have your dog speedmodels for us. We'll send you a
bandana. Then you get ten percentoff. Oh. I used to get

(36:29):
ones like that that, like ifyou use a certain keyword, they're like
promoted here at like Reality Records orsomething. Yeah, Pittsburgh Forever or something.
I'm like, man, okay, like I'm not gonna do that,
but thanks for your contribution. That'sit. That is what I have for
you, guys. I wish thiswas one of those episodes where I had

(36:52):
more concrete answers for you. Butthat's kind of the story of how Marina
Joyce went missing but didn't in twentysixteen and twenty nineteen, and how we
still do not have concrete answers tothis day. Maybe I'll take a little
ten day vacation one day, justlike a normal vacation or like a grippy

(37:14):
Socks vacation. We'll see when weget there. That's the spirit. Never
let them know your next move.Yeah, that was cool. You go
first, No, you you gofirst. I don't have anything that was

(37:35):
hysterically wicked, that was consparingly wicked. Okay, there we go.
