Speaker 1 (00:01):
As someone who works
with a lot of people, my
favorite thing is hearing abouttheir transformations, about
their stories, about things thathave changed.
I was talking to an old clienta little bit ago, earlier today,
and he was telling me thatthey're pregnant and he's about
to get engaged and they justmoved into their own home.
(00:21):
And it's the same man who wascrying with me in a coaching
call over how life just wasn'tworking.
And I just think it's amazingto see, when people actually
have that resilience to keepshowing up for themselves and
keep with the process and justtrust and release, that
eventually the things thatthey're looking for come back
(00:42):
around.
And he wanted a family and hewanted a wife and he wanted a
home and now he has those things.
And so it doesn't happenovernight for everybody.
Some people it does, and I havea few fun stories here from the
retreat that I figured would befun to kind of encapsulate the
experience, because at thisretreat the women on day one got
(01:05):
the opportunity to play, to lettheir walls down, to really
just show up in a playful, childlike state, to connect and
to love on each other.
The next day we focused onrelease and we really dove into,
like, what are those limitingbeliefs and those stories that
have been holding you back andgiving you the space to be able
to actually let that go andprocess through that?
(01:27):
Then the next day we got intoan exploration mode where we
talked about some fun sensualand sexual things and how that
can play into our businessutilizing the feminine energy.
And then on day four they gotto rewrite their story.
They got to really figure outwho is the future version of
them and just how close theyactually already are to her.
(01:49):
It was a really greatexperience where I even offered
what I called the safety blanket.
I had this purple piece offabric and I thought how else am
I going to recognize whensomeone might want to share a
story that they don'tnecessarily want to be recorded
on audio and video?
So I had this fabric and I saidhere you go.
(02:10):
I put the safety blanket insideof a pillowcase and put that on
the couch with the girls so ifanybody had anything come up and
they wanted to, they could justput that piece of fabric over
themselves.
So it'd be very obvious invideos that we won't be using
those pieces because she'stelling a very vulnerable story
(02:30):
and I figured that giving themthe opportunity to choose would
thus allow them an even betteropportunity to let their walls
down.
And it did exactly that, because when people think they
have to share and they don'twant to share, when they get to
share, they often share someamazing things.
(02:53):
The first story that I want toshare with you is one that is
it's so impactful and it'sreally close to home for my own
experiences.
So it was quite amazing beingable to facilitate this change.
I had one of our attendees andshe came in carrying the weight
(03:15):
of generations of sexual abusethat came before her.
She very much wanted to movepast this, and so she opened
herself up.
And she showed up and gave 110%and went through the release
process.
And after that process, thenext morning she's sitting in
(03:37):
our meditation and she saysJaina, I have bruises that have
shown up all along the insidesof my legs.
I didn't run into anything, Ididn't hit anything or hurt
myself yesterday.
I don't know what this is.
Can you help me explain this?
I said can you tell me whatyour biggest release was
yesterday?
(03:57):
She said it was thegenerational sexual abuse that
the women in my family enduredover hundreds of years.
Okay, that makes sense.
Do you think that this areapointing at her legs would be
areas in which these womenexperienced that abuse?
She said yes.
(04:17):
I said okay.
I think this is just your bodyreleasing the energy that has
been held inside of it for solong, and the next day they were
gone.
These are unexplainable thingsbut at the same time, so
explainable when we get down toit.
(04:40):
All things are just energy.
If we hold on to these stories, then that energy can never be
released.
And when it is released, it hasto go somewhere, and so it's
going to leave us through ourbody.
And in this case, that madesense.
And is it absolutely true?
Who knows, maybe she did justbang into the side of the table
(05:03):
a couple dozen times?
No, I mean, I truly believethis was just a release of
energy.
This is just her body's way ofprocessing.
And she continued on with thetrip.
And I'll tell you, I was blownaway Because we went to a show,
and at that show there are aseries of opportunities where
(05:25):
they bring you up on a stage, and some of them being a little
bit more erotic than others, andyet this young woman was chosen
out of the audience to bewalked up and serenaded, told
how amazing she is and howlovely she is, and she had the
(05:45):
opportunity, after generationsof sexual abuse, having a man
get down on one knee and sing toher, and I truly believe that
that was an opportunity for itto come full circle to a man
worshiping her versus thesewomen who were put through
ungodly things that we can'teven think of.
That was a powerful story forme and I really appreciated it
(06:14):
being shared, and I think thereare a lot of people that can
relate to that, because I knowmy own personal story of sexual
abuse was at the core of a lotof the limiting beliefs and
stories that I was carrying.
So being able to processthrough and let go and forgive
the people who have harmed us,even if you don't really think
(06:34):
they deserve it, truly steppingin and forgiving them is the
only way to fully let go,because if you forgive yourself
and everyone involved, that'swhen the energy can simply let
go.
Another awesome story was ofanother woman who had come into
(06:55):
the event with a 10k goal.
She has some YouTube channelsand a production company and she
wanted to sell one of herYouTube channels for $10,000.
Well, only a few days into ourtrip, she gets an email from
someone who didn't just want tobuy her YouTube channels, they
wanted to buy her productioncompany.
(07:16):
And so, after doing a littlebit of back-end research and
seeing that this is actually alegitimate request, her goal
went from $10K to over $100,000.
Truly, by the end of theretreat we realized that if she
just continues to put in morework and expands her audience
and stays on the path that she'salready on, that could easily
(07:37):
be a million dollars or more, bea million dollars or more.
I'm so excited to be able tosee that, because this same
woman worked with me two yearsago and set a very clear goal to
make $20,000, but it wasn'tspecific enough that it needed
to come through her work andinto a bank account.
That way, only four days afterworking together, she did
(08:00):
receive $20,000.
It was, although it was in theform of an insurance payment,
and so we talk often with eachother about the specificity and
goal setting, because theunconscious mind needs direction
, and the more clear directionwe can give it, the better off
it can be.
So she was very clear to saythis hundred thousand or a
(08:21):
million dollars in this bankaccount, earned for the work
that she's done with thisproduction company and it was
awesome to see that she'sactually continued to apply that
.
In fact, there was somethingreally cool that happened at
this event is that thisparticular person who, again, I
worked with about two and a halfyears ago.
I first met her and we did abreakthrough session and six
(08:41):
months of coaching together andafter that she really took off.
And so here she says Jaina, Imade a video and I'd love to
share it if there's a littleextra time.
I said how about you share itduring one of our mealtimes?
(09:02):
So one of our mealtimes she gotup there and proudly told her
story.
She said this is how I metJaina.
This was me before I had gonethrough these medical issues.
I had all of these times in thehospital, I had had a stroke.
Then I met Jaina.
I met Jaina and said Jaina, Iam just crying every day, Please
(09:23):
help me.
I said, yes, I can help you.
So we've done our breakthroughsession, started a challenger
and some coaching sessions, andthen she went on over the next
two years to have such a massivetransformation that she won
podcast of the year twice in2024, as well as broadcast of
(09:44):
the year, the only person to wintwo awards at one event.
I'm so excited to continuouslysee her growing and growing and
growing.
As a YouTube manager has allsorts of different things.
Over 2 million views on herYouTube channel.
There's just so much happeningfor her on her YouTube channel.
(10:05):
There's just so much happeningfor her.
And to see her share visuallyher transformation from where
she was before she startedworking with me to where she is
two years later and where she'sgoing because she made sure to
include that part it was just sofulfilling.
It filled my cup to be able tosee someone who I saw so much
potential in her, as I did meether and she was crying every day
(10:26):
and I could tell that she wasjust going through the ringer.
And while life is stilldifficult in her world, she
faces it with a totallydifferent mindset now, because
what she used to tell herselfwas bad things are going to
happen to me.
Might as well get used to it.
And now she tells herself goodthings are going to happen to me
.
Might as well get used to it.
And now she tells herself goodthings are going to happen to me
(10:46):
.
I might as well get used to it.
Right, that's all that it tookwas a mindset shift.
And how she shows up.
She shows up differently.
She shows up fully, boldly.
She's wearing sparkles everyday and rhinestones all over,
like she wants to be seen.
She wants her voice to be heard, and so she demands to be seen
(11:09):
and demands to be heard, and shewalks this planet with so much
power and I loved seeing thatand then seeing her completely
open up to this group in a waythat I have yet to see, and it
was just remarkable.
We also had another attendeewho broke through 24 years of
writer's block.
(11:29):
She has had a children's bookon her mind for over two decades
and finally embodied theversion of her that is excited
and is ready to take action onwriting that children's book.
And that brings me so much joybecause I know the ripple effect
is there and that the nextgenerations are going to be
(11:49):
impacted by the things that wedid together, so that brings me
so much joy.
Another one of our guests.
In the release process we gothrough a series of emotions, go
through anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and shame, and by
going through each of theseemotions for the first time and
(12:14):
now I've done this with over 50different people well over 50
different people, and it was thefirst time I'd ever had someone
go back to the same exact eventwith all six emotions, and I
thought it was so powerful thelessons that she was able to
take from this event that hergrandmother experienced and
(12:36):
recognizing that this wasgenerational, that it was passed
on to her and it wasn't herfault, nor was it grandma's
fault.
And when we can allow ourselvesto recognize that shift, we can
change the future generations.
She went from saying that shewas starting to see herself
becoming her grandmother andthat that wasn't necessarily a
(12:59):
positive thing to proudlyknowing she's going to go back
and be a mother Her children aregoing to adore and get so much
more life out of.
We had another attendee whoreally made such a massive
internal shift Because she isnow ready to take that leap into
(13:21):
a bigger and a bolder life.
Because up until this point sheadmitted she'd been playing it
safe and that she wasn't alwaysrisking in the same way others
were.
But she was ready Because thefreedom on the other side of the
risk was worth it, and I knowthat the things that she
committed herself to and thethings I'm going to continue to
(13:42):
help support each of these womenwith this is all generational
their children, even theirunborn children, even their
friends' children.
Everybody is going to beimpacted because each of these
women are going to show up somuch differently in their lives
and in their interactions day today.
In their lives and in theirinteractions day to day.
(14:10):
Another one of my girls she wascloser than she could even
imagine to her goal.
She was literally one step awayand it's like she just wouldn't
see it.
She had blinders on and wefinally got her to see it and
all of us called it.
At the event.
We said this house that you'vehad on the market for many
months, that has not had anyinterest and nothing's been
happening and you've been sofrustrated with it, I'm calling
it.
It's going to go under contractright after you get back and
(14:33):
it's going to sell.
And guess what it did?
Just here we are, even just theweek after the event, and her
house is now under contract andready to sell.
And she was so close.
But what it was was she waswhite knuckling it.
It had to be this way, it hadto look like this, it had to be
at this price.
And when she finally justsurrendered and released and let
(14:56):
go and said universe, do yourthing, this or something better.
And it happened.
Sometimes we just we want ittoo much, and to want something
is to recognize that you don'thave it.
So we're focusing on the lackversus.
She spent an entire week withme, only focused on abundance,
(15:18):
only focused on gratitude, onlyfocused on the things she does
have.
That is the shift she neededenergetically to be able to sell
that house, in my humbleopinion.
And then the last story that Ihave to share was one of our
attendees had such a massiveshift about her perspective on
(15:39):
when and how to invest her timeand energy into her business
versus her family.
Because, yes, building ourbusinesses is building our
families, but when we give ourclients the smiles and the calm
and the peace and we go home andwe're short with our kids, we
snap at them, we yell at themand we just push a tablet in
(16:02):
their hands.
That's not balance.
So she had this awesome ahamoment and recognition that her
kids deserve that too and thatthere is room for building her
world so she can step away moreand more, so she can continue to
give her kids more and more.
(16:22):
So these stories, these stories, they're more than stories.
These are lives, these aretransformations.
These are women who showed up,played full out, said yes to
letting go and releasing, explored some new potentials and
rewrote their story, and Iadmire every single one of them
(16:47):
for doing it, and I'm so proudof each of them for showing up
the way they did, for leavingtheir laptops at home, for not
working for four to five days.
That's huge for a lot of them, and I heard over and over and
over how much that was exactlywhat they needed.
They said thank you.
Thank you, jaina, for pushingme to get my business set up and
(17:08):
get my life set up so that allmy responsibilities were taken
care of, so I could just be here, because they couldn't even
remember the last time they werefully present, and they
recognize the power in allowingthemselves to be fully present.
So, if this sounds good to you, this sounds like the type of
