Speaker 1 (00:01):
you know how they
always say you have to see it
before you believe it.
I don't actually think that'strue.
In my world, it has been moretrue to think that I have to
first believe it and then I willsee it.
That's been true over and overand over again.
(00:26):
I must first believe that I'mcapable of doing something
before I will actually take theaction.
To put me in a space where Ican see that oh yeah, well, I
can do that.
That only comes after thebelieving.
You don't see yourself dosomething and then go oh, I
believe I can do it now.
No, that's not how it works.
The belief comes first.
(00:50):
The other thing that's superimportant is recognizing that we
have to stay on the side ofabundance versus scarcity,
because abundance is simplyhaving what we need when we need
it.
And yes, I said what we need, not what we want, because, of
course, sometimes things wethink are needs are actually
(01:13):
wants.
Because I could sit back andconfidently say you are alive
right now listening to this.
I don't think that we in theunderworld have figured out how
to get downloads of podcastsdown there yet.
So you're alive, which meansthat it's worked out in some way
, shape or form, even though itwasn't necessarily the way you
(01:35):
had planned, it wasn'tnecessarily the way you would
have picked it to happen, but itworked out.
You had what you needed.
You are always going to havewhat you need when you need it.
It will work out, it will beokay, but you must believe that
before you will actually see theresult of that.
(01:57):
Otherwise, if your belief isthat you will never have enough
and you're not going to have thethings, then you're going to
miss those opportunities.
You won't notice them aroundyou because you're too focused
on the scarcity.
You're too focused on the lack, the distance between you, and
that thing you want To want isto indicate that you do not have
it.
(02:17):
It's to indicate there is adistance between you and the
version of you you have to be tohave that thing.
So when you say I want something, you are saying that I do not
have it right now.
That's not supportive.
Instead of saying I want.
I see myself with this thing, Isee myself experiencing this,
(02:37):
having this being this way I amworking towards, I'm becoming, I
am the person that will getthere.
I am not there yet.
These words will change the waythat the world works around us,
because you cannot be in bothlack and a state of abundance at
(02:58):
the same time.
It's one or the other.
It's simply allowing yourselfor learning.
How do we flip the switch?
How do we stop thinking aboutwhat we've lost, what we don't
have and what we haven't got yet?
And how do we switch that flipto what is directly around me?
What do I already have?
Maybe it's not my ideal dreamhome, but I still have a home
(03:21):
and a roof over my head.
Maybe it's not the ideal cameraor phone or car or whatever
that materialistic thing is, ormaybe it's not the relationship
status that you want right now.
Whatever that thing is, if wefocus more on the lack of having
it, then we're only going toget more of what we focus on, so
we're only going to get morelack.
(03:42):
That's why it's so important tofocus on the abundance, focus
on what we actually have, because when we focus on that,
we go to the side of love andgratitude versus the side of
fear and lack, because youcannot maintain both a state of
(04:06):
love and a state of fear at thesame time.
It is a dichotomy Like yin andyang.
They do not mix, but they areboth involved.
They're both necessary.
Lack is not a bad thing.
I lack depression.
That is a good thing.
(04:28):
I am excited about that.
That makes me happy.
There are good things aboutlack, but that's the only type
of lack I want to focus on,because that's going to bring me
more of exactly that More lackof depression.
That's totally cool.
A-okay with that.
(04:49):
Otherwise, I will focus on myabundance of joy, my abundance
of connections.
Right, I'm going to focus onwhat my body can do.
I'll get mad at it for what itdoesn't look like or what it
can't do.
I'm going to celebrate thesmall wins.
I'm going to be so focused onthe gratitude of what is right
(05:10):
in front of me, those smalllittle wins along the way,
because if I continue tosnowball that gratitude, I will
then build a life that I can beoverjoyed by, because I'm living
on the side of love versusliving on the side of fear and
lack.
And then, because I believe inlove and because I believe in
(05:34):
abundance, I will see more loveand more abundance than I can
even handle.
That's why I choose to believeit before I see it, because if I
have to see it before I canbelieve it, I'm going to get
stuck in that lack cycle, because all I'm looking for is
what I don't have yet.
(05:55):
So instead, I'm going to focuson all the things I do have, all
the things I can be gratefulfor, all the things that do
bring me joy in this moment, andI encourage you to do exactly
the same.
I encourage you to step intoabundance, because we all have
(06:16):
abundance.
Maybe it's not abundance in yourbank account.
Maybe you have an abundance oftime.
Maybe you have an abundance ofhair.
Maybe you have an abundance ofteeth in your mouth.
Maybe you have an abundance offriends.
Maybe you have an abundance ofmemories.
Maybe you have an abundance ofbooks.
We all have abundance in ourlives.
(06:38):
You're just not recognizing itbecause you are seeing abundance
as a very limited view, becauseyour label of abundance is more
focused on the financial, andwhen you think about financial
abundance, immediately you areassociated to thinking of the
lack of financial abundance thatyou have.
Because I guarantee that's theprogramming you're in right now.
(07:01):
Yep, because that's what mostpeople are stuck in.
Because most people expect tosee the bank account and then
believe that they're worthy ofit, versus believing that
they're worthy of it before theyactually see it in their bank
account worthy of it, beforethey actually see it in their
(07:22):
bank account, because you canperform a little bit less than
yesterday, you can make a littlebit less than yesterday, you
can look a little bit less greatthan yesterday, but none of
that impacts your actualself-worth.
You are worthy regardless ofwhat you look like.
You are worthy regardless ofhow you show up.
(07:43):
But you have to believe in thatworth and you have to actually
follow through with the thingsthat you say you're going to do.
So focus on abundance.
Let go of scarcity.
Show up for yourself.
(08:05):
Stay on the side of love.
You are worth that.
Choose love over fear.
Choose abundance over scarcity.
Choose belief in yourself.
(08:28):
You deserve to believe inyourself because nobody else is
going to do it for you, becausenobody else is going to do it
for you.
So you have to get delusional.
Believe in yourself so much andcontinue to show up each and
(08:52):
every day to work to earn thatbelief in yourself.
You are worthy.
You are worthy.
You are worthy.
You are loved.
You are great.
You are powerful.
(09:12):
You are enough.
You are everything you weremeant to be.
You are love.
You are enough.
