Ever walk into a room and think, this just feels like home? We explore why that sensation isn’t luck or taste—it’s your energy recognizing a match. Through the arc of starting a cleaning business, stepping into multimillion-dollar homes, and doing the inner work that followed, we unpack how unfamiliar spaces can become comfortable once your identity shifts, and why once-comfy spaces can start to itch when you outgrow them.

We break down how everything carries a frequency—rooms, cars, clothes, even conversations—and how your body reads those signals before your mind catches up. You’ll hear how discomfort often marks expansion, not failure, and how to use that signal to guide practical choices. We share a simple “car test” for noticing alignment, show why trying to upgrade your life from the outside rarely sticks, and map the inner steps that actually move the needle: updating beliefs, releasing roles that no longer fit, and uncovering the hidden payoffs that keep you anchored to the past.

Relationships evolve, too. Some friends and communities meet you at the new level; others belong to a completed chapter. Instead of clinging or blaming, we invite you to honor what was and clear space for what matches now. When you do, replacements arrive—new people, opportunities, wardrobes, and homes that feel like oxygen. The moment when your world seems to be falling apart often means it’s falling together around what you’ve been asking for.

If you’re ready to recognize mismatches, release anchors, and choose rooms that feel like your future, press play. Then share the one belief you’re letting go of this week. Subscribe, leave a review, and pass this along to someone on the edge of their next leap.

SPEAKER_00 (01:12):
So I was having a conversation the other day with
a girlfriend on frequency andfamiliarity.
And what do I mean by that?
Well, what I mean is that haveyou ever had a place or a person
or even a thing that you findyourself saying, I just feel
like home.

(01:33):
You walk in, you go, oh, thisfeels like home.
Or maybe you're hugging andcuddling on someone and you just
internally go, it just feelslike home.
What that is, is that's you inalignment.
That is a frequency match.
Right?
So think about this.
The reason I was on thisconversation with this

(01:54):
girlfriend was that I wastalking about how one point in
my life I lived in an apartmentby myself.
And it was a small, dinky littleapartment that I it just was not
the greatest, highest standardof living.
Let's just say that.
And I began a cleaning businessto get me out of the hole that I

(02:14):
was in.
And so what I did was I went tothe more wealthy parts of the
neighborhoods and the parts ofthe city where I could find some
medical offices and some otherjust high-end places to clean.
So I began walking in.
I ended up landing a few clientsand I ended up cleaning some
massive multi-million dollarhomes and really enjoyed the

(02:37):
process.
But I found that at the start Iwas very uncomfortable.
Very uncomfortable.
And I always felt morecomfortable once I went home
because I'm like, okay, backhome.
But in those nice homes, itwasn't that I was uncomfortable
for any reason other than itwasn't familiar to me.
I didn't grow up in houses likethat.

(02:58):
So that much space, that much uhstone on the floor, on the
countertops, the that much ofthe amenities.
I just, it wasn't super familiarto me.
And then over time, I was inmore and more beautiful homes,
beautiful office spaces.
And for about nine years, Icleaned many, many, many

(03:25):
stunning beautiful spaces.
And through those years, Icontinued to do inner personal
work.
I was continuing to up-level mynetwork.
I continued to grow personally, and my frequency started to
raise.
My internal consciousness energystarted to raise.
I started to become more awareof things.

(03:45):
I started to do more inner work.
And as my energy shifted, Istarted to feel more familiar in
these higher frequency spaces, these high-end homes, these
high-end offices.
Those started to feel morefamiliar and more like home to
me.
And I got to a point to wherenow I go to certain places where

(04:07):
I used to easily live in a spacelike that, no issue at all.
And now I'm like, I find myselfnot wanting to touch anything or
holding, uh, like not wanting togo to the restroom while I'm
there because I just don't wantto touch anything, because I
feel so uncomfortable, becauseit is no longer a match to my
frequency.
And it's not about the space.

(04:29):
It's not always that the spaceis dirty, it's not always the
space is unorganized or messy orwhat.
It is simply that I am no longeran energetic fit for that space.
I'm not a match to thatfrequency.
My body rejects it.
It's like, nah, that's okay.
It's good with me.
And so what we're doing is whenwe're doing interpersonal work,

(04:52):
we are actually raising ourfrequency.
And so over time, we find thatpeople get really uncomfortable
as they're shifting theiridentity, letting go of their
limiting beliefs, changing theirvalues, starting to speak
different, starting to walkdifferent, starting to go into
new rooms, make new friends, they are raising their
frequency.

(05:13):
And then the next thing youknow, they're starting to get
really, really uncomfortable.
Uncomfortable at home and theycan't figure out why.
Uncomfortable in their car andthey can't figure out why,
uncomfortable in their clothes, and they can't figure out why.
And part of it is that all ofthose objects carry energy and
frequency.
They all have their ownfrequency match, and we are no

(05:35):
longer in a match with the oldwardrobe in the old car, in the
old home.
We are now attracting newopportunities and new
frequencies to us.
Because every single object inthis world has frequency.
It all is built up of littleatoms that create the matter of
the object, and it's allbouncing and vibrating at a

(05:57):
certain frequency.
And when you're matched thatfrequency, it feels good.
When you're not, it doesn't.
It's kind of like when you gocar shopping.
Imagine going car shopping inthis hypothetical situation
where money is not really aproblem.
It's more just getting the caryou want, right?
Because I know a lot of peoplego car shopping and the the
finances is the number onepoint.
So they don't necessarily getthe car they really want.

(06:19):
They just get the car that makesmore logical sense.
So in this scenario, no moneyinvolved.
Well, no budget involved.
So here you are.
You're getting into a car andyou're test driving that car,
and then you're getting to thenext one, test drive that car
and getting to the next one, asking all these questions.
You're having such a great time.
And then you sit in that one carand go, oh yeah.

(06:40):
Oh, this is it.
Oh, it just rides perfect.
It's got all the right things, just feels good in this seat.
That's when you know you've metyour frequency match.
That's a match to the currentidentity, to the current level
of value you believe you bring,to the current level of
self-worth that you arecarrying.
That is what that is.

(07:01):
And so we find that that new carnow feels like home.
And the old car feels likeexactly that, an old car.
But at one point, that old carwas a frequency match.
At one point, the old apartmentwas a frequency match.
But now you're in a home thatwhen you were an apartment, you
probably would have been like,oh, this is too much home.
Not good for me.
I can't do this.
But now you're like, oh, thishome is so perfect.

(07:23):
It's exactly what I need.
Because when your frequencychanges, the people, places, and
things that you attract intoyour world and that feel good to
you in your world are going tochange as well.
Which is why we have to bereally mindful.
Mindful about how our energy canchange over time.

(07:45):
So our relationships mightchange.
Either the dynamic or them beingin our life at all.
And that's okay, because peoplewere put here for chapters of
our lives.
They were here to help us learnspecific lessons.
And if you are listening to thispodcast, I assume you're like
me, and you're someone who is ona journey of consistent,

(08:06):
ever-growing growth.
You have no plan to stopevolving.
And if that's you, you have torecognize you are going to lose
people along the way.
Because not everybody is on thatpath.
And maybe you get some goodones.
Maybe you have some awesomefriends or a partner who is on
that path.
Great.
But don't ever forget that youmight also lose some places.

(08:34):
You might lose othercommunities.
You might lose a lot of thingsalong the way.
But if you truly want to get tothat next level, if you really
want to get past the thingsyou've been struggling with,
you'll be okay with that.
Because this new frequency isgoing to attract new people, new

(08:55):
opportunities, new wardrobes, new cars, new homes.
And our job is to continue touplevel that frequency.
And the higher frequency wehave, the better those things
are.
Better the opportunities, betterthe homes, better the cars.
And so what I'm getting at isthat familiarity and frequency,

(09:17):
these coexist.
And if you want to uplevel yourworld, your home, your car, your
relationships, youropportunities, and your career,
it's not an outward adventure.
It's an inward adventure.
It's about raising your internalfrequency, and then the outside

(09:38):
will match it.
Where people make a mistake iswhere they're constantly trying
to go outside of themselves toraise these frequencies.
They're looking at other people, other places, other things to
then change so that they canbring that in.
Instead, go inward.
Look at what am I holding on tothat is like an anchor?

(09:58):
What am I holding on to that'skeeping me down at this
frequency?
Is it a belief?
Is it a person in my life?
Is it a behavior that I havethat's stemming from an identity
I can't let go of yet?
And if I'm struggling to let goof an identity, a belief system,
or some values that no longerfit, what is the secondary gain?
Why am I not letting this go?

(10:19):
What am I benefiting from this?
Because once you figure thatpart out and you're willing to
let that go and open yourself upto the opportunity of what can
be on the other side, that'swhen life changes.
That's when your frequencyevolves so fast, they call it
quantum leaping.

(10:39):
Because your frequency just goesup.
But you have to know thatfrequencies rising that fast and
quantum leaps require you to letgo of people, places, and
things.
But you will get replacements, new people, new places, and new
things that are in alignmentwith this new path that you're
on, this new level, this newevolution.

(11:02):
So it's up to you.
I just want you to be aware sothat you don't end up down the
line crying because you'relosing all of these things.
Only to then realize a couplemonths later that your world was
falling apart because you werelooking at it as falling apart,
versus seeing what I see, whichis your world is simply falling

(11:24):
together based on the desiresthat you've spoken into this
world.
So hold on tight because it'sworth it.
I promise you.
