Speaker 1 (00:01):
I want to go ahead and start this episode with a
moment of silence for those whohave lost their lives in the
recent LA fires.
Today, this episode is for you.

(00:23):
Today, this episode is for you.
Even if you were blessed enoughto walk away with your life,
your family and your pets, thatdoes not discount the enormity
of the loss of everything elsein your life your belongings,
your investments, your legacy, your, your memories, the safe

(00:47):
spaces that you've created foryourself, your creative projects
you never got to finish andthose last few tokens that
represent those who have alreadypassed before us.
The loss is indescribable and Itruly have no way of

(01:08):
comprehending, as this has neverhappened to me and I have not
had to experience this before.
And yet my heart is with you.
Wherever you may be, my heartis with you.
I also know that you are strong, you are resilient and you are

(01:32):
resourceful.
I know that you and yourcommunity will bounce back.
You will come back more unifiedand more unwavering.
I know that you will get backto solid ground eventually, and
yet there is a struggle beingexperienced now.

(01:54):
I wish I had more to offer.
I wish I had something likehousing or food, but I don't.
What I do have is the next bestthing.
I have a safe space where youcan go on your device from

(02:15):
anywhere that you are and youcan connect and cultivate inner
peace.
I launched an app in June of2024 on the App Store called
Healthy Emotional Regulation.
This is an app that I createdfor women like you who are

(02:35):
struggling with overwhelmingemotions.
More specifically, I createdthis app for some of my closest
friends.
I watched them navigatedifficult situations and have to
go through such hard timeswhile I was in another state, so

(03:00):
I developed an app so that Icould always be in their pocket.
I could always be there anytimethat they needed my support.
So in the app, when youexperience the movement session,
you can thank Brittany.
In the meditations, guided andfreestyle.
You can thank Taylor For all ofthe mindfulness and

(03:23):
knowledge-based portions of theapp.
You can thank Nicole and Brandy.
In the journal entries, you canthank Cabrinha, the
affirmations, esther and themore, the self-celebration of
the app Simona.
The app Simona.

(03:50):
Each of these friends of mine,in some way, shape or another,
usually ask for these things.
These are the places they askfor help.
So these are the things that Icreated Movement sessions so
that they can stretch with meand flow with me and move with
me whenever they need Guidedmeditations, so that when
they're having those panicattacks, they can put me in
their ear and calm themselvesdown.

(04:12):
Sources to continue to learneach and every day and stay
curious Journal entries, questions that help you ponder,
dig deeper and really findclarity in where you're headed.
Affirmations, statements thatwill help you step into that

(04:32):
version of yourself that you arebuilding, and the more section
our self-celebration, theability to find the small wins
each and every day.
These are all aspects of theapp healthy emotional regulation
, and each aspect was built fora specific friend in mind.

(04:53):
So here's the best news is, asof now, is free to use.
Up until this point, it wouldcost $9 a month to unlock all of
the content within the app, butdue to the recent events and I
simply want this app in morehands I decided to go ahead and

(05:14):
reduce that so that all of thecontent on the app is free and
the $9 a month is only if you'dlike to join our live streams,
so everybody else can access thecontent free.
Anybody who creates an accountcan get all of the meditations,
can access the tracker, canaccess the community tabs.
All of this Because I reallywant you to be able to get

(05:39):
something from this.
I want you to be able to use itto cultivate that inner peace.
So, instead of putting apaywall, instead of requiring
you to have an investment, I'msimply giving it to you to
always have in your pocket, yourpocket partner.
You might say that you can pullout anytime to help you get

(06:03):
back to a centered and alignedspace, to get back to stable and
grounded energies.
So this completely free app issomething that I urge you to
take advantage of.
I urge you to use it tocontinue to maintain your mental

(06:23):
and emotional health over thenext 12 months as you continue
to rebuild your life brick bybrick.
I know that this app willbenefit you, so let me tell you
a little bit more about it andhow it might be useful.
Some different things you mightfind would benefit you.
The first is the guidedmeditations, and maybe you're

(06:47):
not a meditation person, buteven then I have something for
you, because there are guidedbreathwork sessions where you
simply breathe along with me.
So if you're having a hard timefinding yourself spiraling,
these are easy four and fiveminute recordings.
You just pop in headphones andbreathe along with me.

(07:07):
There are also journal entriesthat will help you find mental
clarity, asking you questionsyou might not have considered,
allowing you new ways to expressyourself on paper in a safety
of your own journal.
There are also trackers thatare built in to help you build a
routine back into your life, asright now things might feel all

(07:31):
over the place, findingyourself in the ability to just
do these five basic things eachday move your body, meditate,
mindfulness, which is justlearning something new, and I
guarantee you are learning a lotof new things right now.
Just acknowledge thoselearnings and manifestation,

(07:51):
which is your ability to speakyour future into your life, so
remaining focused on what is tocome in their future and not
getting so caught up in justwhat is today, as will find more
routine, you will find yourselfhaving a little bit more

(08:24):
stability, even if it's theslightest bit.
So the other thing that the appcan bring to you is the benefit
of movement, because one ofthose five segments is movement,
and while I know everything ishard right now, I know that it's
hard to think, it's hard toplan, it's hard to keep track of

(08:47):
everything, it's hard tounderstand where are you even
going to sleep to move your body?
No matter what yourcircumstances look like right

(09:08):
now, I hope that you choose tomove your body, because movement
is directly connected to ourlife force.
Movement is something that isgoing to give you that rush of
chemicals that's going to helpyou feel better and lift you up.
Movement is the quickest way tofeel more alive.

(09:30):
So if you find yourselfslipping into the darkness, if
you find yourself falling downthe rabbit holes and getting
overwhelmed by the amount ofemotions that are coming up
right now, I encourage you tojust get up and go for a walk.
Moving your body will helpyourself move through those
emotions.

(09:51):
When you have so many emotionshappening right now, the easiest
thing to do is to simply get upand walk.
Go.
Maybe listen to an audiobook, maybe you listen to a podcast.
While you do so, just simplymove.
And maybe going out for a walkis not an option right now.
Maybe it's not the rightweather, you're not in a safe

(10:13):
space.
In that case, simply stretch.
There are stretching videosthat are very calm and have slow
music.
You can choose your own andjust follow along.
Just stretch, just move yourbody.
These things will help you feelbetter, and in the app there
are a number of different lightstretch videos under the content

(10:36):
tab.
Just go to the content tab andlook under the movement folder.
You will find all sorts.
I encourage you to do thisbecause when I feel down, the
easiest way for me to boost mymood is through a playlist with
upbeat music or something that'scalm, that I can just move my
body to, because it's hard tonot just smile and dance and

(11:02):
feel yourself losing yourself tothe music.
I find that for me there arecertain playlists that the
moment it's on, it seems likethe rest of the world just fades
away, that I get lost in themovement of the vibrations of
that music.
So I encourage you to doexactly that Get up, dance, move

(11:26):
your body, stretch, walk, whatever that looks like for you
.
Just get moving.
And some of my favoriteplaylists can be found in the
app in the movement section also, so just take a peek there if
you're not quite sure what'sgoing to inspire you to get
moving today.
The next thing on the app that'sreally going to be beneficial

(11:48):
to you is the chat room.
The chat room is a safe spacethat I have cultivated for you
and other women who, wheneveryou're dealing with challenge,
you have somewhere that you cango, because it's so nice to have
someone that you can just talkit out with, who will simply
listen, someone who will simplyhold space for the mix of

(12:11):
emotions that you are feelingright now In fact, not just one
person, but a group of peoplewho will just let it all come up
and let it all come out, without taking it personally or
judging you in the process.
That's what you will find inthe Her app chat room,

(12:34):
specifically the safe room.
So here's how the private chatroom works.
Once you're into the app, it'ssegmented into different chat
rooms and then each chat roomhas different channels based on
topic.
So when you go to the communitychat room, which everybody has
access to, you'll find a numberof different channels.

(12:55):
The first one is to introduceyourself to say, hey, what are
your goals?
Why are you here?
How'd you find us?
All of these things that peoplecan just get to know who you
are.
Then there's one for a musicswap.
Maybe you find a new song oryou've got one that you've loved
for years and years that youjust want to share to help lift
someone else's mood.
That's where you would sharethose.

(13:17):
We also have our sharing success, and sharing success is where
you do exactly that.
Whatever it is that you've done, that you have successfully
done, just share it.
Share your wins, celebrate eachother.
That's what that is for dark, really heavy, really challenging
days, those days where you justneed somewhere safe.
You can go and talk it out, that you know someone's not

(13:51):
going to try and force feedbackor different advice on you.
Someone is just going to listenand sit in the mud with you.
That's what the safe room is.
We also do have a channel fortips and tricks.
If you or someone else in thecommunity comes across something
that's even a little bithelpful, it could be great to
just share it in that channeland spread the love to everyone
else along the community.

(14:14):
The final one is our workout PRvideos.
I know I personally get soexcited when I hit a new
personal record and I just wantto share it.
Yet social media isn't alwaysthe place to do that.
So in this case, I built anentire channel just for us to be
able to motivate each otherwith our workout PRs and our

(14:34):
workout videos, so that you canstay accountable to the goals
that you have set for yourself.
So here's how it's set up.
Is that, once you got onto theapp, you are only actually able
to use the chat functions Onceyou add a photo and a name.
That's so that everybody'sprotected.

(14:56):
You can't use just an anonymousaccount.
So what we do is that, on topof that, we also have channel
moderators people who are thereto monitor each of the comments
to ensure the integrity of thecommunity is maintained.
So we are here with a focus tocreate a safe and supportive
environment for everyoneinvolved.

(15:17):
So join, but please maintainthat focus.
So the first thing that you'regoing to want to do is you're
going to want to go download theapp.
You can easily get to it atherapponline.
That's her H-E-R app A-P-P dotonline.

(15:40):
Go ahead, download the app onthe app store, then create an
account.
Once you've created youraccount, go ahead and change
your password, update it tosomething that is going to be
easy for you to remember.
After that, you want to goahead and add a photo and your
name, and you don't have to addyour entire name.

(16:00):
First name and last initial isperfectly fine, if you want to
leave it that way.
Then you go to the communitychat room and introduce yourself
.
Tell us who you are, what yourgoals are, how you found us and
why you're so excited about thecommunity.

(16:21):
The next thing to do is to testout your tracker by adding
something to it Maybe a movementthing that you've done today.
Maybe you did a meditation thatmorning.
Just try out the tracker so youunderstand how it works.
That way, if you have anyquestions, you can ask and we
can give you the help that youneed.
Then the final thing that wewant you to do is to submit a
journal entry so that you cansee how it works and then listen
to your first guided audio.
This way, we know that you'vegone through the entire app and

(16:44):
you know how things work.
But if you ever have anyquestions, feel free, just go to
the chat and ask.
We're there to help so you, additionally, can request
something specific.
So if you want a certain typeof guided meditation, maybe a
type of affirmations or movementsession, just simply go and

(17:06):
fill out the vote now surveythat will allow you to vote on
things that you'd like added tothe app.
We can get right on that.
And also, if you're looking forsupport in this process of
going through this loss andgrieving, letting go of what you
thought your future was goingto be, as you now realize that

(17:28):
you're going to be rebuilding toa new future.
We are hosting a women's retreatthis year 2025, in Florida in
May.
This is completely focused onmoving through the emotions of
sadness, grief and loss.
The theme of this event ispeace and calm.

(17:50):
It is very much the waterenergy at this event very
emotional, and so I really dowant to extend this offer that,
if this sounds like somethingthat you would like to come out
in person for a four to five dayretreat and really process this
so you can get back on yourfeet and save time, getting
right back to who you were andmoving forward in life, that we

(18:14):
are here for you, because that'sexactly what I created these
retreats for, and I did not knowlast year that there was going
to be a need like this, and yetI knew I was called to create a
retreat like this.
So if this feels like somethingthat you're being called to or
that you need at this time, please reach out, message me on

(18:35):
the app, message me on socialmedia.
I will send you a link so thatyou can apply and we can jump on
a call.
That way, we can see which oneof these retreats is the right
one for you, because it might bethat, instead of sadness, you
need to process anger and rage.
Maybe that's what you needbefore you can actually tap into
that sadness and grief.

(18:56):
In that case, I would recommendthat you attend the cabin trip
at the end of the year inGeorgia in September, because at
that retreat, we're going to bemore focused on processing
suppressed anger, rage andallowing you to feel more
grounded and connected in yourbody.
But either way, if you want thesupport, apply and let's get

(19:19):
you on a call, because I am hereto support you through this,
however that I can in thisunprecedented time.
So share this episode withfamily members or friends,
anyone else that you think needsthis message or could benefit
from the app or the retreats.
I truly want you to know thatmy heart is with you.

(19:41):
Your friend Jaina from Florida.
Love you all.
