Beneath the sprawling branches of an ancient oak tree, something sacred is happening. Women are gathering, exhaling, and remembering what it feels like to be fully present in their bodies again.

The Her One Day Immersion isn't another wellness workshop cluttering your calendar—it's a soul calibration. Just 10-15 women meet on Sunday mornings in Central Florida, creating an intimate container where everyone can be seen and held. You'll arrive to find cold rags for your neck, hand fans for comfort, and a welcoming drink—small gestures acknowledging that your nervous system deserves a gentle landing.

Over three transformative hours, we move through a carefully curated journey: grounding meditation to settle your system, journal prompts that help you rediscover your voice, frequency healing that releases what words cannot express, and embodied movement that invites playfulness back into your body. "You don't need another breathwork breakthrough," as we say. "You need to laugh with your whole body once again."

What makes this gathering different is what it's not—there's no pressure to share, no expectation to perform, and no agenda to fix you. This isn't about productivity or networking. It's about reconnecting to the parts of yourself that have been neglected amid the hustle: your softness, your depth, your authentic voice.

If you've been feeling overstimulated, overbooked, and underheld, if you crave depth not drama, connection not codependence—let this be your invitation. Join us under the oak tree, just 30 minutes north of Orlando, as we remember together that we were never meant to do this alone. Check the details below to secure your spot at our next gathering—these sacred circles fill quickly as women remember how good it feels to truly exhale.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Today I want to take you somewhere, not in theory,
not in metaphor, but in yourbody.
I want to bring you into amoment that's real, a space that
already exists, a gatheringthat's waiting for you.
Imagine this it's a Sundaymorning.

(00:25):
You drive past the buzz of acity streets and something
starts to quiet inside you.
You pull into a long, windingdriveway, tucked deep in central
florida.
You turn off your phone, maybefor the first time in a long
while, and you step out into thestillness.

(00:47):
There's green everywhere, awide, open sky.
There you're greeted by a smileand a familiar, familiar face.
You are walked with the groupback to the far side of the land
and there, towering over youlike an ancient witness, is a

(01:14):
massive oak tree.
Its branches reach, andunderneath it we gather.
This is the Her One DayImmersion.
A three hour sacred pause, just10 to 15 women, just enough to

(01:41):
feel held, just enough to feelseen.
We meet at 10am and we startslowly, because nervous systems
deserve a gentle landing Ice,cold rags for your neck, hand
fans in your palm and awelcoming drink in your hand and

(02:12):
zero pressure to be on, justpresence.
We begin with a ritual underthe oak tree, feet bare on the
ground heart open, eyes soft.
You'll begin to feel the landholding you, you'll feel your
breath again and, for the firsttime in a long time, you'll

(02:40):
begin to feel like you.
From there, the day unfolds inwaves as we move through a
guided meditation to settle yournervous system and bring you
into the moment.
Then we'll dive into somejournal prompts to crack open

(03:05):
the places you've been avoidingand rediscover your voice,
introducing frequency, healingand sound that vibrates through
your body, releasing what wordscannot, finishing up with
embodied dance and playfulmovement, because you don't need

(03:27):
another breathwork breakthrough.
You need to laugh with yourwhole body once again, and
throughout it all you are held, witnessed and loved.
There is no pressure to share,no pressure to be fixed and no

(03:51):
pressure to perform.
This isn't a branding event,it's not a productivity reset.
It's a soul calibration.
We close in sacred circle, notto wrap things up with a bow,
but to honor the fact that yourlife is still unfolding and this

(04:15):
moment gets to be a part ofthat unfolding.
You leave the land a littlelighter, a little clearer and a
little bit more alive and, mostof all, you leave reconnected to

(04:37):
your body, to your softness, toyour voice to the land and to
the other women and to the partsof you that don't want to
hustle anymore.
So if you've been feeling likeyou're running on fumes, so if

(05:02):
you've been feeling like you'rerunning on fumes, if you've been
feeling overstimulated,overbooked and underheld, if
you've been craving depth notdrama, connection, not
codependence, let this be yourinvitation Come back to life

(05:24):
with me, under the oak tree, andconnect about the next Her
Immersion, coming up in theCentral Florida area, just 30
minutes north of Orlando.
We begin at 10am and closecircle by 1pm.
It's slow, it's soft and it'ssacred.

(05:48):
It's deeply intentional andit's the kind of gathering you
won't even realize how much youneeded it until you're in it.
I imagine these spaces aregoing to fill up fast, because
the women remember just how goodit feels to be in person again,

(06:11):
to cry together, to laugh outloud and to fully exhale.
All the details will be in ourshow notes.
If there is a cost, it will besimple, but the exchange is
sacred dress code, comfortable, flowy and 100.

(06:34):
You, as for me, I'll be waitingfor you under the branches of
the oak tree.
Let the land do its work, letyour body exhale and let this
sisterhood.
Remind you you were never meantto do this alone.
