Let's talk about how
emotional mastery leads to
business mastery.
So first let's define in thiscase what mastery equals.
So what mastery means to us inthis case is just simply being
able to move through thelearnings and the lessons faster
.
Because in business we can'tnecessarily control when the

fires show up or when theurgency arrives, but what we can
do is we can make decisionsfaster, we can commit to those
decisions and we can movethrough learning our lessons
faster.
So that is what emotional andbusiness mastery is is, when
emotions arise, being able tofind the lesson and move through
faster.
Same thing in business is findthe lesson and move through

faster, because really trulymake it or break it moments.
They require emotional mastery.
They require the ability tostay calm and control your
emotions.
And again, emotional masteryisn't necessarily the lack of
emotion.
It's simply the mastery overthem, the control to utilize

them and leverage them when theybenefit you and your mission
and vision.
So here are three things thatyou will notice in business as a
result of mastering youremotions.
The first one is the more thatyou begin to accept and release
those fear-based beliefs thatyou have, the more you will

start to experience joy andabundance in your business
because you attract more of whatyou focus on.
So simply shift your focus,because we have a choice.
All of our beliefs are stemmedout of one of two places either
fear or love.
And if your belief system isnot supporting you, if you're
finding through your language orthrough your behaviors, you're

not doing something, you want todo something.
Maybe it's on your calendar andyou just keep pushing it off.
Maybe it's a call you nevermake, maybe it's an email you
never write, maybe it's an offeryou never launch.
So there is something thatthere is a fear-based belief
system that is keeping you fromdoing those things, keeping you
from having behaviors thatsupport your goals easily and

effortlessly.
And so, as you continue toshift those beliefs from fear to
love re-identifying with them,re-associate to them and find
the evidence that those areactually true that will shift
your perspective and will trulybegin to have more emotional
mastery, which will lead you tohaving more business mastery.

So the next thing is that withless fear will come more action,
and with more action comes morecompetence and confidence.
You know, I hear from so manypeople the number one thing
people want in business isconfidence.
I want to be confident withwhat I'm selling, confident with
what I'm teaching, confidentwith people I'm talking to.
And the only thing that I cantell somebody if they want more

confidence is to just get outthere and do more, more
repetitions, really taking moretime to study yourself, more
time to journal, more time totalk to people that are your
target market.
Why?
Because if you just keep firingshots, you will know that you
are taking more and more andmore chances, and the more

chances that you take, the moreyou can learn along the way,
which then makes it easy to thentalk about or do the thing,
because you won't have as muchfear.
Fear comes from inaction.
So take action.
Once you shift those beliefs toa love-based belief, then you
will be inspired.
Take inspired action.

So shift those beliefs.
Have less fear.
With less fear will come moreaction.
More action gets morecompetence, more competence gets
more competence, morecompetence gets more competence,
and that will, in turn, beginto attract more and more things
towards you that you desire.
It will attract.
That frequency that you'reputting out will come right back

to you.
The third thing that you willnotice as you begin to shift
your emotions and master themand become a master over your
business as well, is that youwill notice that with confidence
comes more self-trust, and withself-trust comes more bold
moves in business that areaccompanied by inner peace and a
sense of unshakable calm.

And this is because we knowourselves, this is because we
have that confidence and clarity, and that confidence and
clarity come from doing the reps, and doing the reps and showing
up comes from shifting thosecore beliefs.
You need to be able, as abusiness owner, to stay calm in
those high pressure situations.

Those are the moments when youhave to be able to think
critically without allowing youremotions to cloud your judgment
.
Those are the moments that weneed that harmony the emotions
to activate us and the logic toguide us to make the wise
decisions.
And if we have too much emotion, our logic is clouded, and if
we have too much logic and notenough emotion, we're not

activated.
So you need both.
That's where emotional masterycomes in, because, again, it's
not a lack of emotion.
It's simply finding thatcontrol over being able to
leverage them when you need themright.
Anger is not always a bademotion If we can leverage anger

Sometimes we start a newproject out of anger because we

don't have a solution out therethat makes sense yet.
So we create the solution.
There are great businessescreated on the back of anger and
frustration.
They're not bad emotions.
No emotion is the only bademotion is the one we hold on to
and don't fully process.
So allow yourself to continue toprocess and show up for all of
these emotions, and that willtruly get you to where you want

to go.
And this will all help you savetime.
It will help you tocontinuously keep moving forward
in your life and your business.
That you don't shut down understress, because freezing under
stress is one of the most commonthings that happens.
The other thing is fighting,and when we fight, when we're

under stress in a business, wemake bad calls, we lose
teammates that we now have totrain someone else for the
position, we burn bridges.
In our industry, we do allsorts of things.
So, instead of those, shiftfrom fear to love, take action,
become consistent, put in thereps, become confident, and then
, with that confidence, youtruly will find that you will be

able to show up, no matter thecircumstances, with inner peace
and unshakable calm.
So continue to work on these,because emotional mastery does
lead to business mastery.
If you look at all of theleaders that you admire most.
I guarantee you will find athrough line.
You will find people who staycalm, people who keep their cool

, because this is a result ofemotional mastery.
So determine at least onefear-based belief today that is
holding you back from being ableto shift into a love-based
belief system.
Find that fear-based belief.
Determine what the opposite ofthat is, how it shows up as a

love-based belief.
What can we do to support ourgoals?
And then find evidence tosupport that new belief and take
action today.
Right now, as we're wrapping upthis episode, I want you to go
ahead and start to do this.
Set an alarm, set a timer forthe next five minutes and just
sit down.

Find that one fear-based beliefsystem.
If you shift it to a love-basedbelief system, you will start
to behave today as the versionof you that you actually desire
to be.
