Do you ever feel like something is "missing" in your life? You're not quite sure what it is, but deep down inside you can sense it?
That's how I felt for a long time. I didn't feel "whole." For the most part I was happy, blessed, and I felt really good that I was getting back into my exercise routine and eating balanced meals, yet I felt disconnected. I didn't know it at the time, but I was disconnected from myself, my purpose, my soul, my ancestors, from Spirit, and so much more. It was as if I was a robot moving each day in autopilot.
My spiritual health had gotten pushed aside once my main focus became fitness & food and it wasn't something I really gave much thought about until late 2023.
In this podcast episode I'm challenging you to rediscover and redefine what spirituality in motherhood means to you and how you can integrate into your daily life. Maybe it's what's "missing" in your life.
