In today's episode we go into all of the stresses that are imposed on 20 year olds. Some we may impose on ourselves other's by society. There are so many things that are expected to be accomplished in your 20s, from college to starting a family it can feel like too much to accomplish in a small time frame. We are here to remind you to take a step back and realize that you can get through it and there is no need for stress as there is not in fact a time frame as to when you need to accomplish them.
