Long hours, high-stress situations, and a constant need to perform at your best can all take a toll on your physical and mental health. Especially when you aren’t otherwise taking care of yourself. Burnout can lead to exhaustion, cynicism, and decreased productivity, making it essential to take steps to prevent it.
Not only do we go over tips to prevent burnout but we will also address tips to recover from burnout as well.
