8. THE RETURN

After the mountaintop comes the homecoming. And this, too, is sacred.

When the insight fades and the world remains unchanged, how do you carry your transformation into everyday life? How do you stay true to what you’ve become?

With honesty and warmth, Mike names the ache of returning changed, and the courage it takes to live your truth when the systems around you haven't shifted. 

He offers prompts, simple rituals, and grounded reflections to help you begin the slow, essential work of integration.

EXERCISE/PRACTICE

Each morning, before the world rushes in, place your hand on your chest. Close your eyes. Take five slow breaths. Then ask yourself: 

What truth wants to be lived through me today? 

Listen without forcing. Let the answer be small. Then honour it in one tangible way.
