We're joined by our guests Dr. Mary Rensel, who is a Neuroimmunologist and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, and Ali Hively who is a life coach.

Together, they'll share their framework for optimizing our brain for resiliency called CLE, which stands for Connection, Lifestyle and Emotional Processing.

We'll dive deep into practical actions we can take using their framework to overcome things that are holding us back, like stress, anxiety and fear.
