James Comey and Letitia James get pulled straight back into the national spotlight as the courts make a ruling on the indictments brought against them, raising serious questions about how their cases were launched and who was put in the driver’s seat.

The choices behind those decisions say a lot about the motives powering the legal chaos.

That chaos circles right back to Donald Trump, because the people he elevates and the authority he hands out shape the entire landscape.

The pressure, the targeting, and the strategy behind those moves reveal a pattern that affects everyone caught in his orbit.

Senator Mark Kelly becomes the next flashpoint. A decorated Navy captain and sitting senator is suddenly attacked by the Pentagon in a way that puts him directly in danger, all because of comments he made to service members.

The force of the backlash makes it clear who feels threatened and why.

Kelly’s situation exposes the deeper fight happening inside the system. Loyalty tests, political fear, and the expectation of silence collide with someone who refuses to play along, turning his name into a symbol of the tension that’s building.

On the world stage, Trump’s Ukraine proposal drops with the impact of a live wire. The moment its outline reaches President Zelenskyy, it raises serious questions about what it demands from Ukraine and how directly it empowers Vladimir Putin.

European leaders jump in fast because they see the stakes immediately. Their reaction is sharp and direct, showing how seriously they take the possibility that this proposal could rewrite the balance of power in a way that benefits Putin.

Members of Congress start weighing the implications at home. The plan forces a collision between national security, foreign policy, and the future of America’s role in supporting Ukraine while dealing with Russia’s aggression.

All of these tensions trace back to the same source. Trump’s decisions send shockwaves through the courts, the military, and international diplomacy, pulling Comey, Letitia James, Mark Kelly, Zelenskyy, and Putin into a moment that feels increasingly unstable.

A separate fight unfolds inside the White House as Donald Trump’s long-promised new health care plan stalls once again.

The delay turns what was supposed to be a major policy push into another display of confusion and incompetence, underscoring how unprepared Donald Trump is every time he tries to handle one of the most basic responsibilities of governing.

It is one more reminder that the chaos and incompetence from Donald Trump is not an accident. Chaos and incompetence are the only things Donald Trump consistently delivers.

SPEAKER_01 (00:00):
This is O'Web.

(00:04):
This is a World Ball Mad.

SPEAKER_00 (00:08):
This is a World Gone Mad.
I'm Jeff Allen Wolf, anotherMonday Fallout, where the
weekend's lies meet Monday'sreality.
From DC to across the globe, thefallout is everywhere.
And I'm not here to sugarcoat adamn thing.
Okay, here we go.

(00:29):
I'm opening with the kind oflegal insanity that reminds me
why this country has turned intoa circus without the popcorn.
A federal judge just made aruling on two cases, and that
judge has wiped out theindictments against Letizia
James and James Comey.

(00:52):
Not because of evidence, notbecause of facts, not because
anyone suddenly found Jesus onthe courthouse steps.
No, these charges collapsedbecause the prosecutor,
Halligan, who brought them, wasn't even legally appointed.
That's right.
The whole thing was signed bysomeone, the indictments against

(01:15):
these two, who legally wasn't aprosecutor.
Here's the part that sounds likeit came out of a rejected
Saturday Night Live sketch.
Lindsay Halligan didn't justmagically appear.
She didn't fall out of the skyand land in the courtroom
holding a briefcase.
She was hand-delivered by DonaldTrump's Justice Department.

(01:38):
Gift wrapped, bow on top, Trumppushed her into a United States
attorney role, even though shehad never been a prosecutor and
didn't meet the requirements.
She was an insurance attorney.
And the legal appointment windowhad already expired.
She had no authority, none.

(02:00):
She was basically a legalhologram.
But Trump's people kept her inthe chair anyway because he
wanted someone who would goafter his enemies.
And Halligan went straight forthe two people Trump hates most.
James Comey, Leticia James.
She filed the charges, Halligansigned indictments, she

(02:23):
pretended she had authority, andthen a federal judge said this
whole thing is illegal.
This whole thing is invalid.
This whole thing is an abuse ofexecutive power, Donald Trump.
Let me tell you what that means.
She had as much legal authorityas a mall cop with a flashlight

(02:46):
trying to arrest the Easterbuddy.
Zero.
And once the judge ruled herappointment unlawful, everything
she touched evaporated.
The indictments disappearedfaster than Rulie Giuliani's
hair dye on a hot day.
Comey had been charged withmaking false statements to

(03:07):
Congress.
Letitia James had been chargedwith bank-related offenses.
And none of it mattered becausethe person who brought the
charges didn't have the legalright to bring anything.
The judge said her actions wereinvalid from the second she
stepped into the office.
That's caught courtroom talk forthis whole thing was political

(03:29):
theater pretending to be aprosecution.
Letitia James said it waspolitical retaliation, Comey
said it was punishment, and nowa federal judge basically said
they were right.
The court didn't even get toguilt or innocence because the
foundation of the case wasillegal before anyone walked

(03:49):
into the building.
Can the government refile thesecharges?
Sure.
In the same way you can put yourhand back in a hot stove, even
if after it burns you.
You could do it, but you're anidiot if you try.
And here's my bottom line, listener: the rule of law only
works when people in chargefollow the law themselves.

(04:13):
Donald Trump tried to twist thejustice system by installing
someone who wasn't legallyallowed to hold the position.
A federal judge stopped that.
And this is why checks andbalances matter.
Because without them, you don'thave a justice.
You don't have a system.
You have a former reality showhost stuffing the courts with

(04:36):
people who aren't legallyqualified to prosecute a parking
ticket.
This is why the country feelslike it's spinning.
This is why the phrase a worldgone mad isn't a title, it's a
diagnosis.
What the hell is happening tothis country?

(04:57):
I'm watching Trump's peoplebehave like they're living in
some fantasy kingdom whereloyalty to him outranks loyalty
to the Constitution.
And now we've reached a pointwhere we're watching the
Pentagon, who is threatening todrag Senator Mark Kelly back
into military service.

(05:17):
Let me repeat that.
If you haven't seen this, why?
So they can court-martial him.
Not making this up.
A sitting senator, a retiredNavy captain, a guy who served
his country in combat.
And why?
Because he told troops thetruth.

(05:39):
He told them they don't have toobey illegal orders.
That's it.
That's the whole crime.
He reminded the military of theoath they already took.
And somehow that's now worthy ofpunishment.
Court-martial, Pentagon.
This is what happens when apolitical movement turns into a

(06:01):
cult.
Trump's people treat him like aking.
They're terrified of upsettinghim.
They're kissing his ass so hardthat these supporters can't
breathe.
And they've convinced themselvesthat anybody who speaks the
truth is automaticallycommitting treason.
Think about how insane this is.

(06:21):
If someone had said 10 years agothat a United States senator
could be recalled into uniformand threatened with a court
martial for reminding themilitary to follow the
Constitution, you say thatperson was drunk or out of their
mind.
But here we are, Trump'sloyalists want vengeance.
They want obedience.
They want the military tooperate like his personal

(06:44):
security force.
They're not even trying to hideit anymore.
This isn't about discipline.
This isn't about protectingtroops.
This isn't about the chain ofcommand.
This is about power, pure power.
The kind of power a wannabedictator, Trump, demands when he
expects every institution tokneel.
Kelly didn't kneel.

(07:05):
Kelly told the truth.
Kelly soldiers don't have tofollow illegal orders.
And Trump's people reacting likehe burned down their house.
These people want a militarythat doesn't think.
They want troops who don'thesitate.
They want a country where thepresident snaps his fingers and
everyone salutes withoutquestioning a damn thing.

(07:26):
And anyone who reminds thetroops that the Constitution
outranks the man sitting behindthe desk in the Oval Office
becomes an enemy of the state.
I want you, the listener, to sitwith how dangerous that is.
Because once a government startsrecalling elected officials to
punish them, you've crossed theRubicon.

(07:47):
That's not democracy.
That's not stability.
That's not checks and balances.
That's the exact playbook theauthoritarian governments use
when they're cleaning house.
And you want to know the realreason Trump's people are going
up to Kelly?
Because it scares them to deaththat anyone might even plant
even one seed of independentthought inside the military.

(08:11):
They can't handle the idea thatsoldiers might follow the
Constitution instead of theircult leader they worship.
They're terrified of losingcontrol, so they lash out.
They scream treason and they tryto weaponize military justice,
the Pentagon, like it's apolitical toy.
This country isn't falling apartbecause of one crisis.

(08:34):
It's falling apart becausepeople in power are bending
every institution to protectTrump's ego.
And if you're willing tocourt-martial a senator for
reminding the troops of theiroath, then you're not defending
America, you're dismantling it.
This is what a world gone madlooks like.

(08:56):
Not metaphorically, literally.
I'm watching this presidencyfall apart piece by piece, and
nothing shows the incompetencebetter than the mess around
health care.
The White House was supposed tounveil a brand new plan to lower
health care costs.
Big promise, big reveal, bigfix.

(09:18):
And then the White House, Trump, postpones it again.
This White House can't even rollout the thing Donald Trump has
bragged about for years.
It's embarrassing.
This is what you get with apresident who keeps swearing
he'll replace Obamacare withsomething incredible.
But Donald Trump neverunderstands a thing about how

(09:40):
healthcare actually works.
Every time Trump talks aboutthis stuff, he says he has a
concept of a plan.
A concept of a plan.
Let me tell you something.
Concept of a plan isn't a plan.
A concept of a plan is paperthin, it's empty.
It shows Trump has nointelligence on this topic and

(10:03):
absolutely no clue what he'sdoing, no surprise.
People don't need a concept.
People need insulin.
People need cancer treatments.
People need affordable premiums.
People need to not go bankruptwhen they end up in an ER.
And Trump's answer to all ofthat is some vague idea floating
in his head that he can't put onpaper because the moment he does

(10:25):
it falls apart.
That's the level of thinkingDonald Trump brings to this
issue.
The White House postpones thishealth care announcement because
everyone around Trump knowswhatever he's got in his brain
is a disaster.
If Trump had something strong toreplace Obamacare, they'd
release it.

(10:46):
If Trump had something thathelped people, they'd shout it
from a rooftop.
Instead, they delay becauseevery time this administration
messes with health care, theyeither kick millions off
insurance or jack up the costs.
They don't want the public tosee the truth.
The truth is Donald Trump andhis team are clueless.

(11:09):
The Affordable Care Act isn'tperfect, but it functions.
It covers people, it exists inthe real world.
Trump keeps promising somethingbetter, but what he really
offers is chaos with a ribbon onit.
The administration hypes a majorannouncement and then panic at
the last second because theyknow it's garbage.

(11:29):
This is exactly what happenswhen Donald Trump screams about
repealing Obamacare for eightyears and still can't do his
homework.
We're watching a presidencycrumble in slow motion.
Trump can't handle policy.
Trump can't handle the manycrises.
And Trump can't even handle thisone issue he's been yelling

(11:53):
about since the day he came downthe escalator.
This White House talks likethey're geniuses, but acts like
they're lost.
Here's my bottom line.
If Donald Trump can't puttogether a real health care plan
after years of promises, then heisn't leading, he isn't fixing
anything, he isn't reforminganything, he's stumbling.

(12:18):
And this country deserves betterthan a president who thinks the
concept of a plan is enough torun a nation.
And to top everything off, I'venow reached the point where I
can't believe what I'm hearinganymore.
Donald Trump rolled out hisso-called peace plan for

(12:39):
Ukraine, you know.
It's not a peace plan, it's asurrender document.
It's a gift basket before theholidays for Vladimir Putin.
It's 28 points of pure lunacythat tell Ukraine to give up its
future, hand over stolenterritory, shrink its military,
and stay out of NATO forever.
That isn't peace.

(13:00):
That's capitulation.
And Donald Trump delivers thisthing to Zelensky like some mob
boss with a stopwatch.
Take it or leave it.
Do it this week.
Do it now.
Are you on your own?
That's how Trump talks to acountry fighting for its
survival against an invadingdictator.

(13:21):
No understanding of globalsecurity, no respect for
alliances, no clue how the worldactually works, just threats and
chest pounding from Donald.
And here's where it getssurreal.
The rest of the world takes onelook at this deranged plan and
instantly knows Donald Trump hasno idea what the hell he's

(13:42):
talking about.
The European Union today andyesterday starts scrambling
behind the scenes.
Serious leaders in Europeunderstand the danger.
Zelensky knows this entire thingis a disaster.
Even lawmakers here, includingMarco Rubio, can see this plan
make zero sense and would putUkraine and Europe in immediate

(14:05):
danger.
It's like the adults in the roomare huddled in a corner
whispering to each other abouthow to fix the mess Donald the
toddler just created.
They're trying to make sure theworld doesn't collapse because
Donald Trump had another one ofhis I alone can fix it moments

(14:25):
that always ends with Trumpbreaking something important.
This is what happens when a manwho thinks foreign policy is a
reality show decides he canredraw the map of Eastern Europe
by handing Putin everything hewants.
Donald Trump is acting like he'snegotiating the sale of a golf
resort.

(14:45):
Putin is acting like he'snegotiating the borders of a
continent.
One of these men knows exactlywhat he's doing.
The other is Donald Trump.
Zelensky isn't stupid.
The man knows that acceptingTrump's plan would destroy
Ukraine.
European countries know that ifUkraine is forced to surrender,

(15:06):
Putin doesn't stop, Putin moveson to the next country, and the
next one after that, and thenext one after that.
That's why the real leaders arequietly trying to build
protections that will outlastTrump's chaos.
So, what's really happeninghere?
The responsible nations aretrying to create a safety net

(15:28):
because they know Donald Trumpcan't be trusted with the
world's stability.
They know he's unpredictable.
They know he's volatile.
They know he's craving praisefrom Putin.
And they know his plan would putmillions of people at risk.
This isn't diplomacy.
This isn't strategy.

(15:49):
This is a president who is inway over his head while grown
adults rush to protect Europefrom the fallout.
And that's the terrifying part.
The people with actual judgmentare trying to keep the world
standing while Donald Trumpkeeps proving he has no business
shaping the future of anynation.

(16:14):
