Pastor Troy excels in leadership development and is well known for his extreme creativity in designing unexpected worship and teaching experiences. Steph leads alongside her husband and pastors SHE, a movement of Potential Church that strives to help women of all ages become all God has created them to be. She is an anointed leader, speaker, mentor, and friend. She gracefully leads out in each area of her life, including that of wife, mother, and grandmother.
Pastor Troy and Steph live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They have three children: Tyler, Carson and Baylee, two daughter in loves: Amber and Jessica and two grandchildren, Lyon and Luna. All of their children serve alongside of them in ministry, moving the vision forward to reach people from all four corners of the earth
