Join us for another REVEL COACH+ Conversation with hosts Alison Nissen and Marcy Stoudt and their guest, holistic health counselor Hilary Tarkington Stowers.
After a long bout of undiagnosed Lyme disease, Hilary transitioned into a new career path, helping others who face the debilitating challenges caused by chronic Lyme disease as well as the complexities of nutritional deficiencies and food sensitivities.
Hilary shares that not only does food nourish the body, but it also feeds the soul and spirit. Life is unnecessarily difficult when nutrition is not aligned with the whole person.
With a broad understanding of mental health issues, Hilary believes in providing compassionate care. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for you to share, explore, heal, and grow. Trained as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, her areas of expertise include anxiety and depression, adjustment issues, Lyme disease, and the role of nutrition in mental health.
