Louise Carr is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant who graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
She works with midlife women who are feeling exhausted, depleted, and out of balance so that they can boost their energy levels and regain their mojo, shift out of overwhelm and feelings of loss of control and power through their busy schedules on a daily basis using the power of wholefoods and nutrition.
