Dr Zoe Schaedel is a doctor with an interest in sleep and in particular its relationship to the menopause.
Zoe is a Director of The Good Sleep Clinic which was set up to increase the access to evidence-based sleep treatment.
Zoe also works as a private menopause specialist and as an NHS GP. She is passionate about treating people holistically. Menopause and sleep give ample opportunity for this, affecting every system of the body and many facets of life!
