The last year has been particularly stressful for many of us irrespective of where in the world we live. Most of us have been affected by lockdowns, longs months of not being able to see family and friends, death and illness.
Now more than ever I feel it is important to look after our emotional and mental health. In this episode, Karina and I talk about the importance of mindfulness and meditation.
About Karina
Creator, Hi Chi Integrated Health Institute
Karina attended her first Louise Hay and breath work seminar at age 12 with her family where self development was greatly encouraged. At age 24 Karina attended Tony Robbin’s UPW seminar where she discovered that the mind could also control pain, when she walked on hot coals without feeling a thing. This sparked her interest in the mind-body connection.
When her Father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2005, she searched for ways to help his symptoms and discovered energy healing. After seeing the immediate, positive effect the treatment had on his health, she decided to explore energy therapies fully in order to be able to help him herself.
The profound results from their healing sessions led her on a fast track journey into exploring the most powerful energy healing methods available in the world, in order to help others. Her passion for pro active natural healthcare inspired her to teach these easy to learn techniques to as many people as possible, through workshops and private sessions.
After Karina qualified in many therapeutic healing modalities she was invited to become England’s advanced instructor for Quantum-Touch, a healing modality which she felt was highly beneficial to others. She was also invited to mentor new practitioners and instructors, and has instructed many large workshops internationally.
After over a decade of teaching Karina set up the HI CHI Integrated Health Institute.
The HI CHI Programs have one clear mission. To teach mindfulness, emotional balancing and energy healing techniques in ways which are easy to learn – that achieve brilliant results.
Additionally, Karina is a Bio-Energy Healing Practitioner (Domancic method), Reiki Practitioner, is fluent in many other energy healing techniques and graduated from Tony Robbins Mastery University in 2001.
Karina is also delighted to have launched the popular Permissioning and Transformation workshops in Europe. Due to the success of this program with nurses, it now counts towards CPD points for nurses and midwives.
She spends her time teaching workshops and with clients in Harley Street, London and via skype.
Karina has spent over a decade teaching mindfulness, wellness and energy healing to both medical and complementary health care professionals. Her workshops are attended by Doctors, nurses, public health advisors, research scientists, CEO’s, parents, carers, charities, teachers and a variety of other professional backgrounds. She has also enjoyed teaching meditation in large corporations and has trained people from The World Health Organisation and other prestigious organisations. Recently Karina launched the first mindfulness phoneline in the UK.
She is hugely passionate about teaching in charities and non profit organisations. This includes teaching Mindfulness to amazing charities such as Groundswell, who do groundbreaking work with homeless people in London, how to achieve greater health and vitality.
Karina has been invited to teach Wellness and Mindfulness sessions at global corporations and also at The British Government’s Department of Energy and Climate Change.
