Have you heard of the Metamorphic Technique?

You may not have heard of the Metamorphic Technique before which has been around for over 30 years.

The technique was founded by Gaston Saint-Pierre. It is a simple tool that enables us to move from feelings of limitation towards accessing more of our potential.   The method involves lightly stroking points on the feet, hands and head which correspond to our time in the womb where patterns that shape and challenge us later on first begin.

 It can be used by anyone and is easy to learn. In this episode, my guest explains the technique in great detail.
