Whether you're diagnosed or suspect you have ADHD, it can make the meditation journey frustrating and difficult. Before my recent diagnosis I was determined to have a meditation practice and learned lots of tips and tricks along the way that worked for my neurodivergent brain. In this episode, I share ways to meditate so that you aren't beating yourself up or wanting to give up your own practice.
