Taru is a pioneer in India in the field of Pilates as a fitness form when she started RedMat Fitness in 2012. RedMat is Taru’s third entrepreneurial venture. Prior to that she had startups in Media & Recruitment and also had a brief corporate career in outsourcing. As a Pilates coach, Taru guides women towards a healthier, wholesome life; she supports women from different spheres of life and age groups to prioritize both their mental and physical health.
