EP 181: THE GREAT DEBATE

Four years flew by and just like that, the circus is back on tour. We’re not speaking of Ringling Bros., Barnum and Bailey, or Universoul Circus. This is the season of the political circus as the 2024 presidential candidates tour the country to solicit votes. To align with the campaign trails are the televised debates. That’s where the real action occurs.

Regardless of your political views, it’s hard to believe that anyone would think either candidate is the best for our country. Whether it’s criminal record, morality, age or health concerns, it’s unsettling to think this is what’s on the table. But we eat or starve. And we don’t know if our taste buds are ready.

But the world has been debating since the beginning of time. That’s how things get done, laws are made, and society knows how to move. But what happens when those laws are questioned? Whether it’s Brown v. Board of Education or Roe v. Wade. Should there be changes?
