Lynn Muir is the co-founder and head baker of Railyard Pie Company. Growing up, Lynn learned to make pies from her grandmother. After living all over the United States as a kid, she learned the skill of making friends. She made her final stop in Edmond, Oklahoma, where her pie shop resides today. Her story is, in a word, inspiring, and she’s living proof that believing in yourself means you can accomplish anything.
